Called Cassidy Jones in Tyler looking for 2 - 2x8x24’ pieces of lumber. The salesman told me they had the items in stock. I asked for a price and he asked for an account name. I told him I was going to come in and pay for them. He told me since I did not have an account with them, AND I Quote “ Unfortunately You will not be able to buy them, we only sell to our account holders”. I guess they have too much business and I promise they will never have see me again.

We met with Shelby - she seemed knowledgeable during the meeting. She took notes on everything we said, but somehow we ended up with a front door that was completely wrong! Then she was impossible to contact. Unfortunately, this is a reflection on the whole company for me.

Delivered our lumber (from the store at 13188 TX 155, Tyler, TX. and the phone number we called this store to be crystal clear) to build our home and they were supposed to pick up what we did not need two weeks ago. The builder has called and so did my husband...and yet it still sits in the rain where they dropped it off! There has been no response (no pick up of the lumber). By the way they did not answer the phone from 8 am till 12 Noon on 5/15/21 where it said they would be open till 12 Noon on line. Positively ridiculous customer service.J.R. & Elise Smith

Decent product supply but the men who work there just cant be bothered, and at times they are downright rude. The female employees are far better at customer service.
