Great customer service! We are from out of town and I was really surprised how rude the customers where. Could not be bothered to say excuse me. Got side looks from a few people instead of using their words. 🤷‍♀️

This store is amazing, they have the best produce and meat. I got a bad watermelon and the manager gave me a refund plus replaced it. If I ever dont have a quarter for the cart the cashier will give me one. Ps the next watermelon was amazing, thanks Shandell for picking out a good one👍

TLDR: Im not a tough grader but I dont give out 5 stars easily, and I dont give 1 or 2 stars easily. So to give this Aldi 1 star means theyve consistently disappointed this customer after multiple chances.* * * * *I follow their advertisements every week, and they usually have a few great items worth making a stop. Thats why they do these loss-leaders, so you stop for sales and buy other things. Ive done it.But on multiple occasions, Ive come by and this Aldi is poorly stocked on sale items on the first day of the advertisement, and this isnt the first time its happened.I get the brand is no frills, but how frustrating 😤 is it when you make the trip for specific items and theyre out of stock.Since they operate on a minimalist philosophy, theres no one to ask except the few people working in the checkout lines. Well, they cant just get up and help. Besides, most of the answers have been were out.Sorry, but 3 or 4 sale items that I can never get will no longer draw me to this store which is the most convenient for me. I will try another Aldi, but I was already unenthusiastic about their brand as it was.

I am an Instacart Shopper. So I shop Aldis quite frequently. My experience has been that most employees are not very helpful or friendly. I had a very good experience today with an associate Cameron. Although he was the only associate in the store and at the register he was willing to go to the back and look for items that I could not locate in the store. That is great customer service. Thank You Cameron for making my shopping 🛍 experience a good one. 👍

I hate going to the market so I shop at Aldi. Fast in & out. Aisles are fairly wide so you can easy distance yourself. They have very good prices. The cashiers are fast and efficient. The restocking clerks are knowledgeable about the products they carry. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. I dont buy meat here. For some reason I dont like their meat and itz expensive. I buy meat at Stater Bros. or Vons.

Mr. Checker Man: I understand the routine at Aldi. Get your stuff out of your cart as fast as you can and get to the front to pay. There was no need to bark an order at me bring your cart up front while I was walking up front, clearly in motion, not wondering what I should do next. Other than employees who like to exert their superior skills over the common shopper, hey, its an Aldi.

Great little store cheap prices love this one stop market

My elderly mother just had a rude experience from a cashier named Amber. My mother had the $5 off coupon in her hand as her groceries were being scanned. The cashier didnt greet my mom, instead with an attitude tells her before ringing up the total that her coupon wont work for the total.The cashier then proceeds to open up the two pizza boxes my mom purchased looking inside of them without explaining why she is looking inside of her food. The cashier doesnt even properly close the pizza boxes back up. Making my mom have to close them at the bagging counter.Since when does a cashier open up a customers food and look inside??This Aldi needs to improve their customer service skills, have more than 1 or 2 lanes open, and keep produce in stock. There are better locations.

I always find veggies on sale 👍 but like every grocery store some things are overpriced.

Favorite place to shop I’m new in the Ontario area but Aldi has always been my go to whether it’s the one in chino or walnut I love the prices and the freshness of the the products can’t go wrong sometimes you may get there at a wrong time they restock later in the day I have recommended aldi to a lot of friends and family

Love going here for my groceries. Nice prices, good selection. If its your first time going here, dont forget to bring a quarter for your shopping cart. You get it back when youre done, but its a good way to make sure people put the carts back where they belong.They also let their cashiers sit and you usually bag your own purchases, and I think thats really cool. Some of the cashiers here have been really nice, and it usually brightens my day!

Eh not a fan. Low produce selection small store. Couldnt even find plastic sandwich bags. Almond milk is cheap but doesnt taste as good as competitive name brands. They have good deals on pistachios and almonds but I rather go back to my regular well stocked grocery store.

Every time I go to Audis I find myself coming out of that store wishing I should have picked another store I always want to give a benefit of the doubt so I always give them another chance but everytime I go its always something that makes me fill humiliated embarrass, or unhappy. this is what happened to me the last time I shop there I am a 60 year old woman with arthritis on my hands I went in there without a cart because there wasnt any outside when I paid for my groceries I asked the cashier if I can use the cart just to take my groceries across to put in the counter so I can put them in the bags and she said no because she needed the cart for the person behind me I told her I would just give it right back I just needed to put my groceries on the counter so I can put them in the bags and she said no sorry. With an attitude like I dont care how you take your groceries.I guess what I was expecting her to do was to get another staff member and get me a cart so I can take my groceries all the way to my car( good customer service should be.😥

Aldi is great for finding high quality items at great prices. They have several brands consistent throughout the store for dependable quality. Its exciting and fun to browse all the great options. I want to put 5 stars, but once or twice items were oddly not great, but Im still excited to try other interesting products there.

Good food. Good prices. Know your price per pound and ounces compared to other stores before shopping here not everything is always cheaper. Very fast checkout! Dont forget your reusable bags and quarter!

Great little Grocery Store.

The store was great. Super clean and organized. The prices were great and had a lot of organic food for great prices as well. Only reason for 4 stars is because they dont have a lot of items we needed. The store could be bigger.

So I tried shopping at Aldi today for the first time it was clean and nice being new. But the only thing I really didnt like was that when I finished paying I realized my groceries werent bagged. I guess they dont do that...so i dont think Ill be heading back...because of that and i feel like grocery outlet has better prices and selections.

Whoa!Compare prices! Only clearance tags are real discounts. I confirmed that the Advertised Prices are the same prices behind the alleged weekly on sale prices. 2 ways to tell:#1: sales tags per ounce is same as covered price.#2: Reported price on discounted item tag is higher than the previous cost UNDER the discount tag. (This tells me that the previous cost is NOT Aldis prior cost.Check for yourselves...the sales tag can be slowly lifted to see the under-cost. Purchase Aldi only after comparing to other chain stores.

Went in today hoping for a great experience, Im looking for a basket and no baskets to be found then when I do find them, theyre all chained up. so Im confused to where baskets are located. I finally find a loose basket and an employee instead of taking the time to explain their basket system starts screaming across the store that basket stays there but if you give me a 25 ill give it to you. That was very unprofessional and embarrassing a quarter is not too much to pay but Im already giving them my business and I have to pay for bags and bag my own items why should we have to pay for baskets that is ridiculous and I will not be returning

Nice alternative to the grocery shop you always go to

Aldis is based on a European model if grocery stores. It can be shocking your first trip. They do not bag your groceries. There is a counter where you can do that yourself. Carts take a quarter, but you get that quarter back when you return the cart and chain it to the others...so thats the weird part. Now the great stuff! Each Wednesday the have a new AD featuring Aldis finds. Really cool stuff for super cheap, but once its gone, its gone for good. Next is the really excellent pricing. Last Christmas I bought a ham and a turkey for 1/3 of the price of any of the other 3 grocery stores I price checked. They were both very high quality. Milk, bread, meat and produce are all really well priced. Aldis does not always have all of the selection of other major grocery chains, but what it does have is excellent quality and price.

Staff was very kind! I returned an item without a receipt and was given store credit. Which is GREAT because Im a frequent Aldi shopper 🤗🤗

First time here and just left the store. I got the worst service! Bad people skills, no greeting, no good vibes whatsoever. I bought a lot of stuff and wasn’t even asked if I needed bags.. the cashier just threw all my groceries in my cart and rushed me out. Customers behind me seemed very judgemental. They have good deals but not good enough for me to come back.
