Very friendly staff, and they have everything I need. If they do not have it in stock they offer to order it for you. Made my first purchase using them because of the gallery of guns website. Know they have a client for all my firearm needs. I highly recommend to family as well as friends just because how at ease they make you feel when coming into the store. Plus, they had the Spikes Tactical stripped lower Ive been looking for (Calico Jack) in stock..Picking that up later today start building my .300 Black Out. But, service cant be beat here. Very honest and caring. As I said, customer for life when it comes to firearm parts or purchases. Plus, they have a lot of good accessories and reloading equipment.

Nice friendly staff! They make you feel right at home especially for first timer. Unlike other shops that ignore you. The husband and wife (owners) were really helpful and kind enough to answer all my questions and even gave me advice. Ill be purchasing my guns here soon.

What a joke of a gun store. Even after our rights are given back by the government they refuse to sell standard capacity magazines. Even Turners does. Would give them zero stars if I could.

I felt discrimination because I was black, the guy told me to bring my birth certificate and when I came back to asked him would a copy be OK he first said yes then said asked the lady would it be OK and she said no they need original documents with a seal, why wouldnt a copy of my birth certificate be accepted when I have all my other original documents? I honestly felt like if I was white this situation wouldve definitely went another way. Disappointed I drove way this way when I even called in advance to see what I needed & a birth certificate was NOT MENTIONED to over the phone.

Personal service is very engaging and helpful. Ammunition price and availability is very competitive. Good price on 45acp 230gr reloads. I was very pleased and will use them as my go to shop.

I just moved into the area and started looking for a new gun store.I like to do business with family run local businesses.I like the staff. Friendly, willing to help answer questions. Its a great local shop. Prices are fair to good. Im sure they dont get the volume purchasing discounts of some other places.Keep up the hard work. Id like to see you move into a larger shop and carry a few more in stock accessories.The internet is great but personally I like to see what Im buying.

This place is terrible went there to do a transfer today for a gun I was purchasing from someone else. The idiot behind the counter couldnt do the transfer saying I need two forms if ID I had my driver license and my car registration. I ended up going to Turners and they did the transfer for me with no problem. Dont even waste your time at this place!!!

Small Selection, Great service. They dont mess with your rights. If you are 18 they will not refuse service unlike some places (Walmart & Dick’s). This is the first gun shop I ever visited and is where I purchased my first antique (Pre-1959) firearm. Every time I’ve visited I’ve been greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Not a large selection when it comes to firearms. Decent amount of reloading gear and miscellaneous gun gear and gun care stuff. Pretty decent selection of ammo and handguns (handguns seem to be the main item they sell) a few shotguns and a few rifles. 150 grain 30-06 I bought was reasonably priced. Cheaper than Walmart and Big 5 and in stock unlike turners outdoorsman. Again, VERY friendly staff. Very nice and aren’t just salespeople, will sympathize with you about your right to bear arms and are pretty knowledgeable on guns and gun laws

I have always had a good experience at bullet barn I have bought a few different things from here and plan on going back.

Horrible service. Went in to look at a couple AK 47s they had. picked out the one i really liked. Asked them to put it on hold so i can run home to get my gun safety card. They said they can hold it until the end of the day. Came back within 45 min and they sold it out from under me. Irritating... but i let it go and bought the other AK they had. Didnt go over the gun with me at all. Get it home and the dust cover wouldnt stay on. There was a problem in the spring accembly. Took it back to the shop and they said they would take care of it. Went untouched for over a month. So i just paid over $900 for a gun that i cant fire. So i bit the bullet and just went and picked it up and took it to a different gun smith. Got that problem fixed. Went to shoot it for the first time and the gun jams everytime. The gunsmith says it looks like someone took a file to the ejector. I would not recommend this place at all! They told me several times they got ahold of the manufacturer and come to find out they never did. So frustrating!
