My family has purchased several times over the past 2 decades. Trey and his staff are knowledgeable, patient, and very accommodating ! The store also donates teddy bears every Christmas to our burn foundation to be handed out to our burn survivor kiddos in East Texas and at the Parkland Burn Unit! I no longer live there, but I will never use another jeweler! They are the best and will work with you to get you what you desire!

I LOVE MY RING. However, the people there are extremely rude and inconsiderate. We had put my ring on layaway for a couple of months due to Covid. And my fiancé went to go make a final payment and to pick it up and the lady said ‘well it took you a long time’. That was none of her business at ALL. We had it on layaway for 2 months. The layaway plan is a 10 month plan. It’s none of her business. Everytime we went in there to make a payment no one wanted to help us. when they did they where rude. Even the manager was nasty. I will not be back to this location. And everytime you go in there to make a payment they force applying for a credit card, it’s ludicrous.

Staff is always helpful, Trey the manager goes above and beyond to make sure you have every option available. And has great taste for his customers and their style of jewelry. They are not pushy for you to buy. Ive been shopping here since they came to Tyler .

My mom has been shopping there as long as Trey has been the store manager which is 25 YEARS! He makes sure all customers get superior customer service and thats why I choose to work at helzberg diamonds a year ago. All my wifes diamonds are from Helzberg. We never have any issue with customer service. They take care of periodic cleaning and maintenance quickly and always with a smile. The Tyler store manager Sandra is who I like to deal with. I like being treated like a friend rather than a number or customer.

Its okay jewelry store. Prices are a little high customer service is a little pushy. Let me look around if I need you I will ask dont just keep shoving other pieces of Jewelry in my face telling me what I like. Ill stick with Zales

I went in to pay cash for a Disney necklace for my wife. I told the woman which one I wanted and she offered me a credit card. I refused and she became hostile with me. I will never come back. It was ridiculous.

I had to wait 5+ minutes before anyone came to help me. There werent any other customers in the store. Again, when I went to pick up my items (7) no one acknowledged I was even there. The two ladies up front were busy chatting with each other about a dinner party and I finally had to interrupt and ask for help with my jewelry cleaning and warranty work. They werent sure where my items were, they asked for a description. I asked if all 7 items??? I wont be going back to this store.

My fiance and I decided it was time to look for a ring and we stopped at several shops before going into Helzberg Diamonds, the other shops didnt listen to us when we described the ring I was wanting. Helzberg did, the ladies who helped us abd didnt push for a bigger sale and listened to what we really wanted and showed us several styles that matched the description I gave, I wanted to emulate my grandmoms first engagement ring. Helzberg did an excellent job of helping us do that. My fiance is a wonderful man and he waited to pop the question after he asked my parents permission to marry me. This also made my grandmom extremely happy. I have already told several people to check out Helzberg Diamonds for their jewelry purchases.
