I love their Nova lox salmon bagel sooo much and this is a must for my every visit!

We order the bagelrito and the Texas brisket egg sandwich and were not disappointed!The service was fast and the staff was very friendly and courteous.This is a great place to fill your bagel urges!Great jobs people!

Its the only place in town Ive found to get a fresh bagel that doesnt just have the texture of bread cooked in a round shape, that has got that chewy bagel texture. The staff is consistently friendly, a rarity in food shops these days.

The service was good, and the store is clean. The bagels tasted just average.

You will need to specify the amount of cream cheese you want on your bagel. I ordered to two bagels one Asiago semi fresh with jalapeño cream cheese & one plain bagel with onion chive cream Cheese. Both were Good, but the amount of cream cheese lathered on both bagels would have fulfilled two or three more bagels!!!! Employees should focus on the craft of the food and less time gossiping!!!

Service here is really phenomenal. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Great place to stop for a bite. They have a parking lot and a nicely appointed eating area. They tend to be a bit on the slow side, and their food is standard for an Einsteins, but still a good place to go.

Personally, the wheat bagels are a bit dry. But a lot of the other sandwiches are pretty good

They always have kind staff with amazing bagels. Also, they offer curbside ordering currently with the virus going around so still pay patronage if you want a bagel!

I love Einstein Bros. And I have been to this location several times with great service but on my most recent visit I walked in to find noone working the counter. After several minutes of waiting someone finally came to greet me, they were just sitting at a table nearby (Im guessing on there break?). The girl who took my order looked like she didnt want to be there and took my order with a bad attitude the whole time. At least the guy who made my order was very nice.

This location still had a good selection of bagels at 11am on Saturday, so they get five stars! The bagels are very good, too. Really enjoyed their apple cinnamon bagel.

I’ve been to this branch a lot. It’s nice to sit there for a while and watch the activities at the busy intersection. If you get lucky, you might actually see a train passing through. The major issue with this place is its lack of plugs. It has many comfortable seats but almost none of them are close to an outlet. Adding a few of them here and there can definitely attract more customers.

Bagels arent dense enough. Theyre more like bread wheels. Their cream cheese is too fluffy and full of air. Its relatively inexpensive though.

Staff always seems happy and happy to help. Service is always quick, and food is so good. I love their honey almond cream cheese.

My go-to spot for Einsteins in C-U. I love the atmosphere here with the large seating area, busy intersection outside, and wrap-around feel of the place. Service has always been stellar and they are pros at accepting the coupons I get in the mail. I will miss this place when I leave town.

Nice place, very close to Carle hospital. Great variety of food and the Caribou Coffee drinks were nice. The bagels were fresh, I definitely recommend them.

We are Saturday morning regulars since they first came to town. All the staff are very personable and remember our names. Try the power protein! And the bottomless cup of coffee cannot be beat!

Love the bagels here. Im disappointed that they no longer have the blueberry schmear for the bagels. I also do not like the new cups that they have for the iced coffee they are small cups. Staff here is very polite and very fast. The bagel shop is clean and peaceful. I like being able to come sit and relax and not feel like Im being rushed out the door

The staff here is just lovely. From greeting me upon entry, taking my order, and casual conversation, I really felt welcome. When I was fixing my drink to my liking, they also informed me that they would be happy to add the sugar, cream, or other fixings directly to my order. So nice!

Good place to get your breakfast bagel & drink fix. Ive been going here very often; just wish it was less pricey. But most food is really good.

Awesome! Always fresh and with outdoor seating. The walls towards the street are huge windows which allows you to see outside and also get sunlight. Thank you to the architect who designed it.

Pretty decent bagle shop, they did tell me they were out of what I ordered but then gave me sort of what I originally ordered after I changed my order to oblige their lack of product, but they then gave me sort if what I originally ordered but still completely wrong which wasnt my original or secondary order, so I think they actually got my order wrong twice in the same order. I actually ADDED a star for that because its pretty impressive. At least there guy at the counter recognized the absurdity of the situation and apologized.

This is a very busy place so be prepared around morning, lunch, and dinner rush! Bagels are always fresh and their smears are really good! The only thing I dont like was the coffee blend. I think it was just that day but the milk was burnt for my mocha. Again these things happen as Ive been a barista before and understand that it happens. Great service, always with a smile too! Nice pick me ups for snacking or their brewed coffee is always great too!

This is a great place for breakfast. They open early and their coffee is really great. The only bad thing is that they close at 4:00 pm. Sometimes I just want to have bagels for dinner and I cant get them.

Why is this location never open until 4pm? We’ve tried to go several*** times during summer and winter and they never have the same hours posted on google or their website.

Great bagels! I recommend jalapeño chedder bagel with jalapeño salsa or apple cinnamon with honey almond! One star off because of no outlets.

Einstein is a great environment, and the food and drinks are awesome. This location has a great staff, and they are very accommodating when getting a large group order to go. Try the everything bagel with salmon shmear!

Arrived at 9:30am on Saturday for bagels, and they only had 2 types of bagels left. We waited approximately 20 minutes for 2 bagels, while the whole staff prepared a very large catering order. The restaurant was not busy, we should have received our food much sooner. Very poor service.

The bagels were excellent would again easily they even have lunch options more like Brunch though. The service was very unorganized.

The staff are pretty rude and imcompetent. Took my entire order and then told me the rewards system wasnt working, and the staff member wasnt even aware of that, another staff member told him after I made my whole order. Would not return to this particular location.

Maybe have a sign with what you are out of, the lines can get long which can be very very frustrating when the only thing you came in for is gone.

Its always slow. I was in there this Sunday morning and it wasnt very busy. Four people working and three of them are just standing around watching one guy prepare orders. Took them 10 minutes to fix my bagel with only 3 other orders in.

Didnt know how to order special birthday item and misspelled my name and the coffee is cooked on hot plates. Better places in town.

I wish catering brought toasters along to toast the bagels. Coffee is alright - would recommend soymilk or coconut milk as a non-dairy alternative to normal creamers.

Stood nearly 20 min today waiting for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Finally we asked the cashier about it (who was staring out the window from the register). It turns out my order was ready and just sitting there. Meanwhile 3 other staff members were busy restocking the kitchen, oblivious to my order getting cold on the counter. This place is hit or miss on the customer service.

I’ve gone the other location many times and never had an issue. I went to the University Ave. location and ordered a Nova Lov everything bagel, toasted with chive and onion cc, and an everything bagel, toasted with chive onion cc with tomato and onion. I received an untoasted Nova Lox with plain cc and a toasted everything bagel with no cc and onion and tomato. It took too long and too many mistakes.

Ordered a BLT on a onion bagel and got some sandwich on a roll never returning to this place again
