Mark was super helpful with our purchase for a ebike. We allowed to test ride the bike before purchase, actually test different bikes to dial in the one for us. We left with a EMOJO Panther Pro, a brand we werent aware of before and a brand that is SoCal. The customer service was excellent and not just with us, we could see how the employees were interacting and listening to each customer they were helping. Much appreciated. We highly recommend this cycling shop and plan on visiting for further purchases and repairs.

Very very unhappy with competitive edge cyclers service. I purchased cycling shoes and tried them out that same day (lightly) to see how they actually performed and felt. Unfortunately Not what I expected but I wasn’t to worried because on the receipt and on the website of competitive edge cyclery they clearly state that any returns within 30 days of purchase would be refunded or replaced, in this case a refund. I spoke to Mark the owner of both shops and he just gave me the runaround without even looking at the shoes ! Don’t recommend this place at all if your considering going here go to Incycle or Roy’s instead !!

This is by far the best bike shop I have ever been to! The knowledgeable staff provides fast & friendly service, while the store is clean and well organized. The staff also listens to the customers, and they do everything they can to make sure all youre cycling needs are taken care of.

AJ went out of his way to help me today and honestly I felt like I got hooked up with everything he did. I didnt have much cash on me so i tipped him what i could at the time. Im def planning on throw a bit more his way in the future to complete the tip. Even if its simple work for him, its convenient for me. Much appreciated today for their prompt and great service.

Mark and his staff are knowledgeble and able to fix anything from the simple to the elusive. Example, I had a clicking sound whenever I applied the front brakes. I took it to a chain bike shop near my office and they charged me to remove metal build up in my pads. On my first ride the noise was still there so I didnt go back. Instead I stopped in to see Mark and his crew and they diagnosed it as a dry headset. After a quick lube my favorite road bike was good as new. They have fixed other quirky problems for me since and their drive train cleaning is the best in the area. I highly recommend their shops.

The service and the help is outstanding but the bikes are overpriced. Ive gone to competitior bike/cyclery shops and some of the selections were much cheaper whilst still brand new.

Owner and mechanics are very friendly, my mtb shifter cable snapped and Mechanic Julio fixed it within minutes. I thought I would have to leave the bike for a few hours to be fixed. Also did not have to pay extra for express service. This is the only bike shop I trust to service my bike.

Don’t go here if you have a schwinn or older bike, they will just blow you off!
