Rented a car that had worn out tires (picture 1) and the rental car company tried switching out our car with one that had even *worse* tires (picture 2). Walmart offered to try to repair one of the tires that kept losing air but looked at it and said it just needed replaced. They didnt have the tires in stock so they referred me to another store 10 miles away. Ended up replacing all four and will take my chances with getting reimbursed but I needed good tires for driving a long distance in heavy rain. Walmart had me fixed up and ready to go in less than 90 minutes. Service manager was great!

Crazy floor plan and needed time to get used to it. However, it has really affordable household essentials and school supplies. but I rather buy my produce from elsewhere.

Well kept, acceptable attitude from employees, and cheap products. You get what you pay for.

This is our go-to Walmart. The employees are always helpful and kind. We just had pictures done and we didnt know where to go, a manager(hands full)stopped and asked if he could help. Called and directed us to the right place! Love this Walmart!

I honestly dont care to shop in Walmart anymore. The curbside pickup though was amazing. For that it gets 3 stars. But the actual store itself...go take the drive to the savoy Walmart store, its more worth the drive

This store had false advertisement everywhere, the associates were helpful on trying to help but the manager was very rude and wouldn’t give us the price that was marked. Very unprofessional don’t recommend to anyone.

Walmart is the same everywhere you go. They just about sell everything and at an affordable price. A great place for devices if you want a sold return policy and warranty. Theyll take back just about anything and a receipt.

Every time I order online and go to pick up my items I have to wait 45 minutes or more. I will check in 20+ minutes before and get there and still have to wait another 30+ minutes for my items. Its hard to contact anyone for help there. I was put on the phone to speak with an associate and they put me on hold for so long the call dropped. They either need more help or they need to get it together. When I order online and schedule a time to pick up, I expect for my items to be on time because like any other hardworking adult, my free time is minimal. Please just pick it up a little.FYI- I am on another call as I type this and it has already been 20 minutes on hold... I will take my business elsewhere next time.

The worst store I have been to. The employees are extremely condescending. I was told that I would be able to have a passport photo taken electronically at 7 am but when I got there, I had to wait 30 minutes. I would give it negative stars if possible.

The worst Walmart I ever been to. The whole store is out of stock none of the shells are filled the people that work there are so rude its just the worst experience. And the pharmacist is the worst pharmacist Ive ever had to deal with people that works there are extremely rude they give you no help of any kind and theyre so slow its terrible.

This is the out of the way Walmart in Champaign county. Its a little further out and harder to reach for townies. Its quitley. No issues.

Its huge. You can find everything from grocery to electronics. The staff is really nice and helpful, just that you have to ask for any help. Also, because it expands in a large space, you might want to plan for the time it takes to navigate from one section to other.

Very convenient for order pick up, but I cannot take passport pictures because their printer is broken... Stuffs are friendly!!

I am high risk so I use curb side. I had an order for 7-8pm tonight. Order 7305216079334. Was supposed to have until 1:45 to add on. They had it closed out by 9:45 AM so I could not add on. Made a new order 7305216314081. Email says basically too busy. Also, often times your app wont let curbside buy everything in your store. That would be fine IF WE WERE NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC!!! I live in a rural town and go to town for my needs. I do not ha Instacart or any other delivery service. Not very accommodating for some of us that could catch covid and die from both your maskless customers AND employees

Like all Walmarts; extremely rude staff with dirty and nasty people shopping. This one reminded me of the old Walmart on Harrison St in Chicago. Bring a weapon if shopping here to stay safe from the homeless bums and shoplifters trying to sell stolen merchandise.

Only 2 lanes with checkers. All the self checkout lanes have about 2 square feet to put all the things in one ore more carts. People had to set items on the floor so they could get everything scanned out of their cart before they could fill the cart back up.

Staff rude.Shelves half empty.Stockers were blocking many aisles, could not move down many aisles.

Came in looking for headphones for my sons birthday. I approached an associate that was standing behind the counter in electronics that was not assisting anyone else. I told her I was looking for headphone for my son. She replied that they were over there on that wall. I then explained I was looking for a particular style. She replied well I guess you will have to go look and see what we have because I have no idea. So I will go spend more if necessary to buy from another store. Service has plummeted in the last year here.

Pretty good variety most of the time. A little slow restocking though. Couldnt find sage, fresh or rubbed. N0 greens, lots of stuff was gone.

The Danville Illinois Walmart only accepts cash if you stand into ungodly long lines for two cashiers that accept cash. Brownsburg Indiana in Terre Haute Indiana except cash and cards at self-checkouts.

This was my first time picking up from Urbana instead of Savoy. Never again. I usually wait no longer than 10 minutes at the savoy Walmart. Today however, making the mistake to use the Urbana Walmart... I waited 50 minutes and then a manager came out with a little piece of paper and pen and asked my name. Said there was some kind of “glitch”. I told him I couldn’t wait any longer anyways and would have to come back later. He said yeah... that would be best...we’re really busy.. come back later. Uhhhh this was my pick up time, and I came here after being notified that my order was ready. It’s not like I just showed up. Also... every single pick up parking spot was full. To the point that customers were having to park along side the building. The poor guy in the car next to me when I pulled in, was asleep, and I actually thought oh my how long has he been here? Now I know. He was also still there when I left. What a cluster.

This is one of the cleaner stores in the area. It has the best pet supply section compared to the other Walmarts in the area.

Usually when go there Wal-Mart has what we need within 20 minutes done shopping overall B+

Was not happy this visit because they didnt have what I wanted. I wanted the 12 pack of diet Pepsi. Also the Pepsi is on the shelf when it would be more convenient if it was put on pallets on the floor, because you cant reach to get the last one on the shelf.

I dont whats worse not getting my money back or arguing with a cashier because they wouldnt listen to me. Take your pick. Im not coming back. The Walmart in Savoy is a million times better.

High Cross Road Urbana is not as on top of things as the Savoy Walmart. It was my first and only visit at Urbana Wal-Mart to p/u my order. Despite my best efforts, I received no response or acknowledgement of ANY form, nor saw an employee in sight for 15 minutes after my arrival. Two other vehicles were there waiting before I arrived.Im grateful to the young gentleman who brought my order, as he was very very kind. 5 star for him!
