I came here to get a vaccine. The staff member running the vaccine booth wasnt wearing a mask, and I had to wait almost 40 minutes to get my vaccine despite filling out all of the paperwork beforehand. There were two other people waiting with me; one waited 20 minutes to even check in, and the other waited close to an hour.I understand a ton of places are understaffed right now, but my experience here wasnt ideal. 😕

So I guess yesterday all Walgreens Pharmacies are closing at 6pm. I needed an antibiotic and they wouldnt fill it because they were closing at 6pm. They were turning a lot of people away the needed their medications because they were closing at 6pm. The Convenient Care Clinic are open until 8pm and writing prescriptions, but they cant get filled because all the area pharmacies are closed. At least one pharmacy in the area needs to be open until 10pm so people can get their medication.

Sat in drive-through for pharmacy from 630p -740p till it was my turn. When I got to the window they made an error with one of my medications and instead of filling it promptly they tell me I have to return later tonight or tomorrow to pick it up they don’t have time to fill it.keep in mind it was THEIR error. No apology. Worst service I have ever received.

I only go here because it is close. The employees seem to be clueless when I go up to get a prescription, saying I don’t have one, which makes me call my doctor who says that they did send over the prescription. Every time I go there, I have to go back at least two times because they didn’t give me a prescription, gave me wrong ones, or they kept claiming I had none. Then they take already packaged prescriptions (birth control) out of the package and put it in the orange bottle. Now I don’t have the sticker to keep track of the days I am taking the pills since I am starting on a Wednesday. I never minded going to get prescriptions but now it’s a pain

Worst customer service. The Pharmacist is not helpful at all. They make it real difficult to refill a prescription when its really very easy.

Doesnt accept goodrx or other prescription discounts, look elsewhere if you dont want to get ripped off on your medications.Had to come back 3 times in one day after my doctor called in for an emergency prescription, couldnt pick them up until the very end of the day.

In an hour of need the pharmacy came to the rescue. Im thankful to work with them. If you need things done efficiently this is a great Walgreens to visit.

If you come to the pharmacy, be prepared to wait 1-2hr for very basic requests.

I have never left a review - not one in all my years! But this....this was review worthy. The cashier, clearly on the clock because shes uhm WORKING behind the register ringing my items up, was on her phone - not just on her phone, but on speaker phone - ordering Jimmy Johns. While this women was ringing me up, she was on speaker phone with Jimmy Johns ordering her food - yes I had to say it twice. Never said a word to me and didnt even let me finish putting in my phone numer for my rewards. I have NEVERRRRR experienced anything like that. Its almost comical 🤦🏼‍♀️ Walgreens, get your employees!

Tim the pharmacist was the most helpful and patient pharmacist i have yet encountered.

They refuse to give me vaccine 3 days in a row due to only having 1 pharmacist working? They kept telling me to come back the next day, sounds like I don’t have a full time job huh.

Took well over 40 minutes on my THIRD trip there to finally get my medication.

These people are worthless. The automated system says theyre closed and the hours on Google says they open at 7. Ive been trying for 2 weeks to transfer my prescriptions to Meijer and Walgreens is blocking it from happening. Now Im out of pain medicine.

Great Customer Service

They don’t give me all my medicine they’ve been off by 5 or 6 pills multiple times and it’s medicine for my anxiety they have no response or reason why they don’t give me my full medication they really need to be looked into they’re attitude is horrible and now they can’t even fill a prescription

Just now, the rude lady at the printing desk made me wait 20 minutes while she talked to a friend and then refused to give me a 50 cent refund for product I never received.

Very helpful in filling prescriptions and letting me know if other locations have my medication available if they have run out.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Over 1 hour wait to get your medication, only to be to come back another time. I will never have my prescriptions sent here again.

Pharmacy gave me the wrong mediecen. They were very rude the cashier didnt even count my change back . Very rude employee s at the pharmacy finding a different pharmacy .

I consistently get terrible service at this location. I only go here because I need a compounded prescription. There are always long and very slow lines. In addition, they have trouble with my insurance every time. I end up just using a prescription discount card and pay $30 more each time because they cant get it right. Calling is no help, if you can even get through.

Took hours today to get an antibiotic for a serious infection. My insurance specialist explained the med situation (1 otc, hence less expensive)in 5 minutes. The Walgreens tech couldnt comprehend the med situation after a lengthy conversation, and still told me it would be hours before the meds would be filled.Time to go elsewhere....

I was shopping for a couple things i needed to get me more rewards points to help me purchase other things i wanted aswell there was a lady i believed her name was Trish in cosmetics very polite helpful and suggestive she also let me use a coupon to help me save a little more and offered to check me out. Ive been goin to this Walgreens for years most of the employees are Very polite.Trish if you see this keep up the good customer service youre great Thank You Rebecca...

This pharmacy is lighting fast, I usually go to the one off Springfield and Mattis, but since they were out of stock I had to go to urbana last minute, the 2 younger ladies were great and seemed very happy to be helping and I was gone in less than 3 to 4 minutes if that. I should of got theyre names, but they were great, both need raises!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went to the doctor and got prescribed tamiflu and I waited 2 hours for a call to pick up my prescription and it never came so I called about my INFANTS prescription for the flu. And she was rude and said they don’t have it and can’t order it so look somewhere else. So I called 4 other places then my child’s doctor to change the prescription and waited another hour and called back to check the status on it and it told me it would be ready after 9:45 pm. Which was almost 3 or 4 hours after getting it filled. Then when my husband goes to get it he waits in line for over 15 minutes and when it’s finally his turn they close and just throws a sign in the window and not even address him. And when he went in the pharmacist was still back there but wouldn’t give him the prescription! I don’t care if you close at 10 if people were in line before that you need to take care of them! Your automated system said it would be ready after 9:45 so why wouldn’t you give us our prescription? I will be filling a complaint on everyone who we spoke to.

I like this app. It is very convenient.i am not able to go always so to order from app is wow! Just what everyone should try.

Terrible experience. Understaffed did how little business they do. Currently 3 hours and still waiting on getting it filled. This is the 2nd Walgreens I was sent to. I will never be back terrible.

Dont use their photo service.Spent nearly 1 hour in store and gave me two useless passport photos. And I dont know why electronic version could not be provided?!!Bad experience and a waste of time!
