They have been VERY unprofessional. David Pena after being told how the electric had to be done by what TVEC told us. Just assumed and did it how he wanted. Then refuses to fix the problem and was being very rude and unprofessional. The whole experience with them has been a nightmare. I would NEVER suggest anybody ever use mobile home masters for anything.

RNA credit end of 2020. Saves up thousands more and this staff won’t return emails or messages sent to their website. Absolutely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by this staff in Tyler Texas. Just wanted to do business with them and nobody wants to return call, email or messages to their website. Not a good way to win customers or get business in smaller areas. Word of mouth travels fast. Overall disappointed and feel like they think I’m wasting their time or something.

My experience with Mobile Home Masters was excellent. They sell quality houses and answer questions promptly and fully. After our home was delivered, they followed up numerous times to ensure the home was properly installed and had no issues. I highly recommend Mobile Home Masters.

If I could put no stars I would. They have no problem getting your money but when it comes time to fix things it’s been one thing after another not to mention how rude they are. Very unprofessional and would definitely take your money elsewhere. We have bought several tiny homes since them and they are by far the worst company to deal with.

They only had 1 house in stock that met 1 of my requirements due to covid. But the sales man was nice and helpful. I will keep going back as they get more inventory.

I was unsure about buying a mobile home so I decided to visit many places in the Tyler area. Mobile Home Masters was the best place by far. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed at how beautiful and affordable their homes are. They gave me a price with installation and all from the get-go. I love my new home. Take a good look at this rating! The home I am paying was poorly re-manufactured. Ever since I went to see these people from the get go I had nothing but issues with them I am not a person to breath down your back and tell you what you need to do. They said they would fix leaks the house had and repair it with cheep material leaks keep coming back and now these leaks after repairing 5 times In a matter of 6 months they are my responsibility. All the outlets in the house and plugs dont have an electrical box inside to screw in the face plates in place and all the window frames in the house where taped and painted over to hold them together. WHAT IN THE WORLD!! The insulation was not stapled in place it was slipped in over the plastic that was stapled. The bathroom floor was rotten to the core and they put linoleum over the rotten floor. OMG!! For I fell in one day and had to repair the entire bathroom floor the guy had to removed the commode and sink to repair the floor correctly. They got me to sign a contract before they repaired all the damages so I could move in asap and all the repairs they said they would do slowly but surely the list was diminishing getting smaller and smaller. From all the damages that needed to be done only a few got done and pipes still keep breaking for the material that was used was really cheep and thin. They want me to insure the house that is not even worth what i am paying for and the insurance companies do not want to insure the house with all the details its has. Up to today I am repairing the house Paying a large quantity on it and have not missed one payment and they want to scare me and harass me. They are not reliable honest people!! TAKE AN APPRAISER SOME ARE FREE! LOOK CLOSELY BEFORE YOU CONSIDER ON BUYING ANYTHING FROM ANYBODY!!!! BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!

On a Friday evening, my mobile home was hit by tornado, moved over two foot. I looked under house and saw that it was off of some blocks. I wasnt sure if it was safe to stay in.I called Mobile Home Masters Saturday morning. Jesse went way beyond normative service and was at my house within 45 minutes. He looked under and determined that only the ties were holding it up as it balance on some cascading blocks. He deemed it unsafe for me to be in which allowed my insurance to provide me hotel expense.Mobile Home Masters had set up my home originally. Obviously they did a good job. It withstood a direct hit from an EF2 tornado and didnt blow away or fall over. Even with the best set up, I dont advise staying in a mobile home when a tornado is coming!I needed to get my house set back up soonest before the ties broke and it did fall over. Mobile Home Masters worked me into their booked schedule to get it set back up in time. Of course, this second set up looks as reliable as the first.I will forever be grateful to Jesse for coming to my rescue that Saturday morning. Im a single woman new to the area. I didnt know anyone personally who could help me in that time of shock and crisis. The folks at Mobile Home Masters are good people who provide great service.

I never received a new appointment or a call back from that till months later and said they were following up and seeing if i still needed them. Not very professional in my opinion.
