Bought a 70 horse power tractor with front bucket, forks, and 6 foot bush hog. Absolutely love the tractor. HOWEVER, I specifically asked for a trailer that could haul the tractor. And needed a trailer with 7,000 pound axles. What I got was a trailer with 3,500 hundred pounds axles. I contested the trailer with the dealer, they said they misunderstood, and bought back the trailer. I asked to be sold the appropriate trailer, and they tried to charge me 8,400 bucks for a trailer that would haul my tractor. I then said no, the idea of them making ANOTHER profit off their mistake agitated me. What I SHOULD have done was demand the right trailer at the others price. At this point, not sure I will ever go back.

Had to buy a new mower the sales man Junior (I hope Im remembering his name right) was very helpful and I got my new mower the next day and now there going to work on my tractor and brush mower Im a very satisfied customer

Parts department leaves much to be desired. Only had half the parts we need d in stock and it took the parts guy half an hour to find them. It is worth the drive for us to go to Longview to get what we need in the future.

It has been 18 yrs. since I bought my 1st Kubota tractor from Lowe Tactore in Henderson, Texas. Owner Steve Lowe was really great at representing his company then . He has continued a commitment to his customers in East Texas. I recently purchased a new L3901 Kubota with Front Loader from his newest Tyler, Texas location. I was helped by Junior Rodriquez his sales representative who has great customer service and made my buying experience a pleasure to do business again with Lowe Tractor.

I had to get my Kubota lawn tractor service. I didnt know where to go and somebody suggested Lowe tractor. I left my tractor there for 3 days, they gave it a tune-up and an oil change and the complete once-over. Now it runs great and Im so happy that I took it to Lowe tractor.

Came in to get a part for a gear box for a mower deck.it was 30 minutes before closing.Not only did that have the part,the service manager on at that time remove a snapring that I could not get out.If that wasnt enough a man comes in with a twisted driveline from a brush hog,the manager stayed late to make a brand new one.Now thats service.

I get my animal feed. Its always in stock
