I was buying a few things and I see an employee fronting the milk and yogurt in the refrigerated section. It was Mandy Marie.I was very impressed with her running to the front of the store and checking customers out.Dont get me wrong everyone was doing their job but, Mandy really shows that she cares.Has a great attitude and good customer service.That really impressed me. Not many cashiers care or have conversation with you. Mandy really made me feel appreciated.

This Stater Bros. market is definitely is my preferred location to visit for my grocery needs. Every visit to this Stater Bros. location has been pleasant and relaxing. I have never had a reason to complain about anything at this location as of yet. But anybody who visits this location will notice the cleanliness and professionalism from the employees who work hard there everyday to make the store presentable for us the customers and our shopping experience. great job to all the employees work so hard every day at the Stater Bros. location.

AnaMarie is your typical worthless employee looking forward to her lunch break and when it’s time to go home. Her work uniform was wrinkled and had a few food stains. Very unprofessional. I could imagine asking her for help with looking for something within the store. Forget about it. Pretty much sums it up why I don’t shop at this store

I brought my Yorkie in with me since it was a very hot day but was informed that dogs are not allowed. As I was taking him out to the car, one of the managers said he would watch him while I was in the store. I really appreciated that. This is indicative of the caliber of people that work there and why Stater Bros. is one of my favorite places to shop!

Typical state bros. Limited selection of grocery n pharmacy type items. Produce n meat dept are awesome. Nice selection of beers. Very busy.

Staff very helpful. Prices are normal for Cali. Nice cuts of meat for BBQ. So close you can walk here or drive down to Walmart. Convenient for those living near or on W. Foothill Blvd.

Their stores are always clean and well stocked. The managers are usually out on the floor covering any department including the registers. Its nice to see them and they always have a friendly greeting for the customers.

This store has a few people that gives a very foul and disrespectful attitude towards customers. 1 is a short female (hides her name tag)manager that works at night but the topper is Ana C the cashier. She is not a decent person and has a very nasty attitude. She shouldn’t be allowed to work with the customers. CHARLES F THE CASHIER IS A VERY ANGRY AND DISTURBED INDIVIDUAL. I don’t know what these people’s personal problems are but I think they should leave it at home.

This store sold me rotten chicken meat. Tt spelled so bad, I could not put it back in my car to return it. It cost me over $25 down the drain. Check anything you buy out of the meat case.

Service/staff: excellent (kudos to Lisa) and very helpful when I cant find something. Selection: very good (including butcher case + hot goodies). Prices: very good. Cleanliness: excellent. Overall: Im really happy to have them in the neighborhood and I much prefer them over the other majors (which shall remain nameless). Good job Managers! 👍

Clean and not crowded on a Sunday morning. I mostly shop Sprouts and Costco, though I was raised on Stater Brothers. Plenty of stock and selection.

Need to work on their ordering.Most often out of stock on items or severely low.Great meat and produce though.

The store is one of the older ones, but it’s clean and well kept. The customer service was friendly and they know how to move a line to get people through. I had no complaints.

Promise I enjoy shopping at my local Stater Bros. However the hours arent clear and can be quite frustrating for someone like myself who likes shopping in the early mornings. I understand that the older community was allowed to shop an hour before everyone else but I thought that was at 6am and the store opened up at 7am like usual? Not a fan of Vons but looks Ill be going there until I find out the actual hours.

Love visiting stater bros when visiting the area. They have containers of Northwoods restaurant cheese spread...so good! Its not in many other places!!!!

Its an older store model. Could seriously use some upgrades. The place was packed and there were only a few check stands open. I believe they should hire more temporary or seasonal workers for times of high output.

Ok I shopped there today. There were some people not wearing a mask . I feel for the safety of mine n others they should be told to leave the store. I was at staters in upland in the corner of foothill n mountain.

Stater bros is a good mix of quality and value. They have a nice selection of everything without being overpriced. If you need some weird specialty food, which I usually do, there are stores that cater to that. Stater bros is of course known more for the cut and quality of their meat. So they are my go to for custom cuts.

Very limited people at the time of my visit. The store is clean and they have a person cleaning the baskets before you use them.

I like everything no complaints

Decently clean but sometimes difficult to get in and out of. This location gets particularly busy right after the normal workday (around 5 - 6pm). You may be tempted to park in the open spots near the southern entrance off of Mountain Avenue but dont do it. Its a trap. Its difficult to leave your spot because of the heavy inbound traffic.

I called the manager to follow up on my job application, as one does when they want to show enthusiasm and commitment to a job. The manager was very rude, and interrupted me while I was speaking. He quickly told me they would get back to me and hung up the phone. I spent several hours on the application, as this is would have been my first job, so that was an extreme let down and slap in the face!

Ive been going to this Stater Bros. For nearly 20 years now and I have always had an enjoyable experience. The employees are always in a cheerful mood. I hope it never changes.

Four stars because they have a good amount of vegan options. Customer service at the front is severely lacking. I shop here at least 3 times a week so Ive noticed most of the checkers have attitudes or wont even give you any sort of eye contact at all. It just sucks when you become a regular customer somewhere and get treated poorly almost every time. But I come to shop not to chat so Ill still come here. Hopefully they can step it up though.

I have shopped in this store many times and things ran good.My only issue would be they ground hamburger for $6.99 and some time thay have t bones at $3.99.Never made cence to me. But things are just that way I can see.
