Tony and his crew did a superb job with the delivery and set up. We were very pleased with the work they did and appreciated the knowledge Tony had of the hot tub.

East Texas Hot Tubs have a great selection and good prices. But you really only know if you purchased the right tub when sooner or later you need support. After more than 10 years and a second purchase during COVID-19, I think these guys are the best! They show up when expected, repair only what is needed, and are always there when you have questions. Oh, and their brands are the best and longest lasting from what I can tell.

Very knowledgeable and Friendly staff. Great service after the sale. Had a small problem after we had our hot tub a year or so. They came right out, fixed the problem and the service tech, I think his name was Albert was very friendly and even took the time to show me some pointers on maintaining our hot tub and answered all my question.

This is the BEST Spa company ever! They are always so willing to help and explain when I have questions. They backed their warranty 100% no questions asked when I had problems. Hands down the best company to use in East Texas!!

Love my tub got it in August and Heidie was great to work with.Have had a little trouble with service on the stereo system. It went out after about 3 weeks and am still waiting for parts and its now the end of December.Hoping that the 1 year warranty on the stereo startsanew when the new module is finally here.

The Staff and Service are A+++ after we experienced issues with our pump in our Hot Springs Spa and we emailed Watkins regarding the issues. Our Service Tech Robert then confirmed with Watkins this was not a normal problem. We were able to have our pump replaced at minimal cost to us. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and providing EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

VERY satisfied with our experience and purchase. As one of the nearest dealers to purchase a Green Mountain Grill, we chose East Texas Spa in Tyler. It was well worth the drive (3 hr round trip). We would most certainly revisit and recommend if you are shopping for a grill, spa or spa equipment. So refreshing to meet a sales staff so knowledgeable about their products! Even on a busy Sat afternoon, they took the time to answer every question, show us all the features and even gave personal recommendations for cooking on our new grill. Their prices are good and sales staff helpful and enthusiastic. My only regret is that we were not in the market for a spa at the time as well. I have no doubt we would be just as happy as we were purchasing our grill from them.

On a Friday about 4 weeks ago I spent some time in the show room with a young man named Zach, We discussed hot tubs for a little while and I requested for him to come to my home to start laying out where we would put the tub. Zach told me he would call on Monday and we will get together at my house and lay everything out. He took my name number address, I have heard NOTHING. I bet they are great people and I bet they have a good product, but I can not keep chasing someone around to give them business.

We have bought 2 hot tubs from East Texas Spa. They are great with great customer service! Albert serviced our hot tub and was very knowledgeable and found the problem. Same day service and hot tub back working. Albert is amazing! We will be using East Texas Spa in the future and hope if we have any problems that Albert will be our service man! We really Love our Hot Speing Spa Hot Tub. They where very careful upon delivery. They have been very helpful with making sure our experience has been a good one. They also have a terrific service dept.

We were going to purchase a plug and play online or at Sams for a great price, but we dreaded moving it to our yard(they deliver to curbside) and setting it up ourselves but mostly dreaded not knowing anyone locally to maintain the tub. 🤪We were SO relieved to get a very similar plug and play from Easr Texas Hot Tub and have them deliver it and set it up and so glad they will be there for us when and if we have issues OR when We decide to trade ours in possibly for a nicer one. 😎East Texas Hot Tub is a Family run business that truly cares. My wife has been an RN for 2 decades and deals with constant pain to varying degrees. We did our research and visited 3 Hot Springs dealers near us in Queen City, Texas. Also shopped 2 other highly rated competitors, should also say made phone calls to 2 other Hot Springs dealers. We got the Envoy in White and Shale. We added the Covercradle II lift, bluetooth sound system with pop up speakers and subwoofer, also the Fresh water salt water system and the ever wood steps. Zach made a great deal and Mark has provided the best customer service. Over a month and its helping with the aches, pains and it is a beautiful tub. Thanks to all.

**Update- tub was delivered on the 3rd and I have to say the company and the delivery crew w ent way above to make all better. On a 5 star rating system I would say they went well above 5 in the end and the spa is amazing so in all brought the final rating up from a 1 to a 4. Thank you to all of them for a strong finish.****Went in the day before Thanksgiving and ordered a hot tub just over $11,000 from Zack. He said he would get with the owner and call me Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving to let me know if our hot tub would be on the last truck of the year. He said we would have either our hot tub or a demo hot tub by Christmas depending on whether we made the last truck of the year. Didnt hear from Zack either day so I called the following Monday when they opened and after explaining who I was and what we were doing I guess it jogged his memory and he said our hot tub did make it on the last truck of the year. I guess they sell a lot of hot tubs. No big deal, we were just happy we were going to have our hot tub by Christmas. We then scheduled with our Jobs a staycation over Christmas and New Years with the centerpiece being enjoying our new hot tub. Paid are $6,000 down and didnt hear a peep from them from that point forward. I called the Friday before Christmas to get an update and I was told by the owner that the truck would be in Monday Christmas Eve and we should have a hot tub delivered either Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas because service and delivery is working that week. I called the day after Christmas towards the end of the day and left a voicemail and as of right now on New Years Eve I have yet to hear back and still have no hot tub. Tomorrow is our last day of our 10-day staycation and when we go back to work and still dont have a hot tub. I will update the review when we finally get our tub and review East Texas hot tubs separate from the hot tub review. My parents have had a Hot Springs hot tub for 20 years which is why we ordered one.

We recently purchased the Hot Springs Vanguard from East Texas Spa. We bought it for relaxation and entertainment and a little for the therapeutic benefits. After using it, we realized that we had underestimated the therapeutic benefits!The force of the adjustable jets and the action of the moto massage combined with the warm/hot water leaves you feeling great! The various seats have different jets to massage in different ways. One favorite is the foot massage after a long day.Randall and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their entire line-up. After talking with us, they were able to recommend the best model for us. There was no pressure. The quality of the Hot Springs products sell themselves. We are very happy with our new Spa.Delivery and set-up were prompt and friendly too. Tony was most informative with his instructions as they patiently waited for the tub to fill. We were in the first evening.We have had it for over a month and still use it at least once/day. I like a 15 minute quiet start to the day as the dawn breaks to gather my thoughts and also to relieve tension after work. My wife likes to relax just before bedtime. However, we both agree that anytime is a good time to use the spa! We heartily recommend Randall Glaske and his Hot Springs line of spas!

We were looking for a sauna, but they dont call back and the guy that gives prices is never at work. Somethings wrong there. I ordered a sauna online. Thats why places like this go out of business.

Amazing Experience!!!! After dealing with another company in Lumberton, that was gonna call us when our hot tub came in(we called them often and after 3 mths I gave up)we never have heard back from them! I starting researching & found one of the best stores with so many floor models to an honest, knowledgeable & Great salesperson named Zack at the Tyler location!! Even though, it was twice the distance, he made the trip worth while & He is absolutely on top of his game and knows the products! He DOES CALL YOU BCK & has done follow up calls to check on us and any ?s we may have! Ty Zack for turning a horrible customer service expected into a happy one! We love our Hot Springs Relay hot tub and thank you sincerely!
