I have been a customer here for 15 years. No matter what my challenge is, they help me solve it. Red nail polish in white carpet, gone. Buffalo sauce in khaki carpet, gone. Red wine in a headliner (the bottle randomly exploded out the cork on my customer) gone!!!Their ozone generator has been spectacular for odors in both homes and vehicles. Love being able to rent them and clear out a smell in a customers home with the right combination of other products.I can’t say enough how much this place as helped me. And they treat you like family.

Friendly. Good price on Lysol considering the shortage. But legit question for the owner, are these real Lysol? Like for real. Looks like you put a sticker on a bottle. And it doesn’t smell like real Lysol. Does it at least disinfect? I spent 23 bucks on 2 bottles. Not cool if you this is fake. Trying to keep my family safe and clean.

I was sold a Bissell carpet cleaner, used it maybe 6 times, took it in because shampoo was no longer coming out. I received a call today stating the pump was no longer working and that the parts are not available for repair. I bought this machine in good faith expecting any repairs could be done by your technicians. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Took my Husqvarna Viking sewing machine for repair during Covid when they were swamped. They were able to get it back to me within 24 hours!! Other places advised it would take over a week to get it vback. Im very happy!!!

My Vacuum was in for repair for over 1 month and I had to call several times to check if it was ready. Very poor Communication with employees, no one seemed to know if it was looked at or what the problem was. Finally I called again and they said it was ready, come to find out it was never cleaned or fixed! Hopefully they will get a better system for customers. Blessings to all.

I’ve been going here over 25 years for my vacuum maintenance. Also fast & good. This time my rug beater won’t work. I need to take it back! Otherwise this place has everything

Andy (the owner) and Casey (who can apparently fix anything mechanical), came to bring my replacement Modern Day Flowmaster motor and debris unit for my whole house vacuum system. Since the old system was about 30 years old (what a bargain), they brought an exact replacement, but they are even so much better now. The units are fast to replace, but they checked the old system and outlets first to make sure it wasnt something other than the motor unit. I already said I wanted a new hose, but this is one is nicely longer and they gave me a bunch of other tools and extra bags for free. This is good.

I really love coming this place. They are friendly, respectful and are willing to special order products that they dont have in store. There prices are very good compared to others. They will have my business for years to come. Thank you foothills for making special orders for the products I use.

I needed my vacuum cleaner repaired and was going to try to do it myself looking at YouTube. I checked online for the part. Before ordering I called Foothill and decided to let them try. They fixed it and the price was very fair. The risk of ruining my vacuum and the new part while not getting it fix right was high. Grateful.

Brought in our vacuum and ateam cleaner and were told both of them were burnt out and not repairable. They wantes to sell us new machines. We came home and my husband took the vaccuum apart and fixed it. Dishonest. Beware!

I take my Dyson vacuum for maintenance 08/11/17 they charge $68.50 and it will be ready in 2 weeks, I accept the price and time. After 5 weeks I call them and I asked for my vacuum they said, it is not ready yet, they said we will call you. I said OK I understand. After 8 weeks I called again and they told me the vacuum need change the clutch because in 3 month you will return for a new clutch and only they will charge $21.50 because they still work in it, I said Ok. In 10/31/17 they call me again and they leave a message, Call because one piece of your vacuum is broke and the piece is $60.00I call immediately several times during the day and nobody answer. I cant leave the mensaje because all extension are full.Next day 11/1/17 I went to pick up my vacuum and I pay $90.00It pass 11 weeks and 3 days. They are irresponsible and dishonest, It is easy win money in this way.I dont speak english well but it isnt mean you can take advantage.

I went today, October 3 2017 to ask about what was wrong with my sister Kenmore Stratus 18v Vacuum because turn on but didnt pick up the dust and hairs and trach, the lady who speaks Spanish and English help me in Spanish that its (my first language) with a friendly smile and a polait way if I need anything, I explained my problem and she call the owner who repairs vacuums she is really nice, + the owner too, even he was honest to tell me that the only problem with the vacuum cleaner, after he look at it: it was a bogged with hairs fluff dust and trach stock in the vacuum cleaner, wow thats awesome he honestly help me, even when he had the opportunity to take advantage of my, and tell me, to comback later, and charge me or make 💸💰 for fixing the vacuum cleaner, sweet is nice to know that still honest and friendly people able to help in a nice way and smile, with out looking to abuse of the circumstances or situation; even the lady who works there let me borrow two screwdriver to check and open the vacuum, plus when I was leaving the shop I omost forgot a big piece of the vacuum because I was cleaning the fluff bogged of the hose from the powered brush part of the vacuum, in my truck, and pull the other part outside of the shop next to my truck; when I was moving from the parking lot because he was picking up all the stuff to close the store he signed to me to stop and he walked to my truck and and give me the piece,I omost left or forgot there, that was nice, of him; the only sad thing is that I left the base where I sit the vacuum to get charged inside the shop, I noticed when I get home, my bad; I going tomorrow to pick it up I appreciate the great service and help and I really Recommend this place. I feedback with five ⭐; Go there if you need anything related to cleaning products for carpets vacuum parts bags bells or a new Vacuum or repairs exetera.👍👏😉

Technician said he couldnt get parts for my product and I was better off buying a new one with warranty? I took it to vacuum etc an they fixed it in 20 min!!!!

We have an older vacuum. The agitator brushes are worn out.Arron searched the internet to no avail. He then combed through the unreparables and found a set that might work. it took only ten minutes to replace them in my older unit. Thank you Arron.
