Once again I am disappointed in AutoZone, the university place autozone, dont get me wrong not all AutoZone s but most of which I been to,my day started good, truck started headed to work stopped for gas and my starter went out at the pump fortunately there was a AutoZone right next to ampm the 272nd and pacific great AutoZone .its 815 in the morning I brought my starter in it was Under warranty but my warranty is under a different pH number but the gentleman who was working I wish I could remember his name but he said no problem he looked my name address with zip code up found my pH number with warranty swapped out the starter needles to say I had my starter off the truck, swapped,and back on unless than a half hour great store.but later I started having same problem this time I took it to university place autozhoone told them what was going on and he. Said he couldnt find record of my purchasing the starter, didnt honor the warranty and basically called me a liar that I didnt get it from Auto zone,so I left and went to the 56th and south Tacoma way AutoZone also a great store, the gentleman who helped me before remembered who I was and got me a starter plus figured out the reason why the starter didnt work, first the starter wasnt working out because it was for a stick shift,and I have a automatic so someone else dropped the the ball last time I swapped out but he got my warranty and pH number situated and I was once again taken care of as a customer should,Not like I was treated at university place,38th street and sometimes at the 72nd and Pacific store,all AutoZone stores, should be ran as the 56th and South Tacoma way store as well as the 112th and Pacific Ave are ran..the 38th st, university place, 72nd need work especially 38th and university place,so I will not be patronizing these improperly ran stores and as I need Auto parts will be checking out all other AutoZone stores for the same thing, and reporting online about them,and how they handleWarranty s,Ive lost my warrantys due to these stores.thats why I have warranties so I can be wory free .but Im running out of AutoZone stores to choose from so Im not supporting AutoZone stores anymore unless the fix my warranty loss due to improper employee attitudes and knowledge of what to doThank you for reading my reports

Not a huge stock of parts but a good store with good service

This is my neighborhood place to go. Jessica was great, she got my battery tested, new battery and oil change supplies and I was out the door. Great to see someone who has integrity for the job and customer to be 100% completed. No wonder shes an assistant manager...Good for you, and great job Jessica.

I had a back bulb light go out and was helped from a to z they were very patient w me thank you.

My boyfriends battery and alternator went out and we barely made it to the parking lot of this autozone where his battery completely died. Amanda S. went out of their way to help us test the battery, and charging system as well as get us new parts so we could fix everything today. Amanda even changed the battery for us and recommended a replacement belt. It was a long day but it was so bareable thanks to Amandas excellent customer service. We will be returning in the future.

I been coming to this specific AutoZone for the last 2 months and I feel like Im at home. Matt, Andrew, and Roderick are not just doing their job they are making our lives easier by doing what they can to help us. I dont consider them employees theyre family. If you want the best customer service you definitely should come to this AutoZone (26th & Bridgeport).

Matt at Auto Zone on Bridgeport went above and beyond. He ran out to my car and to make sure he was steering me in the right direction with windshield wipers and then offered to install them for me. Despite the modern chain name, youll get that kind of friendly service here.Didnt go in for some complicated thing - in fact it was an extremely simple thing - buying new windshield wipers. I left with new wipers, not in hand, but actually installed, without me even asking!Kudos!

Bought some wiper blades for a new car. Despite having replaced wiper blades many times on other cars, I was not able to get one of the two to fit. The salesperson happily processed my return and let me try a different brand on the spot, which fit perfectly. Great customer service.

Went in today to make a small purchase. Roderick assisted me. Heres super friendly and professional. He even came out to assist me with my brakes lights when he saw I was having some difficulties. Thank you!!!

Rare to find people knowledgeable about older cars. I have a 1970s Chevy G20 Van that is long before computers. They have a few older mechanics working there. One is a Cal Berkeley educated boxer. Hes been exceptionally helpful over the years. I got a free replacement on a Duralast Alternator that gave up the ghost after 5 years or so. If youre lucky enough to be there when hes there, and its not too busy, maybe you too can get some good advice on your old car.

Went to get a battery tested. Bought a new one. The dude working there (Aaron?) was super cool. Helped me install it. I should say I watched him install it. Great service.

After receiving a battery jump, I drove to Auto Zone in University Place to see if they could test my battery. My vehicle is about 5 years old now and I had been noticing things while starting my vehicle that made me think it was time to replace the battery. I was greeted right away with a smile by Niya. I let her know my situation and she was happy to help. Once she determined that is was time to replace the old battery, she educated me on all of my best options and prices. I had my purchase and Niya did all the installing. I was back on the road in no time at all. Thank you, Niya and Auto Zone for the friendly and speedy, full service experience!

Place is full of theifs and liars. Dont go to this location under any circumstances!!! The manager cant even speak (can hardly hear him over his bad breath and wheezing) from health issues, the guy is like 70 years old; you would think that anyone with good customer service would be an elderly person... WRONG... I wont get into any details due to the situation they put me in; but lets just say I won after a long 2 week battle. This location is full of rude animals; go to the location off south Tacoma way, they know how to run a business with great customer service..

Friendly and helpful BUT THIS IS QHERE THEY GET 5 STARS one night late almost 9pm this guy who works there was installing an alternator for a young woman...she had her maybe two year old kid in the back so this tells u she had no options...WHAT A TRULY CUSTOMER SEEVICE ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL

Had what I needed very friendly people.

The guys working here were more than helpful. My cousin needed a flasher for an Audi A4, which is in the hazard switch in his vehicle. OReilly couldnt get one. The dealer, as always, wanted an insane amount of money for one. We ordered the new hazard switch from Autozone and had it in just a couple of days. The switch went in and worked without any trouble. Not only did they help me get my cousins car back in working order, but they were extremely knowledgeable and friendly when I went in.

Every time I need to go here its been a solid experience. Usually its fairly quick because I know what I need and its just in-and-out: wipers, brakes, lights, etc.But if I dont know what I need (e.g. the right type of brake fluid for my car, what type of air filter I need, etc.) they can usually help me find what Im lookin for.

I go to pick up my special order six items, some of them are large. I hand the young man behind the counter my receipt, he goes to the back, and returns with two little boxes. Total space cadet. Then come to find out there is a major component missing that wasnt even ordered, which means another almost 2 hour round trip in to town.
