Staff is friendly and reliable. Office follows Covid safety protocols, so masks are required inside, which I was relieved about. Overall, I had a good experience.

Very professional staff. Dr. Leo was was very patient and polite. Alexandra was excellent and took her time to explain all the different options of the frames and choices available through my insurance. She was polite and gave excellent quality patient care. I highly recommend coming here for quality patient care.

Staff and doctor were top notch. It was the most thorough exam I’ve ever had and surprisingly very enjoyable. Can’t wait to get my new pair of glasses!

CLEAN, ORGANIZED, and WELCOMING. Came in yesterday afternoon for an appointment and the 3 ladies that are running the check ins, intakes, etc. at the place are wonderful. They made sure everything was ready, clean, and good to go for me upon arrival which is very reassuring during this pandemic. They currently have a limited occupancy which is honestly GREAT since I don’t like being in a place where I’m shoulder to shoulder with people, especially in a medical environment. Who ever the manager is, is honestly doing a great job with a great staff. Stand out professionalism all around. Definitely would recommend this place, mostly for the great staff and attention to detail.

Just had an appointment with the OGU yesterday and it was great. Passed by this place 100 times and thought it was such a tiny place but they fill it with great care. The place is set up well: the initial diagnostic room is just inside and they had all the most up-to-day equipment including a few new ones I had never seen before! The exam room is spacious and the doctor was personable, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. My wife also visited the OGU and felt the same way about the dr. she saw. They even had a room set up with glasses and a fitting room, one-stop-shop!! They had a great selection with many name brands (RBs, Oakley, DK, etc). Great selection for kids, women, men and even glasses for patients with giant craniums!! In and out of there in under an hour. Safe, clean, and great service. We just found our new optometrist for life!!

I am always pleased with visiting with Dr. Grey and Dr. Leo. I have been going to their Fontana Group since 2003. I am super excited that they are much closer to me in this Upland location. Safety and care has always been their top priority.

The doctors and staff are highly professional at Otometric Group of Upland. I was hesitant to keep my appointment during Covid, but I did, and Im so glad I did! They got me in and out quickly and now I have a brand new beautiful pair of computer glasses on the way! And, the peace of mind that all is well with my eyes. Priceless.

Great Staff, the doctors have been kind & informative, the girls in the front are AMAZING, very helpful and thoroughly even for being a picky patient when it comes to the style of my glasses they heard what my like and dislikes are were able to pick out the one of the best pairs Ive ever had, they even help my daughter pick out her very first pair of glasses and she loves them!

Moved to CA a year ago and finally got my act together to get to the eye doctor. I asked at work and got a very enthusiastic endorsement of Optometric Group of Upland. I see why! The folks there are friendly and competent. I feel I’m in good hands!

Being a former patient of Dr Duvall, who use to be at this location, I was so please with how kindly I was treated, by Dr Grey and staff.Everything was explained so nicely that I could understand even the technical terminology.Also Alex worked with a pair of frames that I brought in to make them into polarized sunglasses 😃👍.The office is very clean and everything was sanitized prior to my arrival for all our safety in this uncertain time of Covid-19.If you are looking for an new eye dr I highly recommend the Optometric Group of Upland. You’ll have several great doctors to choose from.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Gray made me feel comfortable and at ease. Ive been a patient of his now for 7 years. I loved the Fontana location, but recently switched to the new location in Upland and am so happy with the staff there. I highly recommend this office to my friends and family.

I’ve been going to this place for 10-15 years and they had a great receptionist. I walk into an appt today to a very rude an unprofessional receptionist. Then the receptionist rudely takes me to an eye test room, slops rubbing alcohol all over eye machine and tells me to stick my head in machine. My eyes were burning from alcohol fumes so bad and she wanted to argue. I walked out!!! It was a good office at one time, but based on my experience today I will never go back. Be careful who you hire as receptionist, they are the welcoming force and face of the business. This receptionist lost my biz, point Blank. Meanwhile I leave with eyes burning all the way back to LaVerne.
