Both times I have visited this Zales store, the customer service has been remarkable. Both Sabrina and Moe have more than helpful and have assisted me with my purchases.

The experience was a 5, the return process was a 5. The problem was, these beautiful earrings were to be crawlers, instead they were post. I truly didnt want to send back

I walked into zales fresh from work to buy my wife a Christmas present. They ignored me for over 20 minutes while I waited, then jumped on the next guy that walked in. The only difference between us was that I was in work clothes and he was dressed up like a preppy little college kid. Ill never spend a dime in your store and I hope youre forced to close.

Christina was amazing! She spent almost two hours with me and never got frustrated. I was being very picky about my engagement ring and was having trouble with my disability and I’m not traditional and didn’t want a traditional ring. I think she showed me over 20 rings before I finally picked one. There was a slight customer service issue with having my ring sized and she more than took care of it. If you want a jewelry store that will go above and beyond this is definitely the place for you! I would 10 out of 10 recommend Zales in the Cumberland Park shopping center and Christina!!!!!

This review is on jewelry quality, inspection and repairs. I bought a ring with the diamond warranty from Zales two years ago. I have to take it to a Zales store every 6 months to have it inspected to keep the warranty valid. I wasnt able to in March because of the Covid-19 shutdowns. Ive periodically checked to see if they had lifted their restrictions.Ive already had to have two diamonds replaced in my ring, on separate occasions. The second one that was replaced fell out again a few weeks ago. I havent been wearing the ring while doing things that would cause it to lose diamonds so Im a little disappointed with the quality. I stopped by this store while in the area two days ago to see if I could have it serviced. Theyve lifted restrictions so its on its way for repairs and inspection.

Very helpful! I needed a ring for my Fiancée had no clue about it. They took the time to show me all the different types of rings and where able to get me up to speed. I loved their customer service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry! I will shop here again.

The manager and her staff were both so remarkable in helping in listening to my criteria and hearing what I was saying. They showed infinite patience with me and at that time, they both knew I was just looking. Just looking turned into a purchase that I love.

I never buy jewelry anywhere but Zales and this store is the best!!! All the Zales stores offer great service but here they go above and beyond to do everything they can to assist the customer. I can’t say enough about the employees. They are truly professional while also being friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great place, excellent customer service. They go out of their way to help me find what Im looking for. Ive been by my jewelry through Zales for 23 years and half the time you can get a coupon online to save a couple hundred bucks depending on what you buy

Found some great sets here. The same furniture that Southside furniture, on old Bullard Rd. In tyler had, but the price here is better and customer service here is So much BETTER, knowledgeable, super nice. I will be back I think his name was Justin or maybe it was Jason. This is by far my favorite jewelry store! I’ve bought several gifts for teachers and parents here and they always take the time to wrap them up super cute to make them even more special! I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and the ladies here take time to get to know you.

Ive bought all my jewelry here. My ring had snagged on something at work and bent. I have insurance with Zales and had them fix it. well they called me and told me that they have to replace the bridge on it and will cost almost $500. They should warn you when purchasing a ring thar small bands, the bridge is not sturdy and also when you purchase insurance that its not covered. Very disappointed I cant get my ring fixed right now because of this.

Love to shop here but traffic is consistently a nightmare. Make sure youre wearing your patient pants when you drive here.
