Poor business practices. Let me start by saying if you choose to give this place your business Ken is heavenly, simply wonderful. But with that being said I drove 45 minutes to look at a specific car and after I got there they increased the price by $3000 and refused to honor the listed price. Luckily, this prompted me to do a more intense search for the car I wanted and I was able to locate a much better deal (several actually).
First time car buying isn’t the easiest, but with BRENDA at Wright Honda you cannot go wrong. She is one of the strongest, reliable and patient sales people I have ever met. No pressuring you, only allowing you to make a calculated decision. She helped me get a great first car for a great price and even helped me calculate the monthly totals all around with insurance on 4 DIFFERENT CARS! If you go here, ask for BRENDA and she will help you during her regular and off hours. Dedication to the customer.

Do NOT recommend. I have a tire warranty through Zurich which I purchased when purchasing my vehicle at Valley Honda. I called Wright prior to going, explained what happened and that I called Zurich and told them what happened to my tires and they said it was no problem and put a note in my account stating they just needed the dealership I went to call and confirm. I told Wright Honda on the phone what happened and they told me they could take care of it without me having to drive an hour and a half to Valley (which I should’ve done, live and learn). Well the man I spoke to on the phone was not who I dealt with when I got there. They told Zurich the wrong thing and they denied my claim. My warranty covers pothole damage to my tire and rim. Which is what happened, hit a pothole and it damaged both my rim and tires on my passenger side (enough that it cut a piece of the tire). The guy at Wright didn’t believe me. Flat out said it didn’t look like a pothole. I told him exactly where it happened and I could get him a picture of the pothole if that made him believe me. He said he was going to take pictures and send them to Zurich which he did not do. He disappeared for another 20 minutes and came out and just told me the same exact thing. Claimed I didn’t tell him it was from a pothole. They wasted over an hour of my time. Didn’t help me, didn’t care that the service guy screwed up. Do yourself a favor and never bring your cars here for service. You either get this kind or you can’t find a service person to help you cause they all hide in their back offices until you have to pay. Go to Valley Honda. They’re awesome, will never go anywhere else. Wright Honda also let my car sit in the bay for an hour without touching it. They moved it, to get two cars out ahead of mine cause I was in the way I guess. I had an appointment and should’ve been taken in said order. I watched them move my car to take two other cars ahead of mine. I also called Valley Honda and told them of my experience at Wright Honda and they said the man shouldn’t have had to copy my warranty papers, he should’ve known what the warranty is because all Honda dealers work with Zurich.Also saw another review of people not wearing masks, so can confirm that. I didn’t see not one person aside from Greg keeping his mask on. Garbage service.
Amazing experience! Brandon was a awesome sales person & friendly which was very nice! We ended up buying are 2019 honda civic there & we are very pleased with everyone there. Everyone was wearing there mask too! Thank you WRIGHT HONDA on the excellent experience & service!!

Just putting this out there that I just got done having work done on my car at Wright Honda and I was really uncomfortable the entire time I was there. Greg from the service department was amazing and made sure he had his mask on properly but I only saw one other person with a mask even on. That gentleman wore it below his nose. I work in the service industry and have a real issue with this. I am extremely careful to make sure I dont make my family, co workers and customers sick. I can honestly say Im done with Wright Honda because of this. No matter what you personally believe you need to care about your customers and this shows me that they do not care in the least about me or anyone else. I know that me not purchasing another car from them wont hurt them very much but I hope that others feel the same way and choose not to buy from them also.
Fantastic service! Greg was helpful and made sure I was taken care of, I never felt like he was aiming for my wallet and gave me tips and solutions to deal with my aging Honda Fit.

I have had good parts dealings with them . parts guy is a great guy .Recently got a used cr-v from these people . The new accord i am planning within the year as well as the used ride i am picking up for my kid, will be purchased elsewhere . There is no way that i can believe they went over a trade in and did not catch a cracked a/c compressor that was somehow charged and tossing cold air for 5 days after purchase, now an expensive evap issue that required a turning off of the check engine light to disguise long enough to sale, as well as an oxygen sensor-- the expensive upstream one . Now to be sure, i could be wrong, perhaps the previous owner was savvy enough to hide it by recharging the a/c and by having the light switched off with a scantool,, but, they did go over the car when traded and put it out for resale, . now it was sold as is to be sure, but many were listed at the same time by other new car dealerships in the area clearly stating what was an issue ., or they say they went over the car before selling it . A cracked compressor is hard not to see tho .So, I m going with my gut-- .when i get the new accord i will drive it in and let them see it .I give them a 2, due to my good experiences with parts and their parts guy ... and for the benefit of the doubt i will give them .
One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.It started with Brenda Huseman the salesperson. She did amazing from the communication on the phone, time at dealership, and ensuring I received my extra key. I wasn’t pushed and I felt like the only customer she had on her mind. She even showed up the next day on her time off and saw me off when I’m as picking my vehicle up. Brenda in my opinion is what salespeople should strive to be. I walked away feeling great about my purchase.General manager did a great job, and the finance department was quick, to the point, and helpful.The other day I had to get my new key programmed. First off, this was my first car buying experience at any car dealership for my own personal car. I was intimidated at first, but Brenda Huseman was there the whole time to make me feel comfortable. She was straightforward, compassionate, understanding, and she was not at all pushy. I told her what I wanted, what I needed, and she never once tried to steer me to a more expensive option. Very wonderful salesperson!Buying a car is a big step and I was in good hands. :)The only thing I did not care for was when I went to finance with Don, he was very aggressive and pushy, would not take no for an answer with all of the upsells, and made me feel as if I wanted to leave without taking the car. If you dont want an extended warranty of any kind, you dont want it.I am very pleased with my car, the price, with Brenda. I already have a couple new customers that will be coming in asking for her about a car.

Overall we had a fairly positive experience. Zack and Don went out of their way to help us and we appreciate all their assistance in trying to make our purchase quick and easy. Apparently our salesperson came in on her day off to help us with the purchase, as she mentioned it a few times during the sale. In the end, they all made it happen. However, I’m disappointed that our first stop after the purchase had to be the gas station. Salesperson indicated she would take the truck to the gas station to fill it up but may have given us $10 worth of gas. Quite disappointing after sitting in the hot showroom waiting for about 3 hours to make this happen. I know it takes time to buy a vehicle. But going a little above and beyond with a tankful of gas would have been nice. :)

I bought 2017 white Jeep rubicon serval months ago that had the rear brakes replaced at this dealership. The rotors were new but pad had 56k on them they were rusted and wore out and missing 3 retainer clips. Can’t believe a dealership would cut corners like that to save $35. Hard to have a loyal customer when this would be the kind of service I would be getting. Contacted dealer no response.
Bought my first ever new car here, a very pleasant experience. Visited around five Honda dealers after driving my dads 18 CRV for a few days when my old car broke down and needed towed. Wright Honda had the best selection of 19 leftover models, which I wanted because Honda did away with those awesome spinner style rims i liked on the newer models. Gave me a sweet financing deal, they threw in the floor mat package and didnt charge extra for it, and filled the tank up with gas for me to drive away with. Sold! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Called about a truck. Talk to a sales rep, even took her person cell phone to continue out conversation. After a while she just quit txting back and never got back to me. Called the next day and talked to a different sales rep. She took all my info was going to run a credit check on me, but then again never got back to me. It’s been a week now so I’ve just moved in to a different dealer. Very bad customer service.

I drove from Detroit, MI to Mike Wood Honda in Uniontown, PA. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from here.Most of you may be wondering, why the heck would I drive from Detroit, MI to Uniontown, PA to buy a car? Initially, I found the car I wanted on CarGurus. The asking price for this vehicle was $5000 lower than the dealerships around me. Ive visited plenty of dealerships around me (for many different cars as well), and I couldnt get a price this low on the Honda CR-V. What made the final factor of me making the drive out to Mike Wood Honda was this, for the amount of miles that the Honda CR-V had, the price was amazing for it. I also read a lot of positive reviews (Google Maps, CarGurus, etc) about the dealership.After test driving the car, inspecting the car, asking plenty of questions about the vehicle, and agreeing on a fair price, it was made clear to me that the Honda CR-V that Mike Wood Honda was selling was the perfect car for me.Their customer service is very professional, knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond for every customer that walks into their building. I would actually come here if I wasnt so far away. I already recommend this place to my friends who live in Pennsylvania. I love how knowledgeable the sales people are about the vehicles they sell! Love this dealership they helped me when I had a surprise issue with my fit and fixed a blown spark plug and coil pack without haveing to replace the entire head. Since that happened I go there for every service I am an uber driver so Im there for routine maintenance probably once a month. I am saveing up cause my dream car is a new 4 door 6 speed civic si or the LX-I. I deal with Matt Moore in sales Ive tried twice first time I didnt have enough for down payment. The 2and time I had 5 grand for down payment but since i had shopped around cuz I wanted a new or newer car and they say I have two many inquiries. So Im still saveing have abt a few grand more now and I want to drive off that lot in my dream car one day so bad. Especially because of how great there staff has been to me always friendly and upfront know b.s.

They are so nice and helpful! They said I waited too long so they gave me a free oil change even though I was fine with the time it took them. Went there another time for a noise my car was making they could have charged me all kinds of money but no they said it was only the way the tire was wearing and to keep using them and just get new ones before winter.

Bought a Honda Civic 2016, wasn’t taken seriously by the car salesman, was told “I didn’t think you’d buy a car today”. Would not have purchased a car from them but they were the ONLY dealership that had the exact car I wanted. I had a tire light come on and i came to get it serviced 3+ times and they kept ducking my issue. I bought new tires myself, about a month later my light came back on. If you don’t want to deal with a headache don’t come here.
What a joke? Bought a van there 4 years ago off of Les and this place was the place to go for a car. This time was jacked around and then today came. Suppose to close on a car for my son at the price we needed to be at. All of a sudden the payment had to be extended 3 more months to get to that payment because of some BS. Told the salesman I was coming in to talk to him about it and maybe still proceed. Stood in there doorway and was never greeted, texted the salesman, and was ignored, Waited 22 minutes and still nobody asked why I was just standing there, woman salesman walked past me, others made eye contact, but nothing. What a joke!!! Will be telling friends and family to stay the hell away of the FREEDOM experience. Toyota, Honda, the WV stores, stay the hell away. Getting a brand new car for my son instead of 2016 for the price we wanted. Better options than this out there everyone! BEWARE!

It is never a GOOD THING, when Management needs called concerning issues that should have been addressed by the Sales Team. Our Salesman, Les, did a fantastic job but unfortunately was scheduled out, the following day, when issues needed addressed. A great experience does not end when the vehicle is OUT THE DOOR. Good service should always follow. That is a good trait of an overall good experience. That good trait was not received.

After doing a fair share of shopping around, at 4 total Honda dealerships and 2 Toyota/1 used lot. I have a mixed reaction to Wright. Extremely good points, with downsides as well.First and foremost, the staff is extremely friendly on the sales side, I was greeted pretty much the moment i parked/got out of my car. You couldnt ask to deal with a building of friendlier people. Amenities offered even at later hours.The sales person was knowledgeable about the vehicle with the exception of one feature she was going to have to ask for reference on(a minor one at that). And never came off as hostile at any point with a direct interaction. Slightly dismissive towards asking about coloring on the vehicle, but not a deal breaker despite buying new. Ended up with the 4th or 5th choice for exterior coloring due to what was available there.The major downside of the dealership comes when the actual transaction details are discussed. A price was offered. I proceed to ask if that is out the door with tax included. I was told yes. That wasnt the case, but that wasnt brought up till they spent 30-40 min negotiating finance on my behalf past normal hours. So I couldnt bring myself to argue over the issue. I also ended up having to put down a larger amount than asked to get said financing/kind of brought up as a side note.The deal itself, assuming the price presented was actually out the door pricing, wasnt the best offered in the area, was on the mid-high tier of what would be an acceptable price range out the door. But like stated previously, having financing makes it more palatable.What really seemed to kill the overall value of the deal, was their trade policy. They offered 20% of the next lowest trade offered at 5 other dealers(including Toyota dealerships), and only 10% of the best trade. One would assume that raising a trade value would be a generic way to sweeten a deal(at least it was at every other dealership I spoke to), but their policy of auto auction value was unique.TLDR: Staff is very friendly and sociable. They will go above and beyond to get financing for you if needed/had issues elsewhere and answer questions about the vehicle. But their trade in values will be lower, and out the door most likely higher due to that.(edited for clarity/response to the owner)________________________________________________________________________--Edit for owner: On a fundamental level the staff was a delight. My salesperson did everything they could with the resources available to them. And when writing this, only issue really would have been the meaning of tax in being understood. When looking back at an interaction involving a purchase, it is fair to be critical of policies/practices that are unique, especially when you end up paying more due to them. And the Honda survey seemed to primarily deal with my salesperson interaction, this is an overall comprehensive summary of the interaction/dealership policy and what you realistically will encounter with it.You are free to contact me if you would like a more clear explanation, I am sure you have my email/contact information.--Also, working with any delays/my situation, was a direct correlation of the dealership itself. I stated I was fine paying a deposit/leaving in my previous vehicle till I was ready to complete said deal. And I said that again the second day when a delay arose, so I wouldnt consider the patience displayed a positive when it was caused on your dealership initially.
When it comes to getting the Best Sales Team, Henry and Karen are the folks to GO TO... they more than go the extra milefor their customer/s, provide a No-hassle Deal, and are extremely knowledgeable about their Products. My hubby and I have been buying from them for 25 years.Highly Recommended, and worth driving from South Hills to Uniontown to get Great All around service & awesome customer care!!

I took my Acura here for service and they were highly competent and thorough. The only negative with my experience was that I was expecting to have my vehicle back in the early afternoon and when I drove up there to pick it up at 4:30, I received a call while on the way (did not listen to the message until after I got there), telling me that my car was not ready. Despite this, the gentleman was very pleasant and helpful and apologetic and understood my need for a car the next day and promptly arranged for a rental car for me at their expense. When I returned the next day, my car was fixed and running great again. Overall a very good experience.
Most of the new vehicles have options pre-installed raising the price for several hundred or thousands of dollars when you dont want or need them. $50 for wheel locks on steel rims?
