Had a great experience. Customer service was very kind. I ordered several items and needed them the next day. They came promptly and with no worries. Everything fit and is very comfortable after a long discussion about plus sizes with customer service. Looking forward to ordering again.
Spent over $300 for a dance bag almost a month ago. Haven’t received item, no communication. I work hard for my money as most do and hope I wasn’t scammed. No one answers their phones either!
This online store is great, I don’t know what the others are talking about, but my experience was great. The ladies on the phone were very helpful, and nice. The order came surprisingly fast and the quality high quality shoes . There pricing is good. The bad reviews must have wanted something out of the ordinary. This company I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with going to the store. Quick and easy with anything you need.
Slightly lower prices on a few items do NOT make it up for the lack of customer care. Good luck receiving confirmations, updates, apologies or replies of any sort. FYI: ignoring your customers communications is hardly a good company policy. I will NEVER buy from you again and will recommend everyone I know -with an interest in articles for ballet- to do the same. I rather pay a couple of dollars more and being able to count on reliable and professional service in return.
Im not sure what kind of business they run in the physical storefront but their Online store customer service is the WORST. If you NEED your items, I would not recommend buying from these ladies. They are slow to respond to emails, never answer the phone and you will place your order but it will not be processed until at least a week later. I have given them 2 different chances during two different dance seasons and both times I was disappointed. Never again and I warn you that you get what you pay for. The prices are cheap but so is the customer service and timeliness.
I ordered a rack and roll large dance bag and had the bag at my door in two days. Great purchase experience. I called the company to ask a couple questions and had a very pleasant customer service experience. Thank you!
Worst online experience ever.I ordered 5 things and weeks later received package with only 3 items.I had to call about it and spoke to a woman who sounded like she could care less about anything. I sent e-mails...no response. These folks need to close online business if they cant handle orders. Lots of people would love a job!
Dont listen to the haters, Joe Mikluscak is a local legend and his roads are the best roads. At the end of this road resides two rival dancewear companies.
