Brianna was very rude not helpful at all.She has horrible customer service and will never go there again. I spoke to the Supervisor who was very nice and she said she would talk to her. She needs classes in customer service!!

Always has a smile, and multitasks to accommodate everyone. Dalia is super helpful, friendly, and always has a smile. She drops what she’s doing to assist customers when they walk in. Last but not least, Autumn. Super smile, Super Friendly, and you can tell she loves her job. The customers really enjoy interacting with her. Ive seen customers come in and wait for her to help them. I litteraly waited for 10 minutes while 3 employees ignored me and did othe things.

We where very nice but the(employe)had no respect .we did not know how the machines worked and ask, then (employee) gave Attitude for now reason.and her mood was very unhappy. I dont recommend going.

No issues here. Went during off hours around 8pm. Got passport photos and printed some documents. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place is a lil expensive but its competitive with other print centers.

The staff Dalia & Anthony on duty Sat handled my frustration with professionalism and politeness, Thank you. As customers, we have expectations, and i could not understand and insisted on second opinions. They remained polite and assisted me the best they could.Fed Ex has guidlines in place that unfortunately kept me from being satisfied that day.

Always great service and people working at this store are polite and helpful. I have had a Fed Ex account for years and use the shipping and printing services all the time. Very convenient location for me, as I live up Mountain Avenue in Upland. Keep up the good work

I have been going there for at least 5 times and I find the service to be ok, the personnel has always been polite.

I like getting my packages sent to this location since I am usually not home to sign for deliveries. In that respect, I have had no problem with any of the friendly staff that have worked at this location over the years.That being said, service is extremely slow as they never have more than one employee working a station, nor do they triage any of the jobs to be completed. For example, many times I am third in line and it will take me over 10 minutes for me to pick up a package and leave a signature. Someone could easily have me in and out in under 30 seconds and I would rather not test the boundaries of the people ahead of me by cutting the queue.If there is no line, this place will get you in and out in no problem. The moment even one person is ahead of you, be prepared to wait.

Horrible service here wouldnt let me ship my package that I am able to send out at every other fed ex except this one. Customer service here sucks its like talking to kids that dont know any knowledge of what there doing one has to ask the other one and there both morons. I hate dealing with ignorant people so if you like to deal with that go ahead and come here I will not be bringing my packages here ever again. Closing my account and going to UPS.

Ive never been handled rudely here, but I drop off packages here all the time and the employees are desperately slow. An employee working on a print job behind the counter will not come over and help with accepting or shipping packages, even when the line is out the door. Ive frequently waited 15-20 minutes just to get a receipt for a prepaid package, since neither the employees nor the manager ever hustle when theres a longer line. So bottom line - understaffed and underperforming.There are now two employees who are hustlers - Isaac and a shorter girl who are friendly and quick. The rest move like there’s a carbon monoxide leak in the building - not an iota of urgency or concern.

Great place with parking. Usually not to busy. Sometimes there is only one employee so it can be hard to get help if you need something.

I know that people dont generally make a decision 100% off of a bad review but this is one review you will wish you listened to. TERRIBLE customer service from childish and rude JESS/JESSICA. She will inconvenience you JUST BECAUSE SHE CAN and the manager will do nothing about it. I have never written a bad review before but the experience I had at this location was too horrible not to. The customer service and the way I was spoken to was absolutely unacceptable. You can really tell that she hates her job. I was shocked at the level of stupidity and bitchiness displayed by this employee and honestly, having her employed there is a HUGE liability. She does not care and will not be reprimanded if she mistreats you. Consider my experience and GO TO ANY OTHER FEDEX LOCATION BUT THE ONE LOCATED ON MOUNTAIN.

Brought in two oversized pieces to be shipped. Staff were all amazing In helping me with my shipment. Even though this store is not the closet to my home/business I will return to this store for future shipping.

I paid $500.00 dollars to have 2 sets of plans copied. they said I could pick up the following day at 10:00, they called me that day of pick up and said they needed more time, I told them I would pick up the next day to give them more time. I went in to pick up and stupid me for not looking in the bag, I took them thinking for that it would be a professional job from a professional company, boy was I wrongThe original plans were stapled back together all wrong and out of alignment and with standard staples, both printed sets were not in order and not even stapled together, you think for 500 dollars you guys could afford 6 staples......WORST JOB EVER!!!!!!!

They have the worst customer service ive ever seen. Muhammad works there, he is the rudest person ive seen. First time i came, i thought he was jst having a bad day. Unfortunately i had to go back there again for work, he was super rude and did not even listen to me when i was talking to him.

Very unprofessional set of people to be working on this industry and location!!! UPS across the street is much friendlier and nicer to bad my return label is for fedex.

This place is horrible, they didn’t notify me when my package from federal express got to their location instead they sent it back to the original sender which is 2 hrs away from my house . I talked to the manager and she told me we don’t call people to let them know when their packages arrive here we don’t have time for that ..really !!! I’ve been to this location hundreds of times and believe it’s always emptyDo your self a huge favor do not use this location for your packages and you will save a headache

Extremely rude customer service. First at the store and subsequently on the phone. Called to have them check for a page that I have forgotten on one of thier scaners and the FedEx representative handled the request with the worst possible attitude. First the representative wouldnt even offer to check in the lost and found and then after waiting on hold for him for 10min another worker answered the phone asking me how he can help only to tell me that his coleage checked and didnt find my document. Very dissaponted with my experience at this location and would not return there again.

Not enough staff for the time, fax machines kept jamming, and charging for each page that was jammed at $1.89 a page

Lady was extremely rude when I inquired about printing and faxing a document. Did not provide simale direction and seemed irretated when I asked for clarification. This was on Friday, 11/13/15 at 11am. Terrible service and really got me upset and I just ended up leaving bease of it.

Crooks let me explain...if you were to load 100$ on your purple FedEx card and for any reason drops out of your pocket you get home check your wallet its gone.if someone or and associate finds it they discard it thats right YOU LOST YOUR MONEY THEY KEEP IT EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE RECIEPT EMAILED TO YOU WITH THE CARD ACCOUNT THERE IS NO LOST AND FOUND THEY SIMPLY TAKE YOUR MONEY😡
