I brought my vehicle in for its first oil change and its supposed to be free and it was not I was charged and I had other issues that I had scheduled for the same time as the appointment and they told me I would have to make another appointment because no one was there to run the computer for diagnostics. I had the appointment set up for that and took the day off work. So my time was wasted.

Our sales man was extremely knowledgeable about our car or any of the models and took the time to show us how to use the features of the car.. I will shop at shorkeys again.. The best advertisement. Is word of mouth...

Easiest car buying transaction Ive ever had! I reached out over their contact form and Nate got back to me within 15 minutes. He was quick to respond to any questions I had over text messages, gave me a quote on my trade in, and sent me multiple pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. He got the info they needed for the paperwork in advace so when we showed up to the dealership, everything was ready to go. We were in and out in an hour! Recently, had my 2015 Outlander Sport to the Jim Shorkey dealer to take care of a recall. I was advised it would take between 1 1/2 to 4 hours to complete. Since my vehicle is garage kept and doesnt leave it in the winter time, there was no damage due to snow and salt. Even with the car wash, I was out of the showroom in 1 1/2 hours. They are thieves i am leasing a car through jim shorkey and my coolant pump went bad i had it towed to there Mitsubishi service center they had it for two days they said it would cost me $256.00 just to put a hose on and add coolant but when i went to pick my car up my bill was $290.44 i get my receipt and the parts itself barely cost anything but for the labor itself was $200 they are a rip off and i will no longer continue to go there. There are better garages out there and i was told by another garage they would fix it for less but i had already had my car towed to this one so just no what you are getting into if you decide to go they will take you for every penny.

Purchased a used Jeep Liberty at Jim Shorkey Uniontown. The salesman must have mention a hundred times how thoroughly they inspect their vehicles. He kept saying that the last thing they want to do is sell somebody a lemon.One month later, the motor and coolant system failed. I took it to two different garages. Each said that it looked like the coolant system had been leaking but was rigged to keep running and that this caused the engine to burn out. The salesman at Jim Shorkey said they would fix it, but refused to offer a discount. He then quickly stopped returning our calls.Do not buy from them. I have already talked six of my family and friends out of going to them. The minor profit they made by scamming me has already become a tenfold loss in future sales. I urge you to seek a more reputable dealer.

We had a truck we had been looking to trade in on an Rx-8. We found an RX-8 online at this store with a decent price and the Shorkey-Lifetime warranty. I live in Moon Township (about 70 miles away from this dealer), so I asked if we could do a tentative deal on the phone. The sales manager I worked with (Don) was very acomodating and easy to work with. He met me at a good place on the Rx-8 and offered me the upper end on our trade-in (this process only required two phone calls no less!).We showed up on the day and no games were played. They gave us what we agreed to on our vehicle, and theirs was in good condition. We were extremely happy with the over-all experience and the entire deal was remarkably stress free.The ONLY reason it wasnt five stars was because they did not realize until the deal was done that they only had the valet key for the RX-8. A new key is around 3-400$ for that car so it would have been good to work that into the deal, but its a fairly minor complaint considering how easy they were to work with. Don even called the previous owner to see if he had a key (the owner did not, but the effort was appreciated).Great place that I would certainly recommend.

This dealership has hardly no high end model cars/SUVs. Salesman was playing the typical back and forth game of numbers, they will lowball the cost of your trade in, the service department staff is not knowledgable in current problems and issues and has long wait times, nothing special about this dealership. Go to Sendell in Greensburg for good service.
