I love this place! Terry and Michelle are EXPERTS! Youll never have an easier time learning how to use contact lenses or a better fitting pair of frames than a pair fitted here!They have a nice selection of frames and their office is very clean and comfortable. The exam rooms are too and the exam equipment is cleaned right before and right after your exam so you KNOW everything is clean.Theyve taken care of my son and me for several years and they will, for several years to come.

Ive been going to this optometrist for over 15 years at this point. Now that I live in Ohio one would think that id switch but a good eye doctor is a good eye doctor. The receptionists that have been there through this time have always been amazing and still remember me. The doctors there have always been top notch. Would recommend easily. Youre in good hands here.

I’ve been going to them since last year with my boys and they’ve always been friendly and helpful. The wait is not long and they are very thorough. I highly recommend taking your kids or yourself here for your next eye exam.

**DONT BE RUDE & HIT LIKE**Mintz Family Optometry is where my family goes to for our eye care. My kids have been going here to them for some years now. The staff here have always been nice, polite & helpful. Im the parent of 3 & they all need eyewear/ glasses. So its been very convenient to have an office thats close to my home & that all of my children feel great going to. The patience the staff has had over the years, with 2 of my kids being younger in age when they started going to Mintz Family Optometry. They carry a wide selection in eyewear. All brands. The Drs there are knowledgeable. Its nice & clean through out the office & exam room. Limited seating & a kids playing table to keep the little & not so little ones busy while you wait. Also depending on tge time of day the parking lot can be a little crowded but right at the end of this building theres more parking. My overall experience with Mintz Family Optometry has been nothing less than outstanding. Setting up appointments. The services provided. The timing on receiving the eyewear, depending on insurance. Have always been great, fast & easy with the staff. I do suggest you give them a call for any inquiries you may have.

After 4, maybe 5 years, I will not schedule a repeat appointment with this eye care office. Very poor customer service and follow through. Very disappointed with paying for eyeglass prescription, up-charged on just about every feature and end result, DID NOT get what I was up-charged for. Took three (3) attempts before they got my prescription correct and 11 weeks to finally get delivery of them. However, I had to pay in full day 1. They DO NOT give you the courtesy of a phone call to tell you your glasses have arrived and will not give you a refund for what you paid for but didnt receive. Very disappointed with the level of care, customer service and concern that this facilty has shown year after year for repeat customers.

Excellent. Ive been going to the optometrist for 25 years and have never had a problem. The doctors and the staff are always friendly and the services rendered are always handled without a problem
