This is the only Optometrist I have been going to for the past 15+ years. He knows exactly how to prescribe the perfect pair of glasses for me. I had to go to another Optometrist before because of insurance, and I was not satisfied. I will only go to. Dr. Neiman. The girls that work there, are so nice and friendly. They always take their time with their patients. They help me pick out frames that look good in my face. They are so patient. Very friendly atmosphere. The store manager is awesome! She always go out of her way for the patients. I would highly recommend this Optometrists and his office to anyone! 10 star rating!!

Great Experience!!I have been a patient/ customer for a little over 3 years. The staff has been very helpful even during the Covid disruptions with an updated eye prescription.As has happened in the past, today I had an issue with the frames (my fault again), so I called the location at the Uniontown mall and spoke with Melika. She listened and gave me options on what they could do, everything done in 5 minutes. Very happy with the results.Thanks again for all the assistance you have provided me over the years. Stay Safe

Its been over 2 months and I still do not have contacts. Ive been in three times, left with a different prescription each time. The second pair was the closest to being satisfactory.Because I didnt want to go through the whole ordeal a FOURTH time, I asked if the doctor would just order a years supply of the second pair so I could be done with it. The woman at the desk said that she would ask the doctor and let me know. Two weeks later, I havent received a call. I just called back today and was instantly disconnected before speaking to anyone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Staff was amazing ! Had us in and out without any issues! My insurance was explained to me which i never knew about and the ladies working were so nice and patient to me and my kids!

I have been a patient at Pearl Vision, Uniontown Mall, for about 8 years. My experience with this very professional and friendly staff has been the single best experience of all medical office visits, or all eye doctors, vision centers, etc, in my adult life. I continued to be a patient even living 3 hours away because of the excellent care and excellent service to myself and family. I continue to be their patient, even after moving overseas, because the service is absolutely second to none. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND FIVE STARS!!

I absolutely love this location. Leslie is a fantastic employee and really gets down to the last detail when ordering prescription and glasses that’s right for the client. The staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out.

Totally happy with the experience at Pearle Vision. Leslie and Melina at the front desk made us feel comfortable when my husband and myself arrived. We were greeted immediately when we arrived. They explained all procedures that they offered and why these procedures were important for us to have for eye care. Pleased with Doctor Neiman’s Eye exam. He explained everything to us and we even had a few friendly words about being dog owners. Upon picking our glasses up my grandchildren came with us and they actually took the lenses out of our old frames and gave them to the children to wear for play. Unbelievable but true! We then were informed that if we had any trouble with the adjustments of our glasses to just come in and they will take care of the issue. Give this place a shot I’ve been to a few local eye places and never was explained as much about pricing, offers that I could consider and financial issues. Give this place a chance!

The service at the Uniontown Mall Pearl Vision center was wonderful. The ladies in the office where very nice and friendly and the fill in doctor was very informative. Great experience!

Paid 140 for a eye exam walked out. Doctor told me it can take him atleast a month to get my prescription. Wouldnt listen to me. Gave me the wrong size contact lenses and wrong strength. Will never go back cant believe I even paid him for his service

One of the best eyeglass buying experiences Ive ever had. The Dr did a great exam and the 2 ladies in the front who did my glasses were so awesome. They explained things to me about my lens that no other place has and they were extremely friendly . I would recommend this place to everyone

Wonderful staff, very helpful. I need help picking out glasses because I cant see when I take off my glasses. The girl who helped me I believe her name was Leslie, was very helpful and very patient.

I recently had an appointment at pearle vision at the uniontown mall location and let me just say that it was best experience i could have possibly had at an eye appointment. I work in customer service with general public and kudos to Malika. She was beyond friendly and communicated very well about any concerns.

I usually do not write reviews, however the staff was so friendly and they really informed me what my insurance covers and what the remainder would be I dealt with a very friendly staff member name Leslie she was great I will recommend Pearle vision in Uniontown to my family and friends .

I got amazing service, and loved that the Dr. took his time to know me and to find the best fit for me.

The overall experience couldn’t have been any better. I’ll never goto another place for my exams and the frames they have are unbelievably nice from top brands to generic brands. They have something for everyone no matter your budget. Setting up an appointment was easy, and from the time you walk in until you leave you’re taken care of and that’s all thanks to Leslie and Melika. The doctor himself is also amazing (Dr Neiman). He gave me an in depth review of my eyes and really took the time to show me different things which shown his passion for his work instead of just giving me the exam and sending me on my way like most other doctors at different places have done in the past. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I will never return to this place! My husband and I had our eyes examined but the doctor said he didnt have time to dialate my eyes, which was suppose to be part of the exam, and he felt I really needed it because he thought chemo may have caused some cataract but would do it when we came to pick up glasses. My husband ordered his but I waited because if I have to have cataract removed my perscriprion would change. When we were looking at glasses I told the girl what the doctor said. Today we went to pick up my husbands glasses and get my dialation. They told me I would have to make an appointment because they were booked. NOONE told me this at exam. I dont live nearby and should not have to come back when I was told he would do it when we picked up glasses and noone mentioned needing an appointment. This was supposed to be done at exam and my insurance paid for it. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance and Pearl Vision.

Awful I was being forced to get new glasses when all along the staff at Pearl Vision new I had Cataracts! Now that I told them I was not taking the glasses I am being harassed with phone calls at all hours of the day & nite!! I am getting a lawyer to stop the harassment!! I have had enough of that woman that works there & they need to get a new one! I will never purchase glasses there!
