5D did it again! We took our 2021 Yukon Denali to 5th Dimension in Urbana to have the chrome delete done along with a Black & Blue Color Match. The Yukon was brand new and already looked amazing but the 5 D team was able to transform the amazing into stunning in just a few weeks. The amount of detail and care to each item that was paint matched for this project are too many to list so I will let the pictures speak for themselves. 5D has completed 3 vehicle paint to match projects for us over the past 3 years and also repaired damages to our company truck. No matter what the job is 5D will make sure it is perfect and we will not take our vehicles anywhere else.

Fifth Dimension Collision of Urbana was the perfect choice for me. I have a 1972 Z28 Camaro that needed a little T.L.C. Brian Reynolds and crew refurbished the paint and added a couple of coats of clear to her . I am very picky about her and I couldnt be happier. She has a mirror finish! Fantastic job! Awesome experience, this is the second time weve had to take our F450 in for damage repair, this time is was a combo of hail damage and a bumper repair and paint work. Brian and his staff are amazing to work with, and the work was completed far ahead of schedule. Fifth dimension is all around absolutely amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever received, and my car looks beautiful again. To make a long story short, my fiancé was driving our brand new car (we only had it for 11 days) before someone side swiped him in Seattle. We only had 2 weeks before moving to this area. No body shops in our area in Washington could help us in time, so I googled a body shop in Champaign and came across 5D. I gave them a call and Penny was the one who answered. She was amazing! She made me feel so much better about the situation. Just an all around fantastic woman. I was in an accident recently and I was recommended to go to Fifth Dimension. This was the best decision I ever made. The process of being in an accident is nothing but a pain in the neck. The people at Fifth Dimension made the whole situation a world of a difference. Every single person I talked to was so kind and professional. I do not have enough kind words to say about this company. The work they did was quality work. It took a bit longer than I expected but that is expected everywhere amongst a pandemic. I was referred to Fifth Dimension when I wanted a lift for my Jeep. From the first conversation Brian was very polite and easy to work with. I had several questions about all of the appropriate parts to order, which parts work best with each other, etc. On the day of the install I forgot to purchase something, and before I could even call around to find it, Brian had found it and brought it to the shop so he could continue with the install. There is nothing nice about being involved in an accident. The repair shop I have patronized faithfully for the last several years closed, and I was SUPER skeptical about going somewhere unfamiliar. Not only did 5D squeeze me in for a same-day estimate (and got my damaged trunk to close while I waited) but the customer service I received was second to none. I ended up hugging Brian before I left! Needless to say, Fifth Dimension has a new loyal customer!

Best place to get your car dents fixed! Every staff member I spoke to during my time were magnificant. Brian was spectacular, he reached out to me at every step and helped me rent a car, talk with my insurance, and would call me to provide me updates. I went in to get help on such a short notice and they were able to fix my dents and my back light before I left Champaign. They are the friendliest and I really appreciated how helpful they were. They went far and beyond to provide the best service and I am glad I went there.

First of all, how is it possible this business only has a 4.9 rating? I think the rating should be a minimum 5.1 out of 5. I recently had my car repaired. Had a new bumper put on. Took longer than expected, but the part I needed was harder to get. This was out of their control. Car looked great. Paint match was perfect, and looked new. I had an oil change done again, and it was done perfectly. No problem getting fit into a schedule. I had a fog light that was not working. I bought some bulbs and was given the wrong bulbs. Brian went out and got the right bulbs for me. The bird poop was even cleaned from my windshield when I picked up my car. Again went out of their way when they didnt have to. Customers definitely are a priority at 5th dimension. Only complaint I had was I couldnt use the viper when my car was down. Maybe next time lol. I highly recommend 5th dimension to anyone who has body work, or general maintenance needed done. Ive known Brian for a while now, and has always been friendly, professional, helpful, caring and just simply put, a good person.

I had a rust spot on my SRT8 Chrysler 300 and set up an appointment, let them take their time, and they corrected the dog tail rust spot where it doesn’t even look like anything was done! Completely OEM repair and can’t even notice the new paint added! And I had a few soap stains on the hood on my car (from my first detail) and they took care of it even when I never mentioned it, and made my car amazing!!! Perfect quality and perfect customer service, honestly I’ve never seen the car this good before!I 100% will say if you need an body repair or anything, they know what’s up!

This shop got me in next day for an estimate and once everything was approved through insurance my car was in the shop within a few days. Repairs were completed faster than expected. Everyone I dealt with in the shop was very friendly and helpful (looking at you Cayla and Brian). They even detailed my interior! Highly recommended!!

After researching many auto body shops, I chose 5th Dimension in Urbana because of the excellent reviews. My car needed a new rear bumper caused by a non-attentive driver. The estimate to install a new bumper and paint was reasonable and the non-attentive drivers insurance covered it. Brian Reynolds assured me that my car would look as good as new. After a one day time of repair, I was not disappointed. It looked perfect, like nothing had happened. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere of the staff and can say positively that I would recommend 5th Dimension auto repair services to anyone.

I have a 1965 Mustang convertible that Brian Reynolds and his team have helped me with on two separate occasions. First he sorted out the cars wiring, after I tried to do it myself. He did a fantastic job getting the car running after sitting for 8 years in my garage. Today I just picked it up from having the transmission swapped out. I used Fifth Dimension in Urbana for hail damage repair on our two cars. They had room in their calendar to schedule our repairs months before our insurance-suggested option, were very proactive regarding communication/updates, performed work on and even ahead of schedule, and did a fantastic job.An example of their attention to detail: one car had its check engine light on when the car was delivered. Fifth Dimension took the time/effort to check the codes, verify some sensor readings, and even did research on some repair forums to make sure there wasnt a serious issue... all to ensure a trouble-free delivery. I expect this will save me (or at least expedite) a trip to the dealer for additional service.Highly recommended.

We had a hail storm in July. My truck had 37 dents I could see and my mothers car had somewhere close to the same. Took both down to get estimates for insurance. They were able get on top of it and take care of handling the insurance for us. Took 3 days total to get my truck back, and a little longer for the car because of insurance being a pain. However, when we got the truck and car back, they bot looked awesome like nothing had ever happened to them. This is the 3 times Ive used Fifth Dimension. One was to fix damage on a Grand Prix I had that was backed into and couldnt tell anything had happen. The second time was to repaint the front of a Nissan Rogue again top notch job. While Im in Champaign - Urbana, this the only company Ill trust with my cars for body work..... Thanks Fifth Dimension team!

My car was a brand new 2020, had excessive damage and like most insurance companies wanting the repair shops to cut corners to lower the prices this company will go to bat for you to make sure your getting the top of line parts to put back on. Our family historically works on our own vehicles. The distrust for Mechanics runs deep. Only place any of us trusted was Beaumount.But that changed after a botched break job that received no attention other then a test drive (again) by the one who did the botched job. Turned away, it damaged the rotors (unusual for them.. I admit..).Time was limited. No useable garage. Someone mentioned Fifth Dimension had an auto service center. I know of the company from having custom paint jobs done and other body work done (great crew). I went to this place to fix my cars hail dent. The experience is good. They always keep in touch, calling me frequently for any updates. The car was fixed quicker than I expected. They also did good cleaning for my car. I also want to thank Geico, without the insurance, I cant afford the expense. 😅

I had a beyond exceptional experience from estimate to the work. I was very stressed out and they were very understanding and accommodating. I needed some work done fairly quickly. I was told the shop was backed up with hail damage repairs for a while. I was still fit in the schedule. I was very impressed with the timeliness and the exceptional work done. I used to go to the dealership, but Brian saves me much money. I also used to go to other auto shops for regular maintenance, but I leave their places wondering if the work was done right. I dont have that thought when I leave my vehicle with Brian. I pick it up knowing everything is right. I know the works done right and the materials that are used are of quality. I would trust Brian with my million dollar car if I had one. Theres only one place to go now for minor services. I dont know what Ill do if I need major work, but with 5th deminsions regular maintenance, hopefully thatll never be needed. Great business, Great workers, Great service, just plain GREAT EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!

Our Subaru Impreza was slid into while sitting in a parking lot recently and had damage to the passengers side front. The folks at Fifth Dimension are super to work with in every way. Cayla did a great job working with the insurance company to relieve any stress for us. Brian and Scott were great to work with as well. These folks do quality work, they stand behind it and they make sure they get it right. We hope not to need their services again soon, but if we do need repair, they will be our go to spot. Ive taken my car to Fifth Dimension in Urbana for two different issues in the past couple of months, and both times, theyve been extremely helpful. The first time, Brian even came across town to where my car was parked to diagnose the problem since there was some question about whether or not it was safe to drive. He was knowledgeable and upfront about the work that would need to be done and how much it would cost. I was really grateful to have all the facts before making a decision about the repair. The second time, there was a problem (unrelated to the first repair) the day before I was scheduled to go out of town. The folks at Fifth Dimension got my car in right away and had it repaired and ready to go by the time I needed it the next day.
