Review after a year: horrible job done by this company we couldn’t have made a bigger mistake with them. For one, we asked for faux hardwood composite (very beautiful) installed in 2 rooms, our dining room and kitchen. This should have been done in maybe MAXIMUM a week. This took over 3 months with only one guy working on it the whole time. The guy installing would come and leave on a whim, missing many days and not giving time estimates for when he would randomly show up or leave. Additionally, he would make excuses almost every day for why he would come in the morning and then leave at noon and never return. He would take long 2 hour long smoke breaks and our kitchen was stripped for 3 months total.The carpet (which was done in more rooms) was done in a couple days HOWEVER, it was installed on our stairs was so improperly. It is already coming apart. We have emailed this company 4 times about the wear and tear and they have a “ten year warranty” and NO RESPONSE from the owner. Pictures are attached. Warranty and installation standards were a blatant lie.We really put so much faith in this business but we were constantly disappointed. If you can go with ANY OTHER OPTION, DO IT. We had our floors redone by another company for much cheaper and it was done in multiple rooms over two days.

Really great, friendly service from this place. We were purchasing a pretty small amount of flooring to redo a bathroom and none of the other stores seem to care very much because it was pretty hard to find. These guys were awesome and kept following up with us until they found it.

Terrible, unfriendly and unprofessional. Don’t go.

I love this place I love how close they worked with me they come to my home made sure everything was measured perfectly and matched so there was no regrets call Tami ask for Tami if you need any help shes awesome
