I had injections and message; without any type of, lasting pain relief. Then....I went to the Good Feet Store. I have been having issues with my feet and comfortably wearing shoes for quite some time. After having no positive results from the new orthotics provided by my podiatrist, I decided to try the Good Feet Store. Sarah in the Sarasota store was phenomenally helpful, listening to my issues and putting together a plan and a package to help me. Three weeks later, I can honestly say that my shoes are now comfortable and my feet no longer hurt. In fact, I noticed a huge improvement after only a day or so. Im so glad I decided to stop in.

The experience was great and Sara who helped me had a wealth of good information to share about the product. Overall shes a very nice person and a great saleswoman to say the least. After trying it out I realized it wouldnt work as my feet are way too flat with absolutely no arches but they do have some wonderful walking shoes and in the near future Ill definitely buy a pair as Im an avid walker. Me and my family where on vacation in Sarasota Florida and heard the good feet store advertisement on the Radio, I have been fighting feet pain for years and tried all kinds of supports and even been to doctors and tried Support’s they recommended and still no results that last!! I decided what the heck let’s try this so we just showed up at the store when they where opening and Sara welcomed us, I explained what kind of issues I was having and then she told me there history and explained in great detail about there products!!! I went to The Good Feet Store for help with severe foot pain and numbness due to Mortons Neuroma and plantar fasciitis. I had to limit activity (working out, walking, cardio, etc.) because of the pain and I was miserable. Olivia - the best customer service rep! - tested my step and was able to fit me with arch supports that I started wearing that day. Within a week, the pain began to ease and I was able to resume limited activities without burning or numbness. A month later and every day gets better. Olivia is awesome and I would definitely recommend visiting her at The Good Feet Store!

Excellent insoles! To be honest, years ago I limped in the store and walked out with insoles and no limp. I have the insole designed for strength; have used it for more than 5 years and when it wore out recently Chris replaced it at no charge!!!

Very detailed review of my feet and suggested that I have arch supports. I’m very happy with my supports. Many years (35+) of back pain seen to be substantially reduced. NEVER THOUGHT it could have been something to do with my feet? Doctors will NOT suggest getting an alternative fix - they would rather get collect office visits and referrals.

I was really needing help with my flat feet and the difficulties it was causing with my knees. After some physical therapy exercises to get the muscles stronger and working correctly, I visited the store to pick up needed arch supports. After a month, I am noticing a good change for the better. Legs are not so tired with the good support and I feel the changes it is bringing to the whole leg. Things are more in line. . Nice convenient store just off I 75. Only problem I have is there is no way to tell how much you can expect to pay until you are at the register. A bit of sticker shock I may add. No up front pricing to compare anything to. They also sell shoes up front and not one has a price tag near it. Seems like some signage should be put up. How do you know the price? Is the salesperson pulling numbers out of the sky? Don’t know same feeling with the pricing on the orthotics . Pricing needs to be out there.

Stephanie took care of my wife and I. We both purchased orthotics. Quite a process but well worth the time. The cost was a bit of a shock but again well worth it. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. Recommend you make an appointment before you go so you can have her full attention

Don’t waste your time. They say that they are custom inserts and charge $1,000 for a set of three, and they give them to you that day off the shelf, which could not be custom they didn’t even cast my feet. I would have been better off going to my foot doctor and getting real custom orthotics at half the price. Stay away!

High pressure sales and ridiculously high prices. They wanted over $1,200 for a few inserts that aren’t even customized. I am glad to hear that the inserts seem to work for people, but for $1,200 and extremely pushy sales tactics.... I decided to take a walk....

I would never recommend this store to anyone unless every other option was exhausted. They quoted me $1247.00 for arch supports. You have got to be kidding me. I walked out telling them they should tell people the rediculous cost before wasting my time and theres. Then they want me to leave a review on how I am enjoying my new arch supports that I couldnt even afford to buy. There are better alternatives at a much reasonable cost. Dont waste your time unless money is no object! UPDATE: I got a phone call from The Good Feet Store and one of the first things they asked is if I would remove the review. Of course I will not be doing that! In looking at other reviews it appears that their comment to mine is nothing more than a repeated response that gets sent to everyone that has the same feelings that I do about their pricing!

I went to the Good Feet Store a couple of days ago. My previous inserts needed to be either replaced or upgraded as my feet had been aching quite a bit but with the virus restrictions I waited to go down there. Chase helped me out. Turns out I had used my inserts well and I needed an upgrade. Ive always found the folks there to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Im SO glad I got my Good Feet inserts! Had to make a quick purchase decision since I was leaving FL and there were no stores near me. I’m so glad I went with the supports. What a total difference these made in my foot pain. I thought it was crazy but they totally worked. I would encourage anyone needing help with foot pain and with walking to give these a chance... they worked for me and I’ll be buying a second pair if they ever runs a second pair offer. Crazy but they’re the real deal!

The Good Feet Store is problematic. After an extensive evaluation of my problem, my salesperson tried to sell me a $1300 three step program of arch supports that I don’t need and seemed wildly overpriced. When I turned that down, he casually mentioned he had a $149 pair he hadn’t mentioned before. I bought those and they do help but I have the feeling I could find something similar for $14.90. I will skip the experience going forward

Pleasantly surprised to hear my old inserts could be replaced with new ones at no cost!Brenda, the Good Feet specialist working with me, also took time to explain the kinds of inserts GF offers, policies, incentives, and the further health benefits of wearing inserts.I chose medium strength inserts, (who knew), which seemed more comfortable for my feet rather than the stronger strength.

I was a skeptic, especially after seeing their infomercial. It just seemed like a slick sales pitch. And then when I visited the store and found out how much it cost! For orthotics? Theyre $20 on Amazon for crying out loud! But then Brenda, so patient, so knowledgeable, so warm, convinced me to try them. Honestly, what clinched it for me is that we forgot to take the orthotics out of my shoes and so I went home with them. I was able to wear them for a couple of days, and what a difference! I had surgery for plantar fasciitis on my left foot...what a mistake that was....so I had been suffering from pain on the outside of that foot, plantar fasciitis in the right foot, ankle pain, pain in the metatarsal, on and on...just a mess! Ive tried loads of dr scholls type orthotics over the years, and all kinds of orthotic shoes, but alas. The Good Feet Store orthotics have made a hugh difference. It has been about a month now and while Im not 100% pain free, Im happy with the product and hopeful I will continue to improve. I love that its a life time warranty and that I can exchange for another kind for free and without a hassle!Thanks Brenda!

The store and staff were great. But im not dropping a $grand$ for lifetime insoles. At the end of the day. Theyre about making sales. Theyre not medical specialists.

Its not even a week. Still very sore, trying to get use to them. Store experience was fine, Sara was informative. Have not had my follow up yet.

We found The Good Feet Store in Sarasota lovely, clean, well organized and friendly. Our salesperson, Corey, was so helpful, and he listened to our woes about hurts and pains in our feet, hips and knees. Then what he fitted to each of us was exactly right after his patient sizing. There were two of us who were attended to as previous clients from other locations. We brought a third person, a 74 year old guy, who was new to the system. After a few days at home, we are all extremely happy with our new inserts. The price is high to get started, but it is worth every bit!

The product is amazing but I wish they would have been upfront with the price. After the entire sales pitch we were told great I will ring you up and it came out to $1,277 for their 3 step system. No options were presented other than that. With such a large financial investment it should be made clear up front.

I had been experiencing excruciating heel pain for about 4 weeks. Plantar Fasciitis Says my doctor. I’m stretching And doing recommended exercises, it’s feeling somewhat better. I decided to visit the Good Feet Store. Glad I did! I worked with Brenda, who really knew her product. Leaving the store, I wasn’t totally sure this would work. The next day I wore my sneakers with my supports. My feet were happy at the end of the for the first time in weeks. I work retail! The next day sandals with my inserts. Excellent results again! Very happy with my arch support inserts!!! Within weeks I went from daily strain/pain from plantar fasciitis to no strain, no cramping, no heel spurs, no more sciatica, NO PAIN!!! Being a contractor, the strengtheners have changed the game in my boots and the hugs are perfect for at home/leisure use!!! I popped in as I thought it was a shoe store that specialized in shoes for people with bad feet. Turns out it is even BETTER! The service was wonderful. They had options I had never considered and were able to offer comfort not only with new shoes but with my existing shoes as well. Over the last 6 years I’ve been to 8 different Doctors and have had no relief. They haven’t even been able to give me a diagnosis but they did try to put me on meds!! So I have been just trying to deal with the pain. My sister heard about this place from some of her clients so I went to see what it was all about. Chase was the salesman I had and he was very good. He explained how the system works and listened to me. I’m only 46 years old and my youngest is 8 years old. I was his head baseball coach. The pain in my legs was almost unbearable!! Now after trying out this product I have hope for being a better coach, dad and husband!! I definitely recommend this!!!!

The sales person was very nice and professional. The 3-step product was introduced to me and I was educated about the system. I selected a pair of shoes and was escorted to the checkout. This is where the niceties ended. There was never any mention of the cost of all this. Perhaps I was nieve in not thinking this was not in the realm of my budget (senior citizen). The total with one pair of shoes and the three step system was over $1400.00! I had already swiped my card without seeing the sales slip (stupid move). I simply asked that the sale be voided and I was willing to buy the shoes only. Almost a week and still have not seen the $1400. + credit. Con job to say the least. Got caught at a weak moment. Beware!!!

I walked in today without an appointment and was helped by Chase. He was awesome. He was very personable but informative. I have worn orthotics for a number of years but to me this system creates an arch overtime in my terribly flat feet. My orthotics were considerably old and I have had a number of changes physically over the last 5-10 years. I work where I am on my feet for a long period of time and these do really seem to balance me out. Chase explained everything and gave me well defined instructions that I will follow for the best possible outcome! Thank you Chase I will follow up with you at the instructed week and month.

Very friendly staff and I worked specifically with Chase. He was very informative, but not pushy. Products make sense and may be something I look into in the future. In the middle of training for a marathon now so didnt want to commit to any inserts until that was complete.

Went in to see about helping my husbands high arches, plantar fasciitis. COREY was great 👍. He explained everything to my husband. Loved also that they take Care credit. Would go back again.
