I paid my bill yesterday & the young man working there sold me a tablet. I had to go back today & he was great helping me again. Nice to each of his customers .

OUTSTANDING customer service. I got my first Metro phone from Mo 2 1/2 years ago and and my upgrade today. He is, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable young man. Ive ever met. Throughough, personable, quick and an excellent conversationalist. Exemplary sales skills. Beyond company expectations.

Love the store, great customer service and prices

I went to Metro yesterday in a definite bind. I was short on cash, had a shattered phone and was looking to temporarily return service to an old device. When the very patient Mo behind the counter had tried to get that to work for approximately 30 minutes, without success, I felt defeated! Mo didnt miss a beat. He did some creative work behind the scenes and knowing I was temporarily limited financially, somehow ended up handing me a new phone, i could afford, that was actually an upgrade for me. I was floored that this guy went so far out of his way without saying a word to help a customer he had never met before, 5 minutes before closing. He really is an amazing person on top of knowing his job and his products well. Several times in the past i felt i knew as much as the people behind the counters and that wasnt good!This store really has it down. I have met others working in this location over the years but the current team is really great. This franchise owner would definitely do well to recognize this and work to keep these guys. In addition to probably keeping me a Metro customer forever Mo restored my faith in humanity a little. He treated me kindly, respectfully, efficiently... The way we all hope to be treated when we walk in to a business.... But seldom are. I was glad my 13 year old was there to see how i would be proud to have him behave when he gets a job in a few years!Mo, thanks for a great experience. Your amazing customer service was very much appreciated!

Terrible experience at Metro! I get service there. I bought my phone there but there is a multimedia screen with two contacts open that will not close and the Metro guy says I just have to live with the problem since he doesnt know how to fix the problem.I am not happy with that answer!!

Great phone, great customer service but there was an overwhelming scent of raw feces as if someone just dropped there pants and took a large dump in the middle of the store. I almost threw up and walked out to go to another store but I dont have a car so I decided to tough it out. The sales lady kept spraying fabreez in a futile attempt to mask the scent but it almost made it worse. Yall need to do something about that its unacceptable. Either than that Im happy with metro and that experience was probably just a fluke but still..disgusting.

First off I love Metro PCS. However, the University Place branch Sucks. They have known for months that the hours listed on their website are wrong! Second their real hours are horrible for people who work full time. They open late and close early. Third they are constantly out of stock on their higher end phones. I have never delt with a more frusterating store.

Went to this location 2 times today, once at 2:30pm, and then again at 4:49pm and both times there was a sign on the door that said back in 10 minutes. This sort of thing is unacceptable. If you expect me to pay my bill on time, then the least you can do is have your store open during the posted hours of operation.

WARNING!!! Do not do business with omer. He will imput all wrong information on your account and then not answer phones. You will spend hours with tech support. Also put us on incorrect plan with undocumented fees.

I went to the store and they really took care of me thank u guys for beging patient with me and for brining my contacts back for me .

Customer service could be better here but cant complain since the coverage and price with metro pcs is great.

Google says they close at 8. The sign on thier door says 730pm. The guy inside the store wouldnt open the door to sell me a phone at 715pm. The 2 other times ive been here ive gotten very poor service this is just the limit. Dont worry u.p. metro pcs, ill never come back

FRAUDS! DONT PAY YOUR BILL HERE OR THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND SAY YOU NEVER PAID YOUR BILL!

They wanted to charge me 20.00 an hour to charge my phone, with my own charger and cord. 20.00 an hour to use an outlet!!
