Overall:Highly recommend!!! Good pricing, great service, friendly sales folks. Travis in sales is fantastic. Id buy from him again in a heartbeat. That sums it up, but for details, read on.Below is my candid experience in purchasing a new 2021 Farmall 75C on 6/31/21.Pricing:I got 3 quotes from dealerships within three hours of me, I was willing to travel if it was worth my while. I got hands down the best pricing on a unit, and absolute to the moon top dollar for my trade. Ya cant beat the pricing, bar none the best, and I shopped around. All in all, the bottom line price was about $2k under the closest quote.Service:Within a couple hours of getting it home, I noticed one of 3 point hitch arms bushings the pins go into was completely ceased, and wouldnt be able to get an implement into it; it appeared to be paint had sealed it in place. I emailed em, and within 30 mins I had a call from service dept making it right and a tech came to my house at 7am and fixed it up. Service is astounding, quick, professional, and done right. I lost a trailer ramp somewhere along the way, and boys in service rigged up some wooden cribbing without being asked to get me loaded up.Sales:I worked with Travis, and he was fantastic. He is a no pressure sales guy, he came out to my house and an hr and half from the dealership to trade appraisal. At no point did I feel presured, and he let me drive the pace of the transaction. He always made himself available to talk and answer questions; you could text him and get an immediate response or call and hed pick up on the first ring. He is a man of his word and even made sure little, almost forgettable promises, were kept at delivery.Negatives:In being candid, Id miss amiss if I didnt share negatives too.. The one and only negative I had in this transaction, was they couldnt assist in helping secure the tractor down. It was 97‰ humidity, sultry, and hot and I was dripping sweat and I soaking wet sweating good as everyone just watched, while I spent 25 mins getting it secured down. Liability was the reason. So either do it on a cloudy day, or bring a buddy if its hot and humid. Though in fairness, they did guide me into my trailer and could hold straps to help while you do all the work.
Excellent customer service and sales experience!!Worked with Travis regarding new purchase and the trade-in of tired iron. Came away with a new CaseIH and very pleased with the outcome.Travis and team were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with, from my initial meetings through delivery.I will turn to ASCO first for all my future equipment needs.
Parts guys are awesome. Very friendly place
Great folks the parts guy was A+
After searching high and low for the right part and the right price, I stumbled across ASCO in Tyler. They had a super clean establishment and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff; this place runs like a well oiled machine. Larry (in parts) really went above and beyond to help me get right blades for my Rhino mower with such ease. The manager, Bonnie, even introduced herself as she passed through. It was a great experience for such a simple need. These guys have my business for life.
Amazing customer service!! It was our first time renting large equipment of this caliber. The employee helping us was hands on and very informative. Would recommend highly!!!
I just had an awesome experience with the staff here at ASCO. After having our lull break down I was in a little bit of a panic to try and find a piece of equipment and fast. I was greeted by Bonnie (I think thats her name) and she quickly put my mind at ease. Not only was I able to get the parts needed, but was also able to rent a couple of skid steers to get us back up and running immediately. I travel around a lot working in renewables and its not always easy to find what you need or someone willing to help you if its not their equipment. Larry went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct parts needed for our JLG. Its nice to know that customer service still exist in some parts of the world. Thanks again guys!
Quick friendly service. Always willing to go above and beyond to make a customer happy. Store is nice and neat.
Did not have good services at all they all had a bad attitude
I rented a mini-excavator from ASCO this weekend to do a retaining wall project on my property. I didnt have a trailer big enough to transport it, so I also paid for delivery and pick-up.My experience with Andrew in sales was great from the beginning to end. The equipment ran well (although I had never used one before). It was clean and made digging through clay and iron ore a cinch.Greg delivered and another gentleman picked up the equipment. I wasnt there when they picked it up, but my wife said the man was very nice.I really appreciate ASCO having quality rental equipment, but more than that, I appreciate the caliber of people they have working there. I will definitely use them again.
Same experience as the others. Entered front of property and worked my way to the around the inventory. Was there a good while. Not one person approached me or tried to help.
I walked into the shop with the intention of making a purchase....there were 2 women to the left in a glass office and 3 men to the right at their service desk.. no one said hello, can i help you or anything. So i walked around the showroom for a wjile then went outside and walked aroind the inventory for about 15 minutes and still no one came up to speak. To make a long story short....I bought a Kubota the next day.
We went there today with intentions of making a purchase. When we went in to talk to a sells person, we stood waiting for awhile before a young boy asked what we needed and when we said to speak to someone about purchasing a tractor he pointed at another guy and said we needed to talk to him but that he needed to go somewhere.. therefore no one could help us. They just lost a sale
Are you hiring any field service mechanics. Have alot of experience. Thank you
