If you have lots of time, this place works. Work is good. Prices have gone up by $2, twice in one year for the same school logo. The staff member told me that it is planning on going up another $2 right before the school year starts. $10 for a school monogram is too much in my opinion. Eh.

I was desperately needing to use a heat press to finish pressing in this monogram on this shirt at home. So I call my original place I have used for years to see if they could just do that for me, they were so rude and told me no. Well I called this place and I have never had customer service like I experienced with the owner! She was so sweet and told me to come in and she would do it for me. Well I came in and that’s exactly what she did. We even had good conversation, and she did it for free. I was very impressed, and I recommend this place to anyone! ☺️💜

This place is awesome! They went out of their way to monogram my yeti cup within a couple of hours because I was only in town for the day. It also so cute! Will definitely go back!

I waited until the last day to get a patch sewn onto my scrubs for school, I went into J&Js an hour before they closed and asked the woman behind the counter if she would be able to do it, she was willing to drop everything she was doing to help me out and she did it with a smile on her face. She was extremely nice in everything she did. I am so glad I came to this business and would recommend it to anyone!
