The owners and staff are so welcoming, helpful, fun-loving, and knowledgeable. My wife and I showed up at the store wanting to rent bikes and they were having a private recognition event. They welcomed us to join them for a group ride and charged us a nominal amount for the rentals. The group ride was well organized and so much fun. Afterwards they welcomed us to join them for free lunch they provided. We were so impressed with how much they enjoyed what they were doing and their hospitality.

Came in with my buddy Sunday morning unfortunately his tire was low on air! They provided us with free air and got a tire replaced definitely will be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone.

I accidentally left my bike key at home. I called she said come on by. She fixed my problem and also gave me other ideas on how to lock my rack to my sprinter. They are the nicest people. Their store is awesome. They have many electric bikes for sale. I love my electric bike. If I lived in CA they would definitely be my go to for all my electric bike needs.

I went in to have some repair work done and looked at one of their electric bikes as well. Customer service was impeccable. I dealt with the owner I believe, and he spent a lot of time with me and gave me some tips. I also test rode a 20” ebike that I loved.I highly recommend this shop due to their knowledge and experience, grade A customer service, and great products. I will definitely be a return customer!!!!Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if possible.

The Upland Pedego team is awesome. They helped my wife purchase her first electric bike. They were very attentive to all of our questions, and thorough in explaining everything to us. We were able to test ride several options, and once we found the bike we wanted, Jerry went above and beyond to customize the bike (the Interceptor) for us with custom wheel rims, and a child seat.If youre looking for a bike shop that isnt snobby, that will treat you like family, head over to Pedego in Upland.

Rented a Pedego a few days ago for my 6-8 son. Jerry went above and beyond to get it adjusted just right. Multiple adjustments to the handle bars and the seat. Also checked tires and put them to the perfect pressure. I have rented bikes at a few other shops. Nobody did anything special. I got to do it all myself. Also, I own a Pedego ebike. Its the best!! Love riding it. This store is huge compared to the 3 other Pedego stores I have been to. Great selection of bikes to choose from. Highly recommended if you want great service and selection.

Jerry took his time with us to fit us into the perfect bike. Walking in, I thought I knew what I wanted until I rode on nearly every bike available. He suggested the fat tire bike for our lifestyle and as it turns out...it was the best purchase ever! We LOVE our bikes! Their inventory is ridiculously stocked as other Pedego locations had a 3-4 weeks waiting period. We were able to get our bikes built the same day! Highly recommend this location and theyre super friendly.

The pedego trail tracker demo today made my day! Fat tire electric bike brought me to views, I never would have seen if hiking or riding my analog fatty, 20 miles and 2,000 feet of climbing plus 30 % battery power left. Service/ Sales Anne helped me— instructed me on battery use, settings, throttle feature! Love the extra boost throttle powered me over curbs, starting on an incline, and whooshing out of a dip in the trail. Lots of inventory— come here — they’re fully stocked. Electric bike = joy ride

We just went in to check out electric bikes and went home with 2 beautiful bikes. Susie and Jerry have a fantastic bike shop with knowledgeable employees that were so helpful and kind! We tried out all the different styles of bikes in the parking lot behind the store. We personally liked the Element with the big fat tires and pedal assist. We plan to put them on the back of our Motorhome for camping 🏕 but in the meantime we are having a blast riding all over town and using the Pacific Electric Bike Trail🚴🏻We referred a friend and he went right down and bought one too. I got my Pedego November 2019 to keep up with my husband who cycles. Jerry and Susie are a great help in selecting which would be a best fit. We had the chance to rent first before buying. I just brought it back for it’s one year tuneup and again Jerry had my bike done in less than a week. Really recommend going here and getting a pedego.

I got electric bikes for the whole family and spent over three hours biking around the Claremont colleges on a Sunday afternoon. It was a great time. Next time well take the bike trail in the opposite direction and visit wine country. Jerry was great about teaching us to use the bikes and making sure everything was adjusted for our comfort.

I had an old battery I was trying to sell and they went up and beyond to get the battery checked out at CORP to make sure it was good enough for me to sell. All at no cost . They do whatever they can to help with technical support or mechanical support for anything I needed and all out of the goodness of their heart to be helpful. Totally recommend them, even to buy something . They know everything about pedago bikes .

My husband and I are Pedago bike owners, from Canada, and we love them. We travel in a small RV with our Pedego’s secured on a bike rack. We were visiting the Upland area and stopped in at the Pedago dealership. Susie was so welcoming & friendly and very knowledgeable about the bike industry. My bike chain had gotten loose and was looking for a place to fix it. I came across this place and not only did they fix the chain but helped with other problems my bike had. Very nice people.

They fixed a problem with my bike chain for free, then let my wife and I test drive their electric bikes, which was a blast. Top notch customer service!
