Came in for a new starter motor and received excellent advice and assistance from David S. Pulled the old starter and brought in the old and the new. David showed me the bench test on the new one to show me how a good starter sounds. When he hooked up the old one it was clearly a different sound (the sound of failure!) David promptly refunded my core.David even tested my battery to make sure it was still good. It was less than 2 years old so I was pretty sure it wasn’t the battery.All in all, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this Auto Zone and I will continue to be a faithful customer for years to come.

My car was not moving I stopped by this place and ask for help. A beautiful girl name Iris came out side with me and helped me out with my car for very long time. My car was fixed and I saved more then $1000 dollars! I am so happy and so thankful to her. She is super nice and friendly. She helped me with cleaning a code also for free. Received great customer service from Iris and David as I went there twice today. 1st went there for turn signal light bulb and then later for new battery. They were both helpful and friendly during each visit.

Went there to test the battery, one guy said it’s good just clean it the the other guy “Luis” said it’s bad you need to replace it, first one was rushing me because it was the end of his shift and Luis had a really bad attitude with the way he was talking and seems to me he didn’t want to help at all! I guess I’m heading to O’Reilly down the street!

Id give a ZERO if possible! The customer service here is horrendous. I understand that people have bad days, but when you thank someone, how much effort is a simple response. Nope they just ignore you. There are plenty of parts places in UC, dont waste your time or money here.

Yes, they are a chain parts store, so the items they carry will not vary much from location to location. What sets this store apart for me is the people. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here, and I am in here several times a month.

I walked in to buy some products for my truck and the Dictator of a lady manager has all the registers blocked off and orders me to pull my mask up higher than it already is.Then she tells me she will just service me outside and tells me to wait in the 100 degree heat.Yeah right!!!I drove to Advanced auto parts right across the street! Never going to this auto zone again!Take your business to Advanced Auto!!They don’t give you orders and their customer service is great!

I went in to have my battery tested. Living in Texas and having to wait for roadside assistance in the summer is never a fun day. Easy enough to see on the road though the parking was being worked on, on my last visit. Staff was very knowledgeable and fast but not rushing. Very friendly and had useful advice on battery maintenance and other regular maintenance i can still do myself.

Easy access, mostly friendly staff, and usually stocked well enough. They vary in their level of knowledge, but be mindful of where youre walking into - You dont need any special training or knowledge to work at AutoZone, so always get a second and third opinion. The managers seem to know more.I believe they do offer free battery charging and code reading (check engine light), and even specialty tool rentals are free* (Pay a deposit, get it fully refunded when you return the tool). Those tool rentals have saved me a few times over the years.All in all, good place.

Convenient and I have been working on my car alot. They have some products that are not easy to find locally. Red Line Water Wetter is a great product I normally have to order online. They have it for the same price without the shipping cost. Good service too. They have a lifetime warranty on many of their Parts. Although we often joke that it really means a lifetime of replacing the parts. Not always though. Free battery install, wipers too. I can do it myself but why when they do it for you. Also they can help you with engine codes and diagnosis of some electrical issues.

Amazed that BOTH employess today could not help me find a relay for my Jeep. I went across the street immediately after to ADVANCE AUTO PARTS and they got me the relay I needed within minutes without any hassle or attitude. Shouldnt be this frustrating to shop for a relay.

Truck was losing power and would not accelerate. I pulled into auto zone where there was a moderate amount of customers. I was thinking it would be at least 5 min before service.. Out from the back comes another auto zone employee and after. The few basic questions...year...type of vehicle...we were standing at my truckwhile the auto zone associate ran a free diagnostic test. I was out of there in five minutes or less with the knowedge of what was wrong....FREE!! .fast efficient service. And more than an auto parts store.

For the most part they are usually the best priced and the have a 24hr location located off Perrin Beitel Rd. And also with the rewards program if your smart and use it to your advantage you basically get a free 20.. So heres a pointer you can only get one point per day and it has to be for purchase over $20. So say you are going to be buying new break pads and rotora for your vehicle well if you go in few days before your ready and on one day buy one rotor then next day buy other rotor and then the following day biy other parts you would end up getting 3 points where as if you walked in and bought all the parts on the same day you only get 1 point. 5 points gets you $20 credit just a way to work the system to benifit you..

I needed help replacing my breaklight bulb in my 2002 buick lesabre because i did not have the correct extension. The employees were friendly and proficient . a new hire named Justin helped me and i can tell they are doing an awesome job on giving him hands on training experience he really helped and i think they made a great choice in hiring him.
