Picked up a pallet of St. Augustine grass on Saturday morning. It was awesome. Green and fresh - intact sod from the first piece on top to the last piece on the wood pallet. Going back for sure to get 3 more. Highly recommend All Natural Stone and Grass.

This is a post regarding Mr. Buchanans review. After trying to piece together the first pallet, I immediately called them and asked them to please pick up the pallets and I will wait for better sod, I was told We dont do that. I told them several several times the sod was literally falling apart even trying to cradle the pieces off the pallet. I was told they will call the sod farm to find out what happened. I stopped with the first pallet and went on to the second, to my dispare the 2nd pallet was the exact same. I stopped trying with the 2nd pallet and went on to the 3rd, I got 3 layers down with ok pieces then again, everything was just crumbling. I stopped went back inside called again and said this is absolutely ridiculous, can you please send someone out. I was then instructed the sod farm said You get what you get. I was told the owner would call me, that so far 1 pallet would be reimbursed. I told them no, Ive dug into 3 pallets thus far and they are all like this.I gave up after the 4th pallet. I sent them 9 pictures and 3 videos of the pallets. I explained that we could salvage almost 2 pallets by piecing them together. We waited a few days and heard nothing. My husband then cancelled our check and said we will pay for what we could salvage. We NEVER heard anything from them for 8 days per my phone records. Weve been in business for years and would never do this to our customers!!! Total lack of communication and disrespect. Ive told them 10 your more than welcome to come to our house and pick up the pallets that are sitting in our yard that were not salvageable.Their response was an absolute lie!!!! I was blown away when I read it this morning, which prompted me to respond due to their cover ups and lies. Never again will we do business with a company that has no values!!!!!!

Was able to go right in and order pallets of grass to be delivered. Got home and realized I needed 1 more to add on and they took care of me over the phone with no issues. Ladies at the front counter very nice and the delivery driver was also nice and was very quick to unload it.Great place and reasonable prices. Will be back!

Great customer service. Helpful, honest staff. Returned calls quickly. I liked that even though I was a newbie and was asking stupid questions they were patient and helpful.I wish their prices were a little lower, but being that they are the only place in town that will answer the phone I guess they can charge what they want.

Usually don’t write reviews, but definitely felt like I needed to this time! I went in to get information on what grass would be best for our yard. I spoke to Lyndsey and she was very knowledgeable on what would work best and not pushy to make an order right then. All around I was more than pleased with the service and the product! Will be definitely be coming back if I ever need grass again.

As a multiple repeat customer that has purchased 26 pallets of grass from them, they lost my future business today(and I need another truckload). Grass was delivered but their forklift was having mechanical issues and couldn’t even get it into my yard where it was to be installed. Luckily my neighbor was available with his backhoe to bail them out and get it unloaded. When I called the owner to politely discuss the situation he quickly became very arrogant and rude. I have never had a business owner talk to me that way especially after spending over $5000 with his business just on grass. Delivery driver was great and tried his best with the failing forklift but the owner’s customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I would personally like to address the reviews submitted by Jim and Cara Buchanan. It is infuriating to see such bold allegations directed to All Natural Stone & Grass. If they are known for anything, it is most definitely their customer service. The employees of this establishment bend over backwards to ensure every customer is satisfied, and do everything in their power to make things right. With that being said, I have a hard time believing you never heard from anyone on the matter? Based on the owners responses, it looks like they have attempted to contact you with no response? Which is concerning because it seems like you have plenty of time to post lengthy, fabricated reviews. Not to mention herd up everyone you know to leave negative reviews as well. I think that speaks volumes about your own values. The people here are the most helpful, friendly and HONEST staff there is. Any All Natural customer can agree with that. If I remember correctly, Im pretty sure they have a protocol of No refunds, no returns. So for them to personally offer you a refund, more than shows their efforts at making things right. I would also like to point out that it is July in Texas. Anything sitting on a pallet in this heat without water obviously is not going thrive until is it laid and watered. Which I feel like you should already know since you have allegedly laid 50 pallets of sod from your own properties. It is absurd to come after the integrity and character of an establishment, especially when they are doing everything they can to help you.

In the past 3 years my wife and I have laid more than 50 pallets of sod on our properties from other companies. We recently decided to try All Natural Stone & Grass because they had better pricing and they guaranteed their grass.Our first order was for 6 pallets of Bermuda grass and what we received was very yellow. We called them about our concern about the quality of the grass. They said there would be no problems and guaranteed their grass. This grass is now greening and has taken root just fine.Our second order was for 4 pallets of Bermuda grass as well, but this time the grass was different. While lifting the squares they would fall apart into pieces. This was not an occasional piece, nearly all of them. It was like trying to handle thin sheets of ice trying to keep them from falling apart. There must have been someone new cutting the sod because all the pieces were cut too short and did not have enough substance to hold together.My wife called and told them to come pick them up and they refused to. They said they received this grass from a new supplier and would contact them to see what they would do to resolve the problem. They said we could bring it back or piece together what we could and they would figure out a credit. Since we had no way to haul 4 pallets of sod an hour away from us we decided to piece together what we could. We managed to salvage 2 pallets worth out of the 4 in about 4 times the amount of time it should have taken to lay it and had to dispose of 2 pallets worth of sod crumbs.My wife sent them photos and a video showing the sod falling apart. Later that same day the lady that my wife was talking to at the office said that they would give us a refund on one pallet. We told them that was not acceptable and would pay for what we were able to use. This all took place the same day he sod was delivered.We cancelled the check the following day waiting for a revised balance. They sent a registered letter requesting the original balance and threat of collections without any kind of discount for unusable product. We have sent a check for the amount of sod we where able to salvage and will see where it goes from there.You will probably get usable sod if you order from this company, but don’t expect them to stand behind their “GUARANTEE” if you get bad sod.

Ordered two pallets of Celebration Bermuda. Prior to the order I queried about the quality of supplier and freshness of grass. I was told it would be fresh cut and ready for sodding. It was the worst quality Bermuda sod I have ever used. It was not fresh. The sod base was dry and crumbled apart as each section of sod was pulled from the stack. It took three times the effort because the sod sections where so fragile. Each had to be carefully folded over before you could pick it up and even then the sod base would crumble away as it was lifted up. Some of the sod was cut thick, while other pieces of sod where cut too thin. I notified the manager of my experience and he said he would talk to the supplier. Wow, what customer service! I would not do business with these guys again and suggest others use more reputable sod suppliers for their Bermuda grass needs.

The team at All Natural Stone and Grass have extensive knowledge in every product they have to offer. I have never been to a landscaping retailer with employees that can answer any question one might have, and answer with full confidence. These people here can tell you the exact type of grass you need for your property and they can help you figure out exactly how much square footage you will need to accomplish your project as well. Also, the same goes for all the rock, stone, and bedding materials. I highly recommend All Natural Stone and Grass for all of your home projects and landscaping needs.

The ladies in the office are so nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a pallet of St. Augustine reserved on a Friday, but couldn’t make it there until Saturday; they said no problem and had a fresh pallet ready for me Saturday morning. I got it laid today and the grass was green and healthy!! Thank You!!!

To the Manager,We ordered 3 flats of centipede grass. Delivery was supposed to be Thursday, July 13. My husband made sure he was off work so we could have 2 days to put the grass out if needed. Thursday morning I find out that your truck drivers did not pick up our order of centipede, they only picked up St. Augustine. This delayed our delivery by well over 24 hours because it was not delivered until Friday afternoon although I was told we would get it that morning. Im guessing the grass had already been cut for the pickup so it would be at your store early Thursday so this puts the cut grass sitting probably an extra 24 hours. The grass delivered contained way too much yellow grass and many patches look like they will not survive although we put them out as fast as we could. I think they had already set too long because your guys did not pick them up on time. We paid $684 for this grass and right now when my son-in-law gets ready to order his, I will be sure and tell him to not order from you. We are very disappointed in the delay of our grass and the quality of much of it. I just thought you ought to know. (I tried to send this via the contact button on your website but it would not work.) He has also offered to have someone replace any grass that we lose instead of us having to do it ourselves. So great! I walked in hoping to get rocks for our church function this weekend and they had all different sizes... and without expectation we were givin a blessing... the employee that helped me with the rocks put them in my car and was very very kind and helpful... top notch place!!! I ordered rock on a Friday after noon. Five minutes on the phone and I had rocks delivered Saturday morning. It couldnt have been easier.It is also somewhat uncommon, in my experience, to find a descriptive web site with pricing when it comes to construction materials. What you see is what you get.

Im not from the area, I a GC in the apartment industry. I was just now talking to someone on the phone and he seemed to be bothered that I was asking questions on pricing for a large multi family project I am doing out here in Tyler. Well I guess I will look somewhere else. Lost my business.

Will not use them again. Ordered a pallet of Zoysia on a Wednesday and was told they would contact me if there was a problem receiving it. Didnt hear anything, so I called on Saturday morning and was told that my grass was in. I spent 3 hours tilling my back yard and then went to pick it up. I paid for it and went to load and they couldnt find it. What?? You said it was in. The lady called Darren (sp?) and he said that the farm didnt have the grass so they didnt receive it and he forgot to contact me. He also said he would call me on Monday, so I waited to see how long it would take to get a return call. Waited until the next Friday and finally received a call back asking if I still needed the grass. Very disappointing service with no follow through. Over promise and under delivery. If you want good customer service, go elsewhere.
