Because hail damage My car was sent to this shop for repairs. Their employee told me that it would take about 2-4 weeks to repair and no parts need to be replaced, but it actually took almost two months, and Replaced my front hood without my knowledge and my agreement. My insurance company paid nearly USD 8,000 for the entire repair process (compared to other car repair shops that only cost about 4k or less). I retrieved my car around June. But until November, I still received letters from my insurance company, and they will continue to charge fees even after the money has been paid. But it is undeniable that the depression on my car does seem to be repaired very well by them, but I dont know the quality of the replacement hood. I question their professionalism and customer service.

I woke up in the middle of the night to hail falling all over my car. I found a local place with good reviews that would handle the claim. However, I met some door to door salesmen for Universal Auto Hail Repair. At first I was skeptical since they had a new location and I didnt know anything about them.However, they offered a lot of benefits that really sweetened the deal. They reduced my deductible significantly and got me a nice rental car for free while they worked on my vehicle. They also showed me around the shop, which had multiple cars at various stages of repair. They even repaired some door dings and touched up a few rock chips on my hood as a bonus (they let me keep the touch up paint, too). When I picked up my car, all the dents were not only smoothed out perfectly, but the car was immaculately clean!Every aspect of my experience was A+. If these guys come knocking, it will be worth your while to have your hail damage repaired.

Universal Auto Hail repair was recommended to us by our neighbors after a recent hail storm. Everyone there was super helpful and professional and friendly. From my first phone call to them looking at my suv to me picking up my suv was wonderful. They even helped me get a rental and dealt with my insurance so I didn’t have too. I have 2 heavy car seats and they even helped me get them installed into the rental after making certain the rental would accommodate them. I was able to leave the rental with them upon picking my vehicle up. My vehicle looked brand new (I think they even washed it, had to of lol) but it looked great. I couldn’t be more happy. When I had made my appointment to get an estimate I didnt know they would want to get started right away but they did. A member of this establishment knocked on my door to discuss all of the hail damage on my vehicle and offered his service in pointless dent repair. This was on my to do list because the appointment I had scheduled it have this service performed the another company was booked out until mid November. So I said okay. He took care of the insurance company, drove my car to his shop, and returned with a rental vehicle at no charge, until my vehicle was repaired. They called me to pick up my vehicle and turn in my rental and let me know they picked up deductible and that I owed nothing. Paintless Dent Repair. Hail Damage.

Had salesmen at my house 2 nights in a row. After 8pm, cold knocking during a time we are supposed to be limiting contact with people. The salesman was pushy the first visit, last night, and I was very clear about how I did not want their service or them knocking on my door. The next day he comes back later than the first day, with another person, and asked him “what do you think?” After I tell him I’m not interested again and I just spoke to him the day before, like I was lying about not needing the service. Stop knocking on my door during this time of needing personal space, take my answers the first time, and be considerate. Curious if you even had the knocking permit for bentonville for both days?

I chose Universal Hail Repair after receiving a flyer from them after a hailstorm. I went to get my car fixed, which is a lease, after graduation and in the middle of taking a trip to New Orleans and moving back home and Universal Hail Repair went above and beyond to fix my car ahead of schedule while I was out of town and it do it in such a great way I couldn’t tell it ever had been damaged. They also fixed it with no cost to me and worked with my insurance. I couldn’t recommend them more and I’m still so grateful for them working with me in the middle of my post college moving craziness!

If a very polite young man comes to your door saying his company can fix your hail damage on your car, and hell provide a rental car for you while repairs are being made, AND theyll charge what the insurance company pays, LISTEN to him! I thought that Universal Auto Hail Repair was a very helpful company. I first heard about the company when their friendly staff member Aaron came around my community assessing cars for hail damage. He spoke to me about the ease if getting my hail damage repaired. I was quite skeptical at first, although I appreciate that it kicked me into gear into researching getting my damage fixed. Ultimately we chose to get our cars repaired here. The company was quick and effective. Our cars look great. Additionally, I appreciate that this is a full time business and not a pop-up shop. The only area that I think could be tweaked, would be the wait at the car rental Hertz location, although the staff member that was at the Hertz was very friendly and efficient, the business was just understaffed. Overall friendly and effective.

Was able to drop it off and then pick it up four days later with all the repairs made. they contracted and dealt with insurance company for me. Rental was available but I didnt need it.

Had a salesman come to my house a second time after 8pm tonight. First, my wife told him no a month ago, we don’t need any hail repair on our vehicles because the damage is barely noticeable, then he comes back tonight (same guy) to harass me for 10 minutes about how my Tucson (we have a Kona) needed $4800 in repair and that I was making a mistake not to check out the company. I politely told him several times I wasn’t interested and he kept asking why and giving me his reasons why I should do business with him. I get he’s trying to get paid but tone it down when every answer is no.

Great people, paid my deductible and free rental

I was dreading having my hail damage fixed because I thought it would be a big hassle. It was the exact opposite. Allison picked my car up and left me a rental. When my car was finished she brought it back to me and everything was fixed perfectly. Allison was such a pleasure to work with and shes was the reason this was such a great experience.

Same complaint somebody else had. Keep coming to my door harassing me. Told several times We was all set. Then proceeds to argue with my wife. And ask for me to come out side. I also told him that I was all set do not need their service. And wanted to argue with me. Told me that I made a mistake because I did not use their company because they were the best! Just was very arrogant and cocky. Literally almost had a throwing off my lawn!
