Top of the Trades is top notch. They replaced all of my old windows with new vinyl windows which not only improved my homes energy efficiency but also the aesthetics. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Top of the Trades.

They came over quick to do a free estimate. Answered all my questions and was confident and kind and funny. Seemed to have good attention from the office and they even answered messages off hours. Had a weird door size cuz its old and they found it and gave a decent price. Came out and arrived early and went out of their way to make sure the door worked perfect even though we found out that the townhouse had settled through the years and the frame was no longer level. They made all the necessary adjustments on the door, self closing hinges (didnt have it before), deadbolt, doorknob, and the striker plates. He explained everything he was doing and made sure the knob worked perfect before leaving. I recommended to my neighbor that walked by and will also for my inlaws that need work.

While another contractor attempted to charge us an outrageous amount for a door replacement, Louis & Co. gave us a reasonable estimate, got the door, and installed it perfectly with zero hassles or problems.
