Great for my metaphysical needs. Lots of different rooms. Be sure to check them all out. I bought several crystals (reasonably priced), books, candle holders, etc. I really enjoyed the Harry Potter room. Lots of things to choose from. Katrell helped me out and was friendly while giving me the space I needed to look around. You really need to go here. ENJOY

This store is absolutely amazing. They always have a wide variety of things I love. If they are missing something the owner goes out of her way to find it and order it for me. This store always has a varying stock and I enjoy coming in and checking out what’s there and socializing with not only the employees but the regular customers as well. I hang out here regularly and people are always welcomed and assisted, and asked if they have any questions, to which people either ask questions or continue browsing. Very good local store, and I always recommend it as myfavorite place to get crystals and cards.

Great vibe, good prices, nice selection. My friend and I went there the other day for the first time, and the cashier (shoutout to Lilith) was super helpful and welcoming and pointed out where we could find everything. Great local place for D&D supplies, but they also have a ton of other cool stuff.

What an incredible store it has a mix of trading cards New Age items and a little bit of Dungeons & Dragons in Harry Potter stuff really a mix of products that work well together.

So i called this place to ask if they had a specific MTG deck. They said yes so i came straight away and guess what? They didnt have it...... just why did this happen? Will change rating one someone can give a good reason why this happened.

Came in with my boyfriend today and they ended up giving him the wrong product and when he called they wouldnt even allow him to return/exchange it at first. Its a great thing we used a credit card to dispute the charge because they dont even deserve our business. When he came in to give the WRONG SIZED CARD SLEEVES, they did offer to exchange them with the right product but they should have been more friendly on the phone due to it being their fault and agreed to exchange them on the phone at first instead of saying we cant do anything.

Enchantment Alley is a wonderful place to come grab the newest product and play in the most popular games. I’ve been playing Pokémon, Magic, and now Digimon here for the past two years and it’s become my home away from home. I’ve made some great new friends here and will continue to support my local game store. Tina and her staff do an amazing job. Give them a look!

I have to say im dissapointed with my visit. They didnt know very much about their Magic the Gathering products. I will tell everyone i know to take a hard pass on this store. Thats why i have a recent receipt from your own store to base my review??? Just because you think you have the perfect store doesnt mean you have a good sore. First time coming and Im disappointed. I was looking at the games and not once did a employee ask if i needed anything or how i was doing. I was the only customer in the store so i have no idea why i was treated that way but it will be my last. Awesome store though.

Went here for new tarot cards, but they didnt have much of a selection at all.. All in all a nice store though.

Was not greeted, the staff wasnt really friendly or knew much about their products. The other card shop in Urbana is definitely alot better. Sorry is just a nice way of saying you have bad manners.

I will say it felt weird being here for around 10 to 15 minutes without anybody asking me and my friends if we needed help or anything. I like how they had alot of pokémon stuff compared to the other shop which had none.

Incredible selection of art, rocks, magical items and such. Stopped by to check it out and was helped by Tina. Tina took the time to really get to know what my buying goals were (I wast quite sure actually!). By asking me some questions, she found me a great little pocket knife that was a huge hit with the person for whom it was intended. Personalized service and attention in a really neat store. Its worth a visit!

We are frequent fliers at Enchantment Alley. We visited tonight for the first time since their move. Their stock has been pretty reduced in the gaming and Harry Potter areas. Their pagan area or spirituality area is nearly the same or better.They added some new perfume oils Ive not seen before tonight called Wild Rose. I purchased the Sensuality, Tranquility and Rain scents. They are AMAZING. I can only say this is what Aphrodite must smell like. ;)They have an amazing incense line, as well and we stock up every time we go in. Check them out!

This was my first visit and I will definitely be back! The staff went above and beyond what I ever expected. While browsing, I was talking to my partner about how I wanted a similar item that I saw and turns out they had it in the back and at a great price too! Just went in to look around and found several things I couldnt live without!

This is a cute store with all things nerdy and hippie- but it lacks a level of organization and customer service that would have had me comfortable there. I also called ahead to ask if the sold Magic singles. I was told they did, but when I arrived, found the had about 150 individual, outdated cards. Thats fine, but I wish theyd told me that before I drove all that way.

We rented the upstairs space for a themed Harry Potter birthday party. The logistics were easy, location convenient and price reasonable. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond in set up and decoration for the party. You can really tell they care about providing an exceptional experience for their customers and enjoy what they do. This was a perfect party experience and we even got a special personalized present for the birthday girl! Definitely recommended!

I love this place! I got the cutest little hoodie made in Nepal. It’s bright and beautiful and colorful, sort of a patchwork pattern in hand sewn squares.

They call themselves a geek superstore but their stock is almost entirely Harry Potter, which is just one small part of geekdom as a whole. Nothing comic book related, no action figures as far as I could see, and very little Pokemon. Needs to stock more variety. Not just fracking harry potter junk.

Nice place with a great selection of products for those interested in novelty stuff from Harry Potter to boards games. They hold local tournaments for YuGiOh and MTG, and the staff is very pleasant and wonderful!

You should play this new card game with us called lightseekers. Tornements are usually held every Wednesday at 6. The game is really easy to get into and begin but has a lot of depth. Fifteen out of ten store and staff.
