The workers here are what made it a great experience. While its not great on WHY someone, including myself, has too go here, the employees at this location made it a much better experience. Kayla at the front desk was very professional and we were able to crack jokes back and forth during the waiting period. And when one of the other employees heard I didnt have a ride home while they had to fix up my car, he even offered to give me a ride home if need be. Truly exceptional service. 10/10 would not have come here if it wasnt for a court order, but a 10/10 experience will bring me back too this place instead of the one thats even closer too my home because of the workers. 😊

If you have to have an interlock this is one of the best places to come. No appointment necessary for your monthly service just pull up and the plug you in from the parking lot. I used to go to another one but its so inconvenient when you have to schedule appointments and need it serviced right away.

These folks are great! Easy appointment, professional and pleasant. The appointment and service was estimated at around 2 hours so but seemed much less. Training on operation was excellent. They make sure you feel comfortable with the device before you leave. Happy I picked SafeStart!
