I shop here literally every time I can. They are my number one grocery store in town.The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The selection is great, and most importantly, the food is delicious. If its a hippy food item, and you cant find it here, you shouldnt be eating it.

I love this place! They have the nicest people working there and if your a natural grocer this is the place to come! I love that I can get organic and health conscious food here and know I am eating healthy. Definitely a spot to come to!

This store is always a joy to be in. There is a wide variety of healthy, delicious options to choose from and the body care section has lots of plastic-free and vegan products. The whole store also smells amazing, which is an added bonus. 😍

Always great. They disinfect the buggies in an attempt to keep us safe. They are always the friendliest workers. The cashier told me about her elderberry syrup. I am made to feel like a valued customer during each visit. The store is organized and the products are easy to locate.

First time there. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Most products seem to be marketed as more natural and higher quality. I went because they had a hard to find hot sauce at a good price. They dont have sacks at check out but they offer boxes to carry out your purchase.

I love that I can come to a store and get just about anything the traditional grocer has, without worrying about what chemicals are used producing it.I also like the great selection of Vitamins and Supplements, as well as Essential Oils.

When I come into town I love a stopping at this little grocery store they carry so many fun interesting healthy choice items.

Clean and organized but way to expensive to be worth shopping there. A smart shopper can find better deals on the same foods elsewhere.

Everyone was helpful and courteous and the store had all the specialty items that I needed.

Employees asked me if I needed help instead of me having to look for someone. They werent out of the sale products. Very friendly people.

Lots of vitamin supplements to choose from and fresh fruits. The yogurt section did not have Fage 0% fat which is our brand of choice. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Be sure and take your own bags for checkout.

Perfect for us. Easy to buy, never take us more than 15 minutes. Not a huge selection of everything. The organics veggies and fruits are the cheapest I have seen.

They carry everything I need to be healthy. I signed up as a member, and I get some great discounts on different idems. Their organic brands are really good. I really like their brand of frozen vegetables. Its a great place to shop.

The staff at this location are wonderful. I always feel welcome and they are not bothered by questions I may ask about products or services. I dont buy alot of my groceries here but I buy all of my eggs, bulk nuts, and most of my health supplements. I have attended some of the workshops/presentations here and found them to provide some great information.

My family really likes the selection of organic foods and reasonable prices for it (especially great pricing on the produce). My gripes are due to them frequently being out of some items and due to their lack of seafood and butcher counters.

I love natural grocers. The staff is very friendly although I did one day ask for an item that wasn’t on the shelf. I knew the item was in the back (It was an Instacart order) but Katie informed me that the item wasn’t available... I went back the next day and there it was. Out on the shelf. So she lied. Other than that, very nice staff.

Love this store! I’m my opinion everything is reasonably priced. And employees are always nice and attentive. Always have dozens of samples to try which is great.

Great place. Went in to get psyllium husk and look to see what else they had. They have a really nice bulk food area. And a really nice section of nuts. I will definitely be going back.

3 varieties just kale, the store seems to have a LOT of choices for healthier living, however, some are pricier than a normal grocer. But shop with awareness as some prices are better than other places hands down.

This is the grocery heaven Ive wanted for a while. All the produce is organic (and inexpensive) and they sell everything I could ever want. This is the only store I go to in Tyler for the most part. Best vibes and atmosphere too, it just FEELS different when you walk in. Also, the magazines at the check out racks are educational and inspirational! No tabloids here!

Generally I enjoy shopping here, but it has been a month or more that I told one of the cashiers of a pricing issue on the Zola coconut water. It is clearly marked $1.99 but rings up $2.19 that is 20 cents more per can. Please fix these issues I shouldnt have to do it for you.

This place is always out of stock in everything.. and they always have excuses why. Some employees are friendly and helpful.. but its hard to find them. Store layout is awful and has no reasoning. Worst experience I ever had was when I was looking for a specific vitamin, the worker was chatting with another person ( a customer who was also a friend ) and completely ignored me. I waited patiently for over 10 mins only to have them move away when I got close. When they were done talking and I was still struggling I asked for help as she rushed past me. She quickly said she had to run to the back and would send someone over if she was unable to make it back... never saw her or another employee. Searched and searched for what I needed leaving frustrated and appalled. I will never shop here again by choice!!!

One of my favorite places to shop. Reliable with reasonable prices. They also have prepared to go items as well and a place to sit and eat if need to. They always have a good produce section.

I enjoy shopping here. I can find the same products here at the same price then Amazon. Online shopping takes a few days to deliver but buying here at Natural Grocers is a lot more convenient. Plus the customer service is great! Customers and employees are friendly, helpful, and they have a good spirit!

I have never had a better grocery shopping experience! The staff was helpful and cared enough to stay close by while I gave the meal bars a once over. He was still available and willing to help me find the perfect one for me. Definitely two thumbs up!

Natural Grocers is fun place to take my grandkids! The kiddos learn about fresh, real produce. Then, the children get to spend their money on whatever they want. I dont have to constantly say, No, thats toxic. Lately, theres been ice cream socials and afternoon teas. What fun! Thanks Natural Grocers!

I gave it 2 stars for the produce and products availability but wouldn’t give any for the majority of the employees. Aside Melissa and Patrice who are some of the best employees and people I know I can say if it weren’t for my diet restrictions I’d never come back to this store again. I was checked out by the head cashier today and I literally felt like a complete nuisance. Look I spend almost $2500 a month at this place and would gladly take my business elsewhere if it were available in this area but I can’t. I’ve been to numerous locations in Dallas, ft worth and midland areas and this area has by far the worst attitude in employees from the top down.

I was told that i could not enter the store without a mask, and that for me is saying that they dont care about their freedom nor mine. I have shopped here for 7 years, and today they lost my business forever. Dont support businesses that wont uphold the constitution of America. Also, their “organic” produce is not actually grown organic.

Great place to get organic, fresh produce and healthy options for your grocery needs. Since my wife has a gluten allergy that we have to take very seriously, we have specific items to buy. Natural Grocers does a great job of catering to customers with our need. My one critique is really unavoidable; when you buy produce as fresh as the produce they have at Natural Grocers, you cannot expect it to be as well preserved. Ive found a couple of insects before, come home with some expired fruits and vegetables. So be prepared for that.

This is my favorite grocery store in Tyler. Great organic produce, a wide selection of natural grocery items at fair prices (with regular coupons, sales, etc) and the largest vitamin/supplement section Ive ever seen in a grocery store. The employees and overall shopping experience is always pleasant too, and from what Ive seen, they regularly engage with the community through monthly health and nutrition based events. Im so thrilled I found this CO company right here in East Texas!
