Very helpful but extremely pricey!! If you buy something from here, make sure you pay it off in 6 months or pay 100 percent interest on your item

Worst customer service ever.. do not go here they send you broke appliances and don’t make it right just save your money and buy something this store is the Worst & there Employees!!!

I bought a washer and dryer with a cash and buy deal after 2 long days of major issues with lowes :long story short their customer service is awesome Mr.trump went way out of his way to find the matching dryer went the next day out of town to pick it up and delivered it and set it up that day !!! They saved me a ton of money and I was impressed on how much they helped me and they was super nice the whole time !! So when lowes or other large appliance stores let you down always remeber rent a center sells items for cash not just to rent !thanks again guys!

I was 5 days late on a payment. 5 Days. Rent-a-center called all my references... called my place of work, trying their hardest to get ahold of me. Just to ask when I could pay. Told them I had hours cut at work, and would be able to pay the current month and the next month since I went back up to standard hours in a few more days.The Guy on the other end we cant do that, your already 5 days past due, I need $78 today or we gotta come get itHe gave me until the next day, I called promptly in the morning to let them know Im still.not going to be able to.pay the $78 for literally 3 more days. 3 Days!!! So Im a total of 9 days behind....The worker said no they cant and scheduled a pick up for nearly 2 weeks out.... WHAT? you cant give me three days but now Im supposed to give you 2 weeks? What? I said Alright alright Whatever thats fine . Hang up... start moving on with my daily things.A few moments pass I get all call from the manager I assume. Yea One of our guys just spoke to you, and unfortunately we wont be able to wait that long to come pick up the items. We need to come today. Im like are you serious? You giy just said 2 weeks, earliest... well I came in today to get things done. So can we come today?All in all... do not... use rent a center... this place is a joke... and has zero humanity for those who got behind.

I have had a very good experience here. The lease to own program really makes it convenient when you need a big appliance but dont have the total up front. I deal with Troy quite a bit at this location and he is always a good guy to do business with. The nice thing about this lease program is the coverage plan that will take care of any repair problems for the life of the rental. We had a problem with the first washer and dryer and their team members, along with Troy, came out and took the bad pair and installed loaners so we wouldnt have to go without. This is a great store to deal with and I would recommend it to anyone who needs appliances but cant pay, up front, for them.
