Great service! Drive through was extremely quick and friendly.

I enjoy the fast and efficient drive-through service of this Starbucks. The line moves very fast, and theres not much of a wait time for the most part. Professional staff and good-quality coffee (mostly)!

Attentive staff, friendly and hard working. In carry out orders, check on to make sure they have your order and alert you when complete. Speedy service.

A Nice, clean location. My drink didnt seem as strong as usual and I get the same thing every time-6 times a week. They didnt greet us and we were their only customers at that moment. Just 2 people who ordered 2 drinks and it felt like an imposition....they werent rude, just not friendly, they were teenage boys though, so 🤷 lol

It WAS a nice location and the drinks are good IF the ingredients are in stock.Today marks the 3rd time within the last several weeks ingredients like specialty syrups have been out of stock.After wasting almost 10 minutes to get to the talk box in drive thru. Yep. Out of stock. To top it off I was told to go elsewhere for my drink. Poor reflection on your brand!Drink quality 9/10 (if ingredients are in stock)Pace of service 2/10Hospitality 0/10Do better.

Local Starbucks I go to the most often. The store team gets to know its customers by name. Clean and good amount of seating for a smaller coffee shop. A good place to go for a cup of coffee and stay awhile to read the paper.

Friendly and very helpful staff!

I worked at numerous Starbucks stores before I transferred to this one. From an employee standpoint I certainly wouldn’t consume anything from this location. It’s filthy, doesn’t follow health code, zero regard for COVID safety (which is why the store had to close TWO times while I worked there in a period of a few months), cockroaches, flies, expired product. Just a no for me. Friendly baristas, but that’s kinda all this location offers.

Salted caramel cold brew might be one of the best things Ive ever had. Also fond of the kiwi passionfruit refresher

This the the second or third time that this Starbucks location has gotten my order wrong. Not that hard to make a chai latte.

When I came in today I went and sat down around the corner to do my schoolwork. There were 2 tables that didn’t have a “no seating” sign on them, which kind of confused me, but I got dropped off with no coat so I had nowhere to go. I had been sitting there for 30 minutes before another customer creepily stared me down and then told on me. The employees, with a really kind tone, very passive aggressively told me to leave. I’ve only been to a few places in the past few months, all in which I could sit down, so I was very unaware I wasn’t aloud. The employees made me feel like I should’ve known better, that I was wasting their time, and that i was being disrespectful. I didn’t have anywhere to go or anyone to pick me up so I had to have my handicapped grandma rush over to get me. I heard the employees say “did that girl leave yet”, as I already felt unwelcome and rushed to leave. This ruined my day, at least the drink was good.

One of the best places for coffee connisseurs. You can even grind your personal favorite coffee. The Dark coffee variety is exotic. Also available desserts and sandwiches for a quick bite.

Didnt get the coffee we paid for. Instructions were to come inside to a pickup point. Doors were locked. Drive thru extended into the street blocking traffic. Sup, Starbucks? This after checking two the Starbucks in the area for flat white. Half of them dont have the equipment to make it. Wont be wanting their coffee for a while...

So happy this place is still open!

In the times of COVID - there are few things left to truly look forward to each morning but a nice, delicious hot steaming cup of something amazing from Starbucks. Imagine my disappointment when I waited in the drive thru line this AM for 11 mins AFTER placing my order (11 mins from ordering kiosk to pick up window) - plus longer just to get that far - only to pay $5.25 for a drink that was nasty. What was supposed to be a Venti Hot Caramel Macchiato, was a hot flat white.Come on Starbucks - get it right! Now - I normally dont give a bad review for one bad experience... but today was truly the 4th bad experience at this location out of my last 5 visits (I work nearby so I frequent a lot) - but not anymore! Sorry Starbucks - Im done!

Quaint little mom and pop coffee place punching above their weight class to deliver a great cup of joe.

The friendliness of the staff at this location is impeccable! I am new to “keto” and don’t know exactly what to get and They always go above and beyond to accommodate and request I have had, or suggest sometime better.

I went drive-thru for my order of venti golden ginger drink and I told them to put very little ice in my drink but they still got my order wrong and put tons of ice in it, 2/3 of my venti cup was full of ice. I literally took 2-3 sips of my drink and the rest was just all ice! Definitely not worth it for almost $6 drink. Ugh, not happy! 😡

Always great service! I went in today and was not aware of the change in the Birthday Reward as it has disappeared from my app. Dotty was so kind and explained the change and gave me a “Next One’s on Us” card. Thank you Dotty!!

This is one of the few locations that actually makes my drinks exactly the way I like. Theyre nice and accommodating, the drinks taste great, and the only complaint Ive had is from time to time the chocolate sauce has started to go bad. It gives the drinks a bad/nasty taste. :/ Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.Edit:I wont go to this location anymore. 😢 It was so good for a long time!! The last 4-5 times Ive went my drinks have had a nasty aftertaste. :( Something is really gross!! Im so sad, I used to go here all the time. :( Even my husband (who knows nothing about coffee) has noticed a gross taste to their coffee. :( The dublin location tastes WAY better (and consistently).

Great customer service even though it gets very busy they are pretty quick. Always get our drinks correct. Very delicious drinks.

Best Starbucks anywhere!

Nice folks, very clean; saw them clean at least three times while I was there doing homework for 2½-hours.

They got the order wrong. Didnt give us any straws. Seemed incapable of taking orders, fulfilling the orders in a timely fashion.

They do a great job of making drinks. Anyone who goes to a lot of chain shops knows quality can and will vary. This location always is done well, great staff that is fun to talk to and happy to be there.

I have been a fan of Starbucks for years. Fresh coffee, creative concoctions, etc. But 4 stars only because I find it pricey...

I come to this Starbucks almost every day. Great coffee, killer breakfast sandwiches, and my favorite person there is Dottie. Shes friendly, personable, and good at what she does. Whatever shes earning, she deserves a raise and half.

I love this place because if you are a twenty-year veteran Barista or someone going to a coffee shop for the first time in your life you get the same treatment. Every crew working here is very nice and has the patience that you dont usually find at a coffee house that does the volume that they do. Product is solid no mistakes ever from this location.

Great place to hangout over a coffee. Typically not super crowded and a nice place for business and students.

This Starbucks location was ruined by the redo. It is no longer warm and inviting. I did sit a short time a few days ago to eat a muffin and observed a lot of employees not very busy while there were dirty floors and table tops. I have been in this location many many times this last year and I am still not recognized. I order the same drink and of course that is not known. That is not what I find at most stores.

This location is always very tolerant of my toddler.

Usually super busy which makes it sometimes difficult to get in to. On line ordering from the App helps tremendously. Sometimes getting a seat inside can be tricky. But people tend to to be ridiculously loud, so you can actually get work done. Never had issues with WiFi, so thats a huge plus. Nice staff. And of course - great product!

Class A location. Wait times about what you can expect in morning rush hour and lunch. However, not a single person, either employee or customer, at the time of my last visit was snooty.

Went through the busy drive-thru this morning before work and despite the long line of cars I ordered and got my drink in about three minutes from a very nice barista! Definitely will be stopping by more :)

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. They are quick and friendly.

Baristas were very nice, good beverage quality, and plenty of variety in indoor seating. Only issue is the drive thru is a bit if a nightmare and the place is hard to see from the road.
