When I was looking for replacement windows, Hometime was the one I decided to go with for my home. This was many years ago (perhaps even 20 years ago) and I chose Hometime because they would let me do a few now, and a few later. Others wanted to do the entire house all at once, but Hometime worked with me. I replaced two sliding doors to begin with. Then a couple years later, I replaced 6 large windows. Then I did the four kitchen windows. Next came 4 windows for the bedrooms, and finally, it ended with the four bathroom windows. I believe all of these were done with the previous owner. While I was very pleased, it wasnt long before the windows began to leak. One by one, they had to be replaced. Hometime stood by their product and replaced them. Eventually, I was told that I was now out of warranty? What warranty? I was never told upfront that their windows only had a ten year warranty. News to me when the competition offers lifetime warranties.So, as a word of caution, Hometime did a great job and everything looked great... but in the end, the windows do not seem to hold up and begin to leak after time. When I say leak, I mean in between the double glass panes, they begin to cloud up and it looks like mold is creeping in from the edge of the glass. I currently have three windows that are this way... as most of the others have already been replaced once.I would like to give them 5 stars because they did a good job and they look great.... but they just dont seem to hold up over time. Perhaps they are great for a quick fix, but dont count on them for the long haul.

Hometime is a truly good window installation company from sales to follow-up. We solicited several bids for whole house window and slider replacement and Hometime was substantially lower and it is locally owned and operated which appealed to us. It took a month for manufacture. Installation occurred on the estimated date in January 2021. That was remarkable scheduling considering the pandemic. The installation crew, headed by Danny, was on time, efficient, cleaned as they went, and were quiet and polite. Danny took time to show us how everything worked. We are pleased with the process and the product. Hometime has an excellent warranty. Id recommend them highly.

Their crew showed up on time and were very professional throughout the entire installation. They happily answered any questions I had while they were working. They were also very efficient in the time it took to do the install and the windows came out great! I could hear the difference right away and definitely felt the difference at night when it started getting cold. The windows alone have cut my HVAC usage in half. Wanted to share my very positive experience with Hometime windows - we had 9 windows in our house replaced - one old garden window removed, 8 windows replaced with inserts (double paned, gas in the middle, custom sizing as several of our windows are oversized) and added frosted window to a bathroom.Pros- Loved the fact they have a showroom we could visit and check out the window options, tour the facility to get a sense of what they actually build, plenty of options for blinds (an add-on we took advantage of).- Staff is excellent to work with - knowledgeable, friendly, open, accommodating (we skipped two windows for the blind purchase yet they easily added them to our order)- Sales approach was very low key. they let their product and options sell themselves which worked very well for my wife and I.- Install crew were wonderful (Danny, Charlie, and I believe Pete). Danny made me feel very comfortable when he showed up on the first day (I always have some concern over whether the firm truly stands for what it says up front). He answered all my questions and constantly kept me updated as the day progressed. This made for a simple and reassuring process.Day 1: Danny & Pete ran into some delays on the first day as we have a very old house and removing our garden window was challenging (successfully done with no almost no damage to our stucco. They repaired and did a great job). Because of the delay they were unable to install our casings on several windows. Company was quickly able to schedule the next available day to install with the same crew (I felt comfortable with Danny and was willing to wait).Day 2: They worked their schedule and were able to come over three days before our scheduled follow-up meeting. Casing was installed and they were finished in just a few hours. I had a concern over one window which they quickly adjusted leaving us with a great finished look.They also had a delay from their screen company so quickly added those to the windows (gotta love Covid)- Owner called after the job was complete to introduce himself and ensure we felt comfortable with the product, install results and where to go with issues or problems (left his cell phone #). Hardly ever see this type of service - love the personal touch and the willingness to stand behind their productOther- This isnt a probelm of the company as its a Covid side-effect but we have to wait 4-6 weeks for our blinds to show up (Loved the available selection and looking forward to the install when they arrive)Great company, great product, love the finished product - highly recommend them for your window needs

I recently purchased an older home that needed updating. I had six windows replaced and couldnt be happier with them. Paul and Danny were great to work with. We got multiple quotes for our home windows and once we met Paul we were done. Paul did not try to pressure us into anything he just made sure he offered what we needed. We walked in at almost closing time and he still took the time to show us the product and how its made. Our home had the original single pane windows from when it was built and two of them were tricky corner windows. I expressed my concern to him and he didnt promise anything, instead he had his installer Danny come out to make sure they can get the job done right. It took multiple trips out and a few different installation ideas were presented. We finally decided to move forward and they installed 11 windows in 2 days. Danny and his guys were very professional and clean. They stayed an extra couple hours the 2nd day just to make sure to complete the job right. They did a project of replacing two windows in our kitchen in August.We actually got a quote from this company a year ago--to replace all of our windows and two patio doors--and made the terrible mistake of going with someone else.Do not make the same mistake we did!!! Hire HomeTime Windows and do the job right and do it ONCE.We went with a general contractor who redid our kitchen--among a long very list grievances--their error in ordering the wrong ORIENTATION of windows eventually clashed with our HoA regulations and we had to replace our brand new windows within a year of having them installed by the general contractor.There was no way I was going to call the general contractor who did my kitchen. I could write a novel about the overall harrowing experience but I wont do it here.Anyway, come full circle, I remembered having an exemplary experience with this company. We hired Hometime to replace the attic insulation and install rodent barriers. Both Ricardo and John did a great job. They confirmed the details of the work with me to make sure it met my expectations. They answered all my questions without any condescending comments. Here are the words that I describe this company with: reasonably priced with solid quality products, clean and efficient, responsive to customer demands, with positive attitude. These people are so extraordinary. We ordered our windows from them a few years ago. The experience was amazing. Everyone was friendly and so professional. The quality is amazing. Installation was very fast. Recently, someone threw a brick through our living room window. Hometime had a new one installed before 1pm. I can’t say that any other company would do this. This is a great company to call if you want new double pane windows / sliding glass doors. The staff and the products are great, and the pricing is very competitive. This is especially true as they manufacture the windows they sell, cutting down on the cost of a middle man seller / installer. Jim Hofar gave us our initial estimate, which was very thorough as he takes exact measurements of the windows you would like. They have a showroom in Upland which is great so that you can actually see / touch the products youre thinking about purchasing. This is extremely helpful in the process so that you can see the options available in adequate dimensions. This in person viewing is what led us to purchase a sliding glass door with built in blinds (which I have to say is pretty damn cool). HomeTime recently installed 25 windows in my two story home. Advisor Jaime Sanchez informed me it would take approximately 2 1/2 days to complete the job. Prior to the installation he visited me along with Lead Installer Eduardo “Eddie” Contreras who would be conducting the installation. Eddie and Installer Carlos arrived on time as scheduled. They explained everything they would be doing during the installation. They were very respectful of my home and took every step to ensure as little inconvenience as possible. They completed the job in “2” days and did an “outstanding” job, I couldn’t be more pleased. Eddie, Carlos, and HomeTime are most definitely deserving of a 5 star rating. Highly recommend.

We would definitely recommend Hometime Windows & Doors. We had 10 windows and a slider replaced on 02/08/2018. Paul (sales) was professional and had great communication skills which is a plus for us. Paul kept in contact with us in regards to scheduled appointments and was able to answer all of our questions. The installers came out on time and offered a white glove service. They were professional and friendly. Due to the exceptional job they have offered and completed we will be moving forward with our next project which will be ducting and attic insulation. Nate came out to do our audit for the ducting and insulating project and was extremely knowledgeable and had no problem answering any questions we had. Its nice to know that they will not be just replacing the existing ducting but they have a technique behind it to improve the efficiency of our ducting system. I will update my review once the second phase of our project is complete. I would recommend them for your next project; not just based on price but for the quality of work and the work ethics of the company as a whole.

Our original point of contact was Paul C. as the sales person he was absolutely the best. Paul was patient, resourceful and always 100% honest. I am one to research and research and then research some more to ensure the information Im getting is correct and in line with other field professionals opinion. Once we settled on a start date, the windows were installed beautifully. My father-in-law (a former window installer and contractor) came by to ensure the job was done properly and he was impressed at the installation work they did. To this day he talks about how great their caulking skills are and what a great clean job they did. I will definitely work with Hometime again in the future. The workers were also great. Pure professionals. After they were finished, the only reason you knew that work had been done in our house was because we had all new windows and a new slider. I came across Hometime Windows and Doors when I first started looking at getting insulation in my attic. Jim came out, gave me a full assessment, and gave me his honest opinion that my insulation was great and that I wouldnt need any more. I told him I was also looking at windows and a new sliding glass door, and I am blown away by their quality and service. Jim did an amazing job fully explaining why and how their windows perform much better than my single glass windows. I have had about half of my windows replaced and my large sliding doors, what a difference it has made! One of the details, that became a key to my buying decision, was that Hometime MAKES their high-quality windows in their LOCAL factory, with top-quality American-sourced materials. You buy factory-direct, with no middle man mark-up. Very cool aspect.I was intending to get three bids because we knew it would be a substantial cost to replace 6 windows and a sliding glass door. But I had a heck of a time getting top-Yelp! rated windows suppliers to either respond--or agree to meet me when I had time. Paul, from Hometime, was the only one who got back to me. Because I live an hour away from the condo, Paul went out and worked with my tenant to measure for the estimate. He got back to me quickly with a detailed quote and a very informative (by email) brochure. Based on other research, I feel the pricing was very competitive. Other reviewers have said the same.When we had the windows installed the Hometime crew was very friendly and worked very efficiently. The windows look great and I have a great deal of confidence in the quality of the products. Because they are local, their factory is local and they have done everything they said they would do, I would highly recommend Hometime. And how about this-when I got home this afternoon I got a call from the owner of the company, checking on our satisfaction with the work and the windows. Thats accountability.

Absolutely Fantastic! Clean, professional, honorable, affordable, and best of all, the performance of their product is AMAZING! The temperature in our house started to drop immediately after they finished the install without our AC on and while the temperature outside continued to rise (see pictures). Just had our windows replaced and I couldnt be happier. They were very friendly and very professional. We had a small cosmetic problem with one window and we sent them a picture of the problem and they were out in less than a week to replace the track that had the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in new windows. The prices are very reasonable and their customer service extends well after the initial installation which is a huge plus in my book!

So, my husband and I had been wanting to replace the windows in our house for a LONG time. I just happened to find Hometime Windows while searching YELP in my area. We had had several previous bids, and they beat them all. The estimate was timely and they were very flexible with our timing issues. They even moved the job up when they had a cancelation! We decided to just do the back half of the house first, just to see how it went. We couldnt be happier!!! The windows are exquisite, quality is FIRST-RATE, price is the BEST Ive found.
