Just bought a pistol from them no complaints great service. Small shop but what they lack in size they more than cover that by providing great customer service. Very down to earth guys go and talk to Lou and Dave for all your firearm needs.

I walked in with my AR and asked if they could cut my lock off cause I lost my key, they were so awesome no lie. I was just up the street at Ammo Brothers and the guy at the desk told me they were going to have to charge me 20 bucks due to taking him off the line of helping customers.. I brought it to the guys here and they didnt even make 1 excuse. I will be buying my next gun and continue to buy my gun products here..Thank You for taking the time to explain and give me advice, thats hard to find nowadays..

I bought an AK from this establishment about a year ago, and was ripped off.HIT had a booth at the Ontario Convention Center gun show, where I bought the AK. I inspected the rifle for flaws, and it had a few, so the seller (an asian guy) and I negotiated that I would buy the rifle if he would fix the aforementioned flaws. One flaw was that the front sight post was loose.Long story short, I met the same seller (who said he was a gunsmith) a few days later and paid for the rifle after seeing that all of the flaws APPEARED to be corrected.Maybe 2 weeks afterward I started to notice that the front sight post became loose again. After inspection I saw that one of the front sight post’s 2 prongs (that screws into the front sight block) was snapped, which caused the front sight post to be loose. It was broken in such a way that all pieces remained screwed into the front sight block without falling out. Also it was broken in such a way that if I twisted the front sight post a half/quarter turn it would become rigid and stop being loose.(The front sight post screws into a tapped hole in the side of the horizontal sight adjustment drum. The horizontal sight adjustment drum is sideways inside of the front sight block. The drum looks like the barrel pin)Because the tapped hole in the horizontal adjustment drum is kind of like an oval, this half/quarter turn changed how the 2 front sight post prongs engaged. When turned to the right position, the front sight post became rigid WHEN LOOKING FROM THE TOP.But if you look from underneath, you can clearly see that one of the front sight post’s prongs is snapped, regardless of rotational position of the front sight post. This is a less than $10 fix, but instead the gunsmith took advantage of the fact that I did not know much about AKs at the time, and chose to deceive me.ORHe just didn’t see the that it was actually broken.Either way I was sold an AK with a broken front sight post. The asian guy/seller/gunsmith/owner was cool, and gave me 1 or 2 magazines for free during the purchase.I don’t have any negative feelings towards HIT, or its staff, or its owner.I just didn’t agree to buy an AK with a broken front sight post.

When I was ready to buy my first black rifle i was told that this was the place to go. Prior to buying my awesome AR I had already visited a few places in the surrounding area only to deal with a bunch of angry, bitter old guys, which seems to be the norm with gun shop owners and employees. High Impact Tactical came recommended by a friend as the place to go for black rifles. I gotta say I was impressed! Like a kid in a candy store, i thought i knew what I wanted until I saw all the cool choices of ARs hanging on the wall! At this point I had no idea what I wanted anymore..yikes! So the guys were extremely helpful, friendly, patient and very informative.. I purchased a Ledesma Arms AR15 (LAM15) rifle with Magpul upgrades and I gotta say I am beyond happy and satisfied with the quality of service and products they offer at this shop. I cant wait for my next purchase, Thank you HITArmory.

Not a big place but they have plenty and they know their stuff, they actually had some ammo unlike other shops around them, very helpful, guided me in the right direction and were helpful, I didnt think I was going to find much but I was lucky to find a Vltor charging handle magpul handguard, ammo, rails, and stocks. Other stores around them had none of these.
