If I could give CVS on Philo a zero I would. My medication was filled, when I tried to refill I found out the pharmacy played with the days it would last. So basically it only lasted 5 days based on how it was written, the pharmacy changed it to 20 plus days for my insurance to accept the claim. This prevented me from getting a refill after the 5 days. I had to go without the medication. They never called me to tell me they were doing this. Didn’t find out until I was post surgery and in pain.I called to speak with the pharmacy manger Nick. He was extremely rude. Told me I could pay cash. I explained to him the script would have went through with a prior authorization and he didn’t want to hear it. Gave no means of resolution. He actually hung up on me. I called back and asked for his mangers name and number. He refused to give me either and hung up on me again. Worst costumer service and attitude! I will absolutely never use this pharmacy again. Also his regional manger is named Jeff in case anyone is on the end of Nick’s poor service again.

The people that work in the pharmacy are actual angels. They do everything they can to save you money and fill your rx as quickly as possible. So sad my insurance wont use them anymore!

Horrible service. Had an appointment for a covid test at 4:00 - they took 20 minutes per car and got to me an hour late. I needed the results for travel but the results came 4 days to come back. Never go here for a test!!!

The pharmacy manager is consistently rude and disrespectful. He has announced personal information in front of other customers that was very private to me; causing me to be humiliated in front of other customers.When Ive called to ask a simple question about a medication interaction, he laid the phone down for well over 17 minutes, and began helping other customers. I eventually hung up and called back. I waited 3 more minutes, told him he mustve forgotten about me, and he replied there were no interactions and hung up.Ive only returned to the pharmacy as its near, and they are familiar with my numerous medical conditions and medications. I thought about changing pharmacies today.Id recommend not using this pharmacy for your needs. As the pharmacy manager, he above all should set an example; be polite and courteous, respectful, show consideration for others, and be compassionate toward his customers.

The pharmacist here is great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Theres rarely a line and scripts get filled quickly. One of the techs is hard to understand but he/she still gets the job done right

I’ve been going to this pharmacy since I was a child. Amazing staff and very helpful. They are fast to fill meds and the wait times if ever are minimal. Seth the head pharmacist is so friendly and extremely kind. He has been there for years! I love the text message option too!

The staff is very friendly and speedy. I go there at least once a month, usually more, to pick up a thing or two and have never had a problem. If you need something, just ask they will be happy to help assist you. Kudos to Wes and the pharmacy team!

Had difficulty with one of the pharmacy employees who did not let me explain that I did not get the medications I ordered when I asked that they be mailed to me. One medication was missing from my order and when I relayed this information to a pharmacy employee, she insisted that she had put the item in the bag and mailed it, and went on to say in a rather snide voice, well, maybe you had better come to the counter to pick up your prescriptions instead of having us mail them! That was definetly not the kind of reply I was expecting, and has caused me to rethink using CVS in the future.
