The batista that took my was rude... I saked to try the varono... dark coffee that was offered by the sign over the drip containers she was Irritate that there was a 5 minute wait period because there was none burred... she spoke to me in very downward manner and I had ask why she was talking down to me when all I was asking for wait was offered by there advertisement.. anyway not a good experience for new there..

I stopped this morning at 4:30. The drive through was not open. I went to the counter where I was ignored because she was stocking the cooler. Then she was rude and snarky while she was talking to me. I got half way to work and realized my drink was completely wrong. I called as talked to the shift supervisor who was very condescending and not at all helpful. I will be calling corporate today. Do not go here!

Put employees on window drive through register that are better trained during high volume times, please!Mgr/Asst Mgr - Do your job!!

Every time I come to this location the same lady is working the drive thru window. She has short blonde hair and I think her name is Lee. Always has a bad attitude and never smiles. Can y’all just put someone with a more positive outlook to work the window during the week? I always tip but it’s hard when I get zero customer service with my 7 dollar beverage!

This location consistently gets at least one drink in my order wrong, and they have bad customer service. Its gotten to the point that I have to go to other locations, which is a bummer because this is my local Starbucks. I recommend the one on 27th and 67th instead.

This is an ok Starbucks. The people are nice. Most of the time they are accurate. The weird (surprising every time!) thing about it is that you will drive up going for the drive thru and there will be a sign (if you are lucky) saying they are closed! Just out of the blue! So odd! This has NOT happened just once or twice. So not very reliable. Also wish they would train the new kids on the window better. If they are relatively new, they get so flustered and then confused no matter what you say. I know what it is like to be new. I dont blame the employee. Starbucks should give them more time to train at the window. Anyway, just average.

When theyre overwhelmed they forget to call the names out of the mobile orders and cause the lobby to get backed up and some peoples drinks just sit there. Watched a lady wait for 10 min for her drink that was already done before she walked in cause all the orders are behind the bar and they dont read the names out.

This is the go to place for my wife and me when we need a drink of some kind to help us get through the day. The staff is friendly and caring and always seems to make us feel welcome.

I love you guys, but this is the third time in this month you have shorted my drink. When I order a latte, it is not supposed to be 1/3 foam! That’s a cappuccino not a latte! 🥴

The barista there, Mac, treated me really well and made me feel welcome. The baristas here seem to be really friendly and productive, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. They made my drinks perfectly and got them out quite quickly, and they all deserve only the best things. 💓

Guy who took my order (Brendan I think) doesn’t know what warm means. I ask multiple times is my drink warm, not hot, “yeah it is”, now my tongue is burned, can’t enjoy my panini and won’t have time to enjoy my drink before I go into my meeting, I’ll have to reheat it.

Clean, busy location. Lots of parking. Staff is friendly and orders are done quickly. My mobile order was done just as quick as if I ordered at counter. they have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a drive through option. Definitely a great location.

I have nothing but issues with this store. I always make sure I double check they hear my order a d they insist and everytime its wrong without fail.. I much rather go into the one across the parking lot inside safeway, they get it right every time.

Standard Starbucks with WiFi and your standard food and drink selections. Clean with bathrooms. Great for a quick coffee on the go or spend some time in a coffee date catching up with an old friend or even a first date. Comfortable enough where you could bring your laptop and get some work or studying done. Not too loud but not so quiet that you feel awkward to chat with your mates.

Ambiance is always just right. Baristas are fabulous, just the right balance of presence. Coffee never tasted burnt, as it can in locations that allow roast to build up. Drinks and other offering are made and served with care and skill. Location 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 beautiful, and convenient, hours are appropriate for the location.

Worst customer service! This is the nearest Starbucks location to me and it’s the absolute worst. The lady at the drive thru “Yuwan” is terrible. This place deserves 0 stars. Highly unsatisfied customer. Will never go here again.

I love Starbucks and I love all their new snack foods. So much better than a hamburger joint. As a club member you also earn free drinks or food.

Normally I like coming to this location. However, today they closed early and did not turn off their online ticketing system. They accepted $20 of my money and when I drove there they were closed with not even the courtesy of a sign on the door. Now I will have to initiate a chargeback. Absolutely unacceptable to take money from customers and not provide a service.

Dont come here unless you want to chill out. The air conditioner is always on even in the winter. 62 degrees inside. 33 degrees outside. Bring gloves!

Went into this place with some friends in costumes. After being sent out of McDonalds with harsh words. The Starbucks people were totally fun and got us our drinks in little time and they tasted good. This Starbucks is the place to be!

Starbucks in University Place, WA on Bridgeport Way is an excellent place to order single shot 16 oz hot hazelnut latte. The place is clean & baristas friendly. I will go back.

This is a great Starbucks! The staff has always been nice and the store clean. There are a bunch of tables inside including some sofa chairs and a basket of books for little ones to read. Tables out front have umbrellas and a little water feature. This location also has a drive thru.

All the usual Sttarbucks fare, with a twist...this store is a test store and always has something new to try, a great bonus if you are willing to stay from your tried and true favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and bright...all wins.

TRY YOUR DRINK BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Consistently the worst quality Starbucks I have ever experienced. Have been a customer here since their opening and have never waited less than 10 minutes in the drive-thru, rarely am greeted with a smile or pleasant attitude, and never get a consistent quality drink. I gave them 2 stars because they usually have well-stocked food items and are rarely out of pastries, sandwiches, etc.

I went to the Starbucks in University Pl. Wa today and the guy that was making the drinks forgot mine had to remind him after several other orders and I feel they should have gave me a coupon or something for a free drink later. Was pretty disappointed.

I was very dissapointed on the service. The lady helping me was getting frustrated by my order on the first drink. I then tried to order a 2nd drink, and I wasnt able to without more frustration from her. I normally dont review at all, but this situation was uncomfortable.

There’s a terribly rude cashier named lee or something that literally rolled her eyes at us. The location looked nice but out of all the Starbucks employees she was the worst we have dealt with.

Employees at this Starbucks are very rude. Instead of calling you by name they use words such as boss or chef. Im a regular Starbucks costomer so they do have my name, but they prefer boss instead. Employees also stand around and keep customers waiting at the register.

I live near University place so I used to frequent the old place.I was excited to hear that they moved a larger place.After reopening, I visited them several times and have been disappointed.The service is mediocre, and have been downgraded from before.But I think its tolerable. The coffee, however, doesnt taste so good.I have been to many other starbucks and have experienced some awful coffee before. This place serves one of the most bland and watered down tasting coffee.Im not sure how they do it but everytime I ordered an americano, it tastes worse than my coffeemaker at home. Be warned, you can go to better tasting starbucks around this area. If you care more about vibe and furniture than coffee taste this place is for you.
