I love hobby lobby they match my beliefs and the stuff that I stand for. Thats a tough position to take stand on but I encourage you guys to keep on standing for the Lord. You guys have great customer service there especially the higher-up. Very helpful

This place is absolutely awesome I actually spend at least two to three hours here each time I visit, I just lost in all the art and crafts that are available and Im always finding new things that are just amazing, plus the 50% off clearance deals everyday which they switch up every other day without being a member as well, I mean really cant beat it. On the con side some of their stuff is a bit cheap for the staggering price tags and times but thats why you wait for that 50% off LOL. Plus I havent ran into one negative employee at this location they are always so happy thanks smiling and willing to help. Your customer service is top notch outstanding and five out of five stars just for that alone not to mention how clean and just perfect the way they set up and label their area locations!

A great Hobby Lobby in Upland. Awesome customer service. Was able to have stock checked over the phone and they were kind enough to hold the item for me (life with kids, this is HUGE bonus) ! Lines were a bit long, but moved quickly. They often have sales.

I was decorating for Mothers birthday and found many useful items for the Safari theme Id chosen. Love the traditional hymn music they play.

Its clean and big so there is a good variety of merchandise. Not many sales right now but it could just be off sale season.

All those aisles and only two for hobbies. Theyd do better to call it Lobby for Pegasus Hobbies which is down the street. Now Pegasus, thats a hobby store, so full of hobby, theres almost no room for lobby.Dont bother to message me Hobby Lobby, Weve talked enough already - Hobby is plastic models, model trains, toys and maybe a little R/C. You are a craft and collectibles store, plain and simple.

Find what I was looking for, if you like to paint, this is the place to go, dont get discouraged if you are looking for paint, they have them distributed at different spots, probably because is for different purpose but they have practically every thing.

I dont shop here anymore. I dont agree with religious beliefs being imposed upon employees. Ill take my crafting money to Michaels.

I use to love this place but now I don’t I use to go in a lot and I always bought something but now I noticed some staff have been following me like if I’m stealing and I’m not it’s annoying I even approached them and asked if they had a problem.. they lost a really good customer

My Grandson had passed away and I needed some Vases to hold my flowers. I went into the store, and asked for assistance, of which I was denied. I needed help to find what I needed, but the Rude Clerk, told me that she couldnt help me and that she could not leave the front. I asked again to another Clerk, but she pointed 👉her finger, and told me to go find what I needed against the back wall (which was a very long wall). I wouldnt refer a dog to this location!!!!!!!!!! They were Rude, and loud. I had never been to this Hobby Lobby before and they left me with a very dry taste in my mouth! Yuk Yuk Yuk. Will never go back to this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walked into the store today to purchase beads with my cousin Nick (both of us are light skinned African American males) soon as we walked into the store they called a code ten which is suspicious activity in the crafts department the whole time we were in crafts which was 10 to 15 minutes security walked by us 3 times looking down the aisle at us then upon waiting in line at the register we were approached and asked if we were making a purchase obviously if were standing in line waiting at the register were gonna buy something IJS get it together hobby lobby the cashier celeste was polite yall was soooooo obvious with the profile

PUBLIC SCAM ALERT!! I went here to buy a Crosley Cruiser Deluxe 3 speed turntable when I discovered that Hobby Lobby is scamming the public with their prices. The item is under a sign that reads 50% off home decor. It is priced at $59.99 (the regular price) only to find out at checkout that this store placed a tag for $69.99 on the same item - claiming that the $10 more means that the item is now on sale. The manager came out and said that I cannot get 50% off because the turntable is on sale even though I pointed out both stickers on the same box. See pictures: white tag = regular home decor price. Yellow tag = sale price.

Wow this place is amazing. They literally have everything that you need for crafts seasonal Etc. Inside is much bigger than what appears on the outside. They have decor for all, men women and children. We will be back soon.

Beautiful items, so many options for decor! Its hard to choose. I love that they always have sales and I especially love that they are Christian based and owned. We find so many amazing things in there that are hard to find elsewhere with God and Jesus on them! I love it!

If I could give zero stars I would. The checker was nicest to me but didnt say a word after I said hello how are you and thanks. Place was crowded with no distancing some customers had no masks on at all. Employees had mask but hardly any one else.

Clean store. Plenty of associates on the floor but only 2 cashiers.. waited over 10 mins to check out with only 3 people inline. Came in for gender reveal ideas..selections was small.

This is a store that really is pricy. The staff is far from polite it just feels like they’re not happy to be working there. It is really uncomfortable to go to the store and feel happy about making purchases. I needed Assistance finding something. I ended up Asking Three different staff people. I was pointed in the wrong direction. I finally found what I was looking for without their help in the back of the store in a completely opposite direction to where they had sent me. When I finally got up to the cash register one of the people who had sent me in the wrong direction was the cashier. She asked me if I found my item. And I told her yes and the exact opposite direction. She snapped at me and roughly put the item I purchased in a bag when I got out to my car I realize that it was broken now I went back in the store and asked for a replacement. The manager went and got me one but you could’ve cut the tension with a knife. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Omg! Plan to spend at least an hour looking around! I could get lost in there for hours! Soo much cute, beautiful and delightful products to choose from. The displays are nicely put together and visually appealing. Staff is helpful and friendly.
