Just purchased ice cream in th drive-thru. Orderd Rainbow Sherbet. What I received was not sherbert but ice ream & was cotton csndy flavored. Im not pleased.

Always awesome service! My favorite place to get donuts and their mocha blast is absolutely delicious everytime! The guys that work here r so good..I give them a tip evertime I go!

I waited in drive thru for about 10 minutes for stale donuts and the wrong iced coffee with no straw. The guy at the window did not speak a word to me. Its not the first time Ive had experience with this guy. He has always been rude. I am definitely done with this one on University.

Drinks and donuts are okay however service is sadly slow and unwelcoming.

Cookies were super old and stale and should have been thrown away. Ice cream was fine. They were out of basic things.

All I wanted was a average mint chocolate chip shake... My husband and I went and both ordered a large of this flavor ice cream in shake form and were surprised when we took the first sip and it tasted like barely mint flavored milk. It also had the consistency of frothy milk. We had them remake the shakes.... Not better. We paid $15 for 2 mint flavored milks. Never again. Oh and it is only this location that we have had a problem with.

We were very happy to find this B-R on University open at 930pm. My friend and his wife mix the caf and decaf for their morning wake up brew and so he bought a lb of each. Since we were already there of course we had to eat one of the specialty flavors of ice creams. 😃

They told me at the drive through I had to come inside to order ice cream. For certain reasons I could not go inside. So I went across the street to culvers for icecream.

The ice cream at Baskin Robbins is always very good, and we loved their policy that theyll let you try until youre happy. New flavors appear pretty regularly, which is nice, and they also manage to keep the most popular (flavors like pralines and cream and cookies and cream) always around.The staff isnt the friendliest, particularly as closing time nears. We visited at about 9:45 pm, and the staff clearly wanted us to leave. They were sweeping the floors around us and generally making it unpleasant to stay in the store. Fortunately, it was a nice evening so we ate outside.

Excellent service. Very clean and well lit. Plentiful parking. Professional, helpful staff.

Just delicious nothing better than a brownie sundae with hot fudge and chocolate chip mint ice cream that is my guilty pleasure but I stay away from Ice Cream about if I do have one thats it delicious

Im here on a Saturday at 1:30p.m. and still in line at 1:55 pm not because its busy inside but every customer inside us being placed on hold so drive thru can be helped. It wouldnt be a problem for me to go thru drive thru but I work down the street and decided to walk over to get icecream. This is so unexceptable because they really have an excellent night staff but Ive noticed the last 2 Saturdays the staff here has been horrible

I went there only three times in my whole life. I asked for banana split and every single time they were out of banana.Make sure you take the ingredients (especially some bananas) with you when you go there.

The last three times i been there they never have bananas
