I brought my girls here for their exam. They were short handed but did their best. Mike was very sweet & went the extra mile to make sure to help us. Thank you Mike!!

I ordered a pair of frames from here and never got a call back so I called them to ask if my Glasses were ready to pick up. They said yes so my stepfather and I drove to the store which is a little bit out of our way. Once we arrived they only had the lenses ready for me and the frames were never ordered so they decided to put my lenses in the frame of the wall display, I was fine with that until we left the store and saw a bunch of scratches and general wear and tear, We went back in and they agreed to order me the new frames and told me they would be ready in 5 days, I did not get a call back a whole week later, so I called them, The first person I talked to said that there was no order placed for me and she put the manager on the phone, The manager asked about the situation and said that my glasses were ready. So, today we went again and the manager brought me the tray with my glasses, The glasses had the exact same scratches and even fit perfectly from when they adjusted them for me last time, we were 100% sure that they were the same glasses that we did not accept last time, This was annoying but wasnt the reason I gave them such a low rating, The manager kept saying that they are brand new frames and that maybe the marks were from the factory after we told her that they were the same glasses as before she got very rude and very difficult to work with as she kept saying we were lying and that the glasses were brand new, She would leave mid-conversation and ignore us, Then she would not give us the name or number of who to contact about what had happened. I can not express how rude and unprofessional she was, luckily Mike helped us get our refund so I wanted to say that he was fantastic and helped in the situation when the manager would not. The worst part about all of this is that I have to wait 6-8 weeks for my insurance to be refunded so I am left without glasses for at least 6 weeks. Luckily the team lead Mike from the actual store pointed us in the right direction to file a formal complaint.

Ordered my contacts on February 18th, it’s June 7th and everytime I’ve called they just say they’re waiting to hear from someone.

The manager of this place is terrible. She has such an attitude. She is unprofessional and incredibly rude to the customers.

Employees are very friendly and professional. The eye doctor did an excellent job making sure that everything was correct and I could see 20/20 at the eye exam. The staff helped me pick out 2 nice frames. Highly recommend.

Everytime I visit, the service is professional and fast.

They have a sign that claims they accept walk ins but everytime I try to walk in and try to get an eye exam done they tell me they cant take me to make an appointment. The whole reason of choosing Walmart is because of work hours I cant make an appointment because I never know forsure when I will have free time to make it to an appointment so I havent been to an eye doctor in 6 years so when I seen Walmart did walk ins I tried to do a walk-in everytime I had free time and every single time they refused me. If walk-ins are not welcome then remove your sign stating it is.

I had an appt for 10am I have sat here waiting with my three children who all have appts. While others are just walking in and being seen before my kids. So after watching 5 people go before wondering as a parents ok kids get restless why are they taking them finding out since the other customers where only 1 appt theres where easier and being I have 3 kids for appts I had to wait. So I would not recommend at all for anyone who has children and need to get there eyes checked they do not care how long you wait. And the service is not like it use to be either!! Very unhappy customer

The black lady at the uniontown Wal-Mart vision center is a joke and terrible

Been two months and have still not heard anything about my contacts. Keep calling and asking about them and all I get is we have to check with the dr and we will let you know.and no one calls to let me know anything.i will not return to Walmart eyes center again.

So pleased with my new glasses. Rx is spot on. Thanks to everyone!

I love Walmart Vision Center, the employees are always courteous and Walmart has a nice selection of name brand frames at reasonable prices, and I get my glasses back within a few days.

My sister went to Uniontown Wal-Mart eye center. Well let me tell you, they are not 5 stars. She got her glasses. And couldnt see anything.her cell phone a card she bought. I asked her didnt they have you try the glasses on and try them out before you left. She said she ask the lady who gave her the glasses shouldnt I take my contact lenses out again and try them out? The woman said no and adjusted the stems on sides. Then handed them back to her. I DONT understand, spending almost $400.00 on glasses and they side track you from trying them out doesnt say much for the eye doctor. She is going back tomorrow and Im going with her this time. This is bullcrap!!!!!! Buying eyeglasses is like buying a car you try it out . Thumbs way down for Wal-Mart eye center.. but on the lighter side I did like the frames, but not the Eye Doctor he sucks!!!!!

Absolutely worst service ever they say they ordered my contacts 2 months ago but I called my insurance to see what the hold up is they never recieved an order from Walmart vision I have called once a week to see if my contacts came in they told me no I had to speak with a dr but my contacts was ordered but oddly enough a dr is never in and never calls me back .. so after confirming with my insurance no order was made they recommended I get my rx from Walmart and have someone else order them I call Walmart they said have whatever place Im ordering them through call them (Walmart vision) and they could fax my rx to the new place Now Walmart vision refused to fax my rx to the new place saying they already ordered them No sir no you didnt they was rude and incompetent

Had an eye exam beginning of August for contacts ordered them when I got my eye exam it is now August 21 called them August 20 spoke to a rude lady tried to explain to her I’m leaving out of town August 23rd wanted to see if they came in she claimed they are coming we will give you a call called again August 21 now the order was canceled out of nowhere why didn’t the lady tell me that before they put me on hold then hung up and said they don’t know what’s going on now I have to stick with glued up glasses because apparently no one knows what’s going on
