We use Auto-Chlor at our property and we have never had any challenges with their services or product. We enjoy our Sales & Service Representative Alex Hardister, nothing but complements on his superior customer service. Just a phone call away and they send a representative out that same day to help in our time of need. Alex offers suggestions and recommendations as well as always checking on my other departments and personally taking the time to talk to the department heads to make sure the product is working for that specific department. Nothing but complements and from us and a suggestion from my team to Auto-Chlor give Alex H. a pat on the back and keep up the awesome work. A loyal customer and a happy Hotel manager.
