Everyone is very helpful and they have the best customer service from early morning to closing. The store hours are helpful for getting things done in the morning before work and also after work. Thanks for the good work!
..... I was helped today by a super friendly and helpful employee named Brianna! She took her time with me, and also made sure that everything was correctly done. I had difficulty finding my amazon information in my pesky cell phone and she was infinetely patient Thanks a lot Brianna for being incredibly professional and just a God damn Badazz. Sharon is very rude, the entire staff actually. They yelled at me, and hastled me and my mom for no reason. I will never go to this UPS again, Sharon needs to be fired.
I understand everyone is stressed because of the current situation but the lady was so rude for no reason. Also the printing prices are a total rip off. Just go to FedEx. Theyre much nicer
Completely unprofessional and remorseless! Mistakes happen but UPS flagrant disregard for a problematic and potentially expensive situation they created is a choice!!!I presented ESCROW documents for UPS notary with specific instructions provided by Title Company in writing for completion. Notary error led to the omission of a full page to be completed by notary.Upon being informed of omission by Title Company, contacted UPS the next day, Friday morning, to request the form be completed and emailed from there, then discovering notary was not in until 1PM. Then informed Manager over phone that issue was time sensitive since purchase of property was closing in Texas!1:30P without contact from UPS, called and Manager told me: Were busy right now and will do this when they have a chanceThus, anyone coming in to the store for any reason was given priority over my URGENT matter--they created! I finally received my document at 2:10P. 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete a 5 minute job where distribution of funds were put on hold because of UPS error and worse their unwillingness to prioritize correcting their mistake!At the moment, I still do not know the status of my property--other than a handful of irate real estate professionals in Texas...This after I contacted UPS more than 3 hrs previous by phone and email to have this resolved ASAP!Keep in mind, all of this happened after making an appt. with another UPS location for notary service, having that appt. confirmed, and then being told no notary was there.The respectful notary here did her best and mistakes happen. Management here is exactly what you read.
Avoid this place no matter what. Called to make sure they were open and then to make sure that I could get document notarized. I was told yes and they had a notary on site until 6pm. I arrived at about 145 to get documents notarized and when I got there they then said there was no notary there.Just WOW. completely wasted my time and my wifes time that she took away from work to go get this done. I
I went on a Saturday, they were efficient and so professional I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. I loved my experience here and will always choose this location.

There were 2 people at the counter and I was the next in line, and it took me 45 minutes to get service!!! My package which had arrived 3 hours earlier had not been received in their system. Worst was 1 of their employees kept coming out from the back and was coughing all over the place, even on the registers his co-workers were working on! Terrible!!! Unconscionable
I shipped 2 boxes from this location and Chris (manager) helped me, one of the boxes was destroyed and the contents are now missing. He opened a claim for me and said unfortunately UPS rejected my claim because the box used to ship did not meet UPS standards. Mind you I used the same exact box in which it was shipped in. I said Chris you never told me the box didnt meet the criteria and that I relied him to take care of this. So I guess to use this location you have to be a shipping expert because the manager is not thorough enough, or simply doesnt care about his job and the customers.
Got a banner made and it was expertly designed and printed. These guys and gals are top notch with their design and printing working and very prompt. Id recommend them to anyone!

This UPS store is horrible. Customer service is smug and condescending. I had to pick up a package there. The slip was left on a Friday. I went Monday night and they told me that they hadnt received the packages yet. I said it had been 2 business days. The manager shrugged his shoulders and said I dont know what to say. When I told him he should call and complain to UPS corporate because they use the UPS name, his response was we arent connected with UPS.I came back two days later to pick it up and gave the slip. They looked it up and said I needed the tracking number, even though I had my infonotice slip. They said it was because the package was in my wifes name. I showed them the slip that just had our last name. Once again the manager was smug in his response saying theres nothing we can do. When I left he gave a sarcastic have a nice day.UPS is a failing company with this Access Point stuff. And this UPS Store is horrible at their job. If the customers arent happy, they need to take those concerns to UPS corporate but instead all they will say is we arent associated with UPS they are a separate entity. Avoid this place and go down the street to the Mountain one. Or even better avoid it and find a FedEx or USPS store.
Worst shipping experience ever. This UPS Store at Foothill and Euclid shipped an important package with confidential financial/personal information to the wrong address.Sharon spoke to me as the store lead customer service representative. Sharon was unapologetic and rude. There are several other UPS stores/shipping stores nearby that are better. I did my best to be patient with the service, however this type of mistake and unprofessionalism has eroded my trust in this franchise.

The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and quite helpful. He offered his knowledge of the shipping requirements in order to cut the cost to me. He checked and double checked the accuracy of the information for the package address label.
I shipped a very valuable, irreplaceable piece of family art with insurance. They damaged the goods and I have been chasing them for 2+ months on the insurance claim with no resolution. The store blames corporate and corporate blames the store, with each telling me that I have to deal with the other. What happened to the customer coming first? With UPS, the customer comes last, if ever. STAY AWAY!
Horrible store. Brought an Amazon package to return and they scanned the package, gave me a receipt and the next day still shows that only the label was created. I called them and the only thing they did was give me a number to call. Of course that number is to a never ending list of prompts
What a terrible experience after being a customer since 1998 at this location.We’ve never had the list names since our account is under a corporate name and three of us get mail for our company and it is was never a requirement to list names in our personal box. After a few hundred dollars per year, they accepted an envelope for me on the 5th (signed by Chris), and didn’t leave a note or anything. We went to check the mail and this important envelope still wasn’t in there and no regular note left saying, hey you have a package, please see an associate. That’s the least they could do as human beings. This employee Chris who is the “manager” has no customer service skills and extremely rude/condescending. We were very kind at first, explained we’re long term clients and never been explained this new “company policy” but need to pick up this envelope after calling the check issuer and finding out he in fact signed for it. He told us there would be a $5 “service fee”. What for??? There was no service that’s for sure. He can’t even leave a little piece of paper like a robot and say, ask an associate for a parcel for your unit #. Nope! Nothing!!! So we drove back after a long day in traffic causing rush hour and instead of a 1 hr round trip to get the mail, it’s 2-3... great right? All he had to do is say I understand, sorry, here’s your package for your time since we didn’t service you by telling you you have a package. Then we could all move on and I wouldn’t have to waste his or our time.When this was Mail Boxes Etc., not UPS, the customer service experience really was 5 stars and they went above and beyond. They even knew us by name and face. How hard was it to waive a $5 fee to pick up my envelope and give a kind gesture after our trip turned from 1 hour round trip to 2-3 fo a 20 year customer?When I asked if he was a store owner, he said no but I can email him and he’ll forward it to them. Yeah right! Like he would say sorry boss, I was rude to these two guys and instead of doing the right thing, I penny pinched them. Well Scott & Denise, I hope you read this about your store manager. This will cost you on Yelp, Google, Facebook and with potential future valued customers. We will also be looking for a new 5 star place to get our mail delivered closer to home. We would have done this years ago but wanted to be loyal and just can’t any longer with employees like Chris. He said don’t worry when we told him we’ll look elsewhere, that apparently you have plenty of other customers. Wow I’d never keep someone so arrogant in my office team.

Live scan person was awful I got there ten minutes before closing and she said Im closed. I said theres ten minutes left and a different lady said yeah but shes helping me close.
