I do not think I have ever gone to an In-N-Out Burger and received bad service or have gotten the wrong order. This restaurant has been no different. Eat here at least 2-3 a month and service and the food have always been excellent.

In n Out is one of the few places where your food will actually match their advertising image...their stores are always clean and their staff are some of the best out there...

In n Out is super good. Way better than Five Guys. I wish they had locations in the East Coast but you should definitely try it if your traveling or staying in California or Texas.

Always a great burger. Never tastes different than expected. Forbes, the security guard, is always a great addition to the IN-N-OUT experience. He always looks out for troublemakers & is always friendly to everyone. He deals with a lot of issues there & should get a raise & free food too. Always a long drive thru line but never a long wait inside late at night.

Cant go wrong with In-N-Out. This location in particular is clean, quick, and efficient. I do have a reoccurring issue that is starting to bother me. At other locations, when I order two flying Dutchmans, they come in a separate carton that is labeled Animal fries. This works amazing. At this location, they put down thin burger wrap paper on the to go box and throw my patties right on top. When I get home, the moisture and oil has soaked right through the box. To make matters worse they usually throw napkins onto the exposed patties and the melted cheese ends up bonding to the napkins. Ends up being a mess. Not to mention I dont feel like eating napkins with my burgers. Credit where credit is due...that aside, burgers and service are amazing.

Its an in and out with a huge parking lot and two drive through lanes. Awesome spot to stop and get some food on your road trip. Shaded outdoor patio too. Its nice. It could use some fast chargers for electric cars.

Idk why i keep coming back to this place! Oh yeah...because I love INO. Once again they messed up my order. I ordered a cheeseburger meal well done and fries well done (the whole combo). My burger had some pink running through it. My fries were potato chips! I couldnt even finish my food. And the crazy part is I told the young lady when ordering, this is a DO-OVER...PLEASE HELP THEM GET IT RIGHT! She said she would. Not surprised it didnt happen. I may have to find another place to call my fave/goto!

Great In-N-Out Burger in Upland, CA. Very clean inside, friendly staff, great tasting burgers. The staff all seem to take pride in their job and their restaurant, which is great to see. Other chains could learn from In-N-Out Burger. Please keep up the good work and high standards.

Walked in to order, 1 burger and 1 fries. My wait number was 88. At 7:30P after waiting 16 minutes numbers 90 & 92 were called. I finally asked if my order was ready. It got mixed up in the french fry production area. Frys were warm, not hot like you normally get if you go through drive through.

Typical In n Out, great fresh food very quick reasonable price. Love their animal fries and animal double double. Cant beat the pink lemonade as well. Very clean facilities and very friendly staff.

This in N out location is clean and efficient. Its right off the 210 fwy so it does get very busy around lunch and dinner time especially on the weekend so give yourself a few extra minutes when you plan your visit.

This place is so popular that people don’t mind waiting in a long line for the food. My wait time in the drive-thru on a Friday night was 22 minutes.

I ordered a combo, in the drive thru, and asked for lite salt on the french fries. When I was given my order, the french fries were lightly salted but they were also hard. I was not able to go back to the restaurant to have fresh fries made, since I was on my way back to work from a meeting. Lightly salt, not over cooked please.

Fast and easy in and out. No pun intended. With in n out its not always the case. My grilled cheese with grilled onions was delicious. And my fries and shake were the perfect compliment. Mmm...

This is the familys favorite place for hamburgers! This site is newer and bigger than most. The car line can get long, but there is in door and patio seating. Love it!

The burgers here are to die for. I try to stay away asuch as I can because I live down the street from them🤷🏻‍♀ Any In n Out location is yummy. They were so packed which is an everyday and night thing but even so they were very fast. Got the orders out to us right away and even got them right! Great place to hang out and eat or just sit and drink a lemonade and enjoy the views from the tables they have outside.

Went to my first In-N-Out in Pasadena in the 1950s! I remember when the old bumper sticker was cut to read In-N-Out Urge LOL

In and out makes the best burgers and the best fries. Their a fast food place and not a political buisness. That is why i was so annoyed when someone named Crystal Pearsall gave this a one star because a worker did not confront a toddler who did not wear a mask. A toddler you heard me, dont give In and Out a bad review just because a toddler did not wear his mask.

Its one of their busiest locations, but very efficient. I usually get an animal style double or 3x. Its amazing how lacking of grease their burgers are in comparison to five guys.

Burgers are okay but the fries kill the experience. You really have to know the secret menu or all the different things you can do to alter your order to enjoy this place which is pretty lame. But, if you do figure out a good way to have your burger made it can be a really good burger. You have to add more Pattys because their pretty small and tasteless. So even if you do get a good burger going the fries are a huge disappointment. Dont even bother with them. Even if your get them with all the extras their still just a filler. I do need to go back and experiment with the menu but overall Im learning to enjoy it.

Line was long but went faster due to multiple order takers approaching cars. Building/kitchen staff always friendly and food order was correct and hot.

We went to the north Upland one and went inside as the drive thru was really long. So we ordered and went to a table and probably waited 20 mins or more for our food. So walking in may not be faster than drive thru. BUT, our cheeseburgers were delicious and we were still glad we went!

What can i say this is a california staple. Delicious quality food at a fair price, they also are quick and efficient and have never made a single mistake on any of my orders. Dont let the long lines in drive through intimidate you they are a well oiled machine who will get you through suprisingly quick.

Your employee vannessa needs stop bad mouthing customers when they cannot hear her. Vannessa also told my coworker that he had to leave the store with a cloth t shirt over his face. When, she is wearing a cotton face mask thats the exact equivalent to his t shirt over his face. You can clearly see in the photo that her mask is not surgical or N95 Rated. She was being very rude and would not respond to me telling her that her mask is the same as his t shirt. Shes very rude and controlling.
