The staff at Mr. Tire were both personable and professional. They took a situation that was stressful at the time, and provided much needed support and guidance. Prices were reasonable and the selection ample. The large burly mannequin outside the shop is a local landmark for the surrounding community, and provides great entertainment and distraction while waiting for your service! I give these guys a 10!

Mr. Tire is as good as it gets! They are very honest, have quality mechanics, quality parts, and charge accurate prices. Service is quick and thorough. I wish I could give ten stars to this business. I went to them in a panic as my bumper almost fell off on the highway. Great service. But corporate decision to take tires out of the waiting room was a bad one. My wife and I agree that we liked seeing the different kinds of tires available in the shop in person, not just online.

Had to leave a review, the reason I came here in the first place because of their 5 star rating ( no other shop comes close in this area). This place is awesome, I went to 5 other shops for a noise I was hearing and they either thought I was crazy or said nothing wrong. So this was my final attempt and should have been my first. Andy the manager said I will personally test drive your car and look at it . He was so informative about the process took me into the bay and showed me that my tires were cupping and that was the noise. You could barely see that but he was on it. He put me in 4 new tires at a great price ! I drove it home and low and behold no noise ! Andy and his crew are awesome, you have a customer for life !!!! Now that’s what I call excellent service and customer satisfaction!!! Thank you Andy and mr tire!

Usually good service called around fond better price after they said they were discounting my tires.Told them what I found on my own same tire but these were going to be balanced. And they still wanted to charge for balancing.Went to Mels Auto Repair in Upper Middletown. No haggling just done correct with balancing.

What an awesome experience. I called at 8 am with a issue with my tire they got me right in and took care of my needs for a great deal. Also got to talk about Jesus. So today was a blessing at Mr tire

My husband took his truck into Mr. Tire to get tires mounted as well as an alignment. He was told it would take 2-2/12 hours to complete. This was around 9 a.m. Upon removing the tires, it was determined that the bottom ball joints needed replaced. He was then told it would be a couple more hours and the estimate was approximately $580.00. We checked back around 12 p.m. and the work still was not completed. We stopped by the shop around 2 p.m and still, the truck was not done. The service rep said that they would be open until 7 p.m and that he would call us when the truck was done. Mind you, the work was supposed to be done well before this....according to the service rep, it would take approximately 4 hours. By 6:30 p.m that evening, we still had not heard anything so my husband called AGAIN. He was told that it was not done yet, the alignment was being done at that time. Fast forward to the next morning.....My husband went in to pick up his truck and he was given a bill for $908!!! This place is a rip off! We WERE long standing customers at Mr. Tire, but that all changed with this last visit. Never again will we frequent this establishment. They milked the job and took advantage of us so they could rack up the price. There is no way that an alignment, two ball joints, and mounting 4 tires costs $908.00! I am writing this review to warn anyone and everyone not to be taken.

Stranded Virginia motorists helped by Andy of Mr. Tire. 2 of our tires had screws/nails in them as we arrived in Uniontown after 4 hours on the road. Andy said hed take care of us and he did. . We had an hour wait before Andy could get to our car (he had told us about this ahead of time on the phone) but once the technicians diagnosed our problems, it was only 25 minutes until we had a repaired tire and a new tire.

My normal Mr Tire is in NC, but when I found myself in PA and in urgent need of some help, this Uniontown Mr Tire treated me as if I was their own long time customer. Thank you for getting me up and running again so quickly!

Great service! This place treats you well and the staff are super helpful. They took their time to explain the work they’re going to do to my car and they taught me how take care of my tires since i have no knowledge of how to check my air pressure and things of that sort. Went here to get my tire patched the day after I got a flat and had a wonderful experience. They even put my spare tire back in its storage spot! Everyone was very nice and made the experience personal. The service was fast and friendly and got me back on the road in no time. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be back!

Went in for inspection without a scheduled time and they fit me in. They were to be on lunch and cut it short to take care of me even though I told them it was no rush. Overall a great experience, got me out in about an hour and a half. Excellent service!

Richard is amazing! I am a nurse and travel far for work. Richard stayed late after closing to make sure my tires were changed before a snow storm. Horrible. Hour and half for two tires. That is unreal. There wasn’t anyone else in the place until after I walked in. I’ve never waited this long at different tire shops who were busy.

I had probably one of the most rediculous requests for them. I had all rims of two cars swap for my 2 identical cars. They did that without complaining and charged very little for that order. I find them reliable and honest.

I was in need of new tires before leaving on a business trip and had about an hour window to get it done. Mr. Tire was very accommodating and fit me in quickly. I was out the door in less than an hour and high quality, well priced tires. Great work guys!

My experience here today completely turned a terrible day around. A quick grocery run turned into a flat tire on a Saturday- Andy’s cheerful and experienced voice on the phone confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem to bring it in. There might me a little bit of a wait- he warned. I was prepared to wait for several hours if needed. It wasn’t more than three minutes before they were bringing my car in and getting me a new tire. The day was saved! They were so friendly and professional and quick- never go anywhere else!

These guys are the bomb ! I was vacationing at Ohiopyle And it was time to head home a 9 hour road trip and on of my tires was going flat. I tried numerous garages and they all said no we are to busy! REALLY!!!! I call mr tire and explain my situation to Andy the manager and he says come on in now we gotcha! This place saved our vacation! Our brakes went while driving nearby mountain roads. I love this place! When I call with an issue they usually get me in the same day. I’m always greeted with a smile and they can let me know what’s going on with my vehicle very fast. I had called my dealership prior, was rudely informed no service on the holiday except sales, as though my phone call alone was inconvenient. Called Mr. Tire and was amazed at George’s cheery tone and greeting! He was forthright about the full synthetic necessary for my vehicle’s oil change and apologized for the wait, as though I wasn’t the one calling last minute on a holiday! I got a flat just a few miles away and brought my car to Mr. Tire and couldnt have been happier with my choice. They were able to fit me in (although I could tell they were busy, so I appreciated it!), replace my tire and get me on the road in less than an hour, which was super helpful since I was trying to get on the road and get home, which was over an hour away. We were in town on vacation. Our brakes were making a horrible noise. It was 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. We called and asked if they could check the brakes to see if we can continue on our vacation or if we needed to head home. Not only did they get us in, Andy was able to get us a brake repair job done within an hour and a half of us just dropping in. Cant say enough good things about Mr. Tire and Andy getting us in at the last minute and getting a brake job done on a Friday afternoon. If I could give 10 Stars I would.

I’ve been to 4 different shops for a shimmy problem on my car and all thought I was crazy as loon, I came to mr tire because their google reviews are out of this world and wouldn’t you know it they fixed my shimmy, the manager Andy personally drove my car to see what I was experiencing and right away stated I feel it your tires need balanced. They gave me a 4 wheel balance and low and behold shimmy gone !! I will never go anywhere else you have a customer for life! They went over and above for me can’t thank them enough!

The staff was amazingly friendly. As a young female, mechanics often try to take advantage of me thinking I dont know about cars. The staff here didnt try any of that. That was refreshing in itself. The waiting room has a clean, super comfortable couch and a tv, quick service, they kept me in the know with all they did, everything you could want from a garage. I will definitely bring my vehicles here again.

George and Andy are the best. I swear they never even get a day off. They have helped out so much from the start. They are always pleasant and kind. Willing to bend over backwards to help you out.
