Some bean eater lady, speaking spanish cursing at customers. Also skinny white dude cant do his simple job. Stared at me for like 30 seconds acting like he couldnt ring items up.

Horrible service. Accidentally picked wrong fuel. Went back to see what I can do since card was declining. She just said do you have another card? What bs. O understand I made a mistake, but jeesh. The mistake I made was coming to this gas station to fill up. Never ever again Shell.Thanks.

Cooler hasnt been restocked in 3 weeks idk why I keep stopping here when they have the merchandise just sitting in the cooler but refuse to stock the shelves or let customers serve themselves.

Horrible place! Always allows people to stand outside and beg for money! How unsafe is that! They just walk right up to your car at night no less!! Most decent places DO NOT allow this behavior! Due to this I will not return!!

I asked a maskless customer in line behind me to please back up a couple of feet to give me space. In response i was threatened with violence. When i asked the employee working the register if he was going to do anything about the other patron clearly not complying with the mask requirement (which is posted on the door of the business) and threatening me, he told me we have a right to make money. Absolutely wont be back into this gas station.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Every other Circle K I have no problems only this one. The employees treat you horrible and yell at you for no reason. I was trying to buy something but instead Ill take my money elsewhere. Lost my business forever

I go there every weekday morning and have never been greeted with slightest hello. The 2 woman working are possibly the rudest people Ive ever meet. I run a business across the street and I know many people that go out of there way not to deal with their ugliness! But Im sure your Corp doesnt read theae and Im sure nothing will be done. But I for one wont spend another dime there.

I was over charged on a special they had this morning on buy a coffee, get a bon appetite donut for $1. I asked for a refund. Peter B. said as an associate he could not give me a refund. Told me to come back when the manager was in. I work 12 hours so I am not off when the manager is on. I asked could he call the manager and have him or her walk him through giving me a refund. He called the manager and left a message. Im standing there waiting for the manager to call back so I can get my refund. Peter calls the police and lies and tells them Im harassing him. I never raised my voice, never cursed at him, never threatened him. If I could give a negative point I would. Why should you have to come back to get your money? When they overcharge you? I would recommend you pay attention to what they charge you because they dont expect you to notice.

Worst service ever. I will be calling corporate to complain. Call for the next person to help and choose to send me back because they wanted to help someone else first. Complete and utter trash.

The front counter women is very disrespectful and rude to my husband, brother in law and my husbands work buddies. Honestly I believe she is only rude to them because of their ethnicity. I witnessed her rudeness when I visited my husband last week. I was disgusted.
